Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and action mechanism of muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture in treating post-stroke shoulder pain. Method Eighty patients were randomized into a muscle-region alignment needling group and a conventional acupuncture group. The Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ), and serum levels of IL-6, TNF-?, and NO were majorly observed before and after the treatment. Result The muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture both obviously reduced the SF-MPQ score and down-regulated the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-?, and NO, and the decreases by the muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture were more significant than that by the conventional acupuncture. Conclusion The action of muscle-region alignment electroacupuncture in treating post-stroke shoulder pain is plausibly by down-regulating serum levels of IL-6, TNF-?, and NO, reducing or inhibiting the production of inflammatory factors and restraining inflammation.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia(iCBT-I) combined with estazolam for patients with chronic insomnia. Methods:Patients with chronic insomnia were randomly assigned to treatment group which were intervened with iCBFI combined with estazolam( n=46) and control group which were intervened with estazolam ( n=43) for 8 weeks according to random number table.Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and state-trait anxiety inventory (STAI) were used to measure the anxious state, anxious trait and sleep quality at three time points: before intervention(T1), after one month(T2) and two months(T3). Treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS), blood routine, urine routine, liver and renal function and electrocardiogram were used to measure the safety. The dosage of estazolam was compared between the two groups after two months.χ 2 test and repeated measurement analysis of variance were performed by SPSS 19.0. Results:The PSQI scores of control group and treatment group were (10.41±2.48) vs (9.98±2.96) at T2 and (9.97±2.13) vs (7.82±1.57) at T3.The state anxiety scores of control group and treatment group were (57.27±2.74) vs (56.27±2.89) at T2 and (45.67±2.62) vs (42.67±2.97) at T3.The data of T2 and T3 were statistically significant compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group was better on treatment efficiency(86.96% vs 69.77%) at T3( P<0.05). PSQI score, subjective sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, sleep drugs, daytime dysfunction, drug maintenance and adverse reaction were significantly different between the two groups at T3 ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy combined estazolam for insomnia can improve sleep quality, anxious state and trait for chronic insomnia patients.Good safety was improved, as well as reducing the need of drug.So it's worthy of clinic application.

This study collected nasopharyngeal swab specimens from severe respiratory infection cases in First People′s Hospital of Yuhang District during 2016-2019. Real-time PCR was used to detect respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Rate of RSV positive detection were analysised in different age groups and different months. A total of 973 nasopharyngeal swab specimens of severe respiratory infection cases were collected, and the total positive rate of nucleic acid test of RSV was 6.47%; The detection rate of nucleic acid in male is higher than that in female, with no statistical differences ( P=0.023). The positive rate of nucleic acid test was negatively correlated with age. The positive rate was 15.2% in the group aged 0-1 years and 12% in the group aged 1-2 years. There are obvious seasonal differences in the prevalence of RSV, human are easier to infect RSV in spring and winter.

Objective:To investigate the changes of dynamic functional connectivity between the default mode network (DMN) and executive control network (ECN) in the resting state in patients with alcohol use disorder (AUD).Methods:From September 2018 to June 2019, 23 cases of AUD group and 24 cases of healthy control (HC) group matched with age, gender, education level and handedness were collected at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Michigan alcoholism screening test (MAST) were performed in all subjects for cognition and alcohol dependence score. All the subjects underwent T 1WI-3D structural imaging and resting state functional MRI (rs-fMRI) examination. Group spatial independent component analysis (ICA) was used to select the independent components of DMN and ECN. Then dynamic changes in the functional connectivity between the DMN and the DMN were obtained by sliding window approach and clustering method. Finally, the independent sample t test was used to compare the difference of general clinical data between the two groups, the linear correlation analysis was conducted in the parameter value and MMSE and MAST scores. Results:Compared with the HC group, the static functional connectivity analysis showed that the precuneus and posterior cingulate gyrus of the DMN were enhanced in the AUD group ( P=0.016, t=2.496). The DMN and ECN functional connectivity showed four different brain activity states, the proportion of state1 increased by 6.81% and state2 decreased by 6.83% in the AUD group, state3 and state4 were relatively stable. In state1, the internal functional connectivity of the DMN in the AUD group was enhanced, while the functional connectivity between DMN and ECN was mainly enhanced. In state2, the internal functional connectivity of the ECN was enhanced, and the connectivity between the DMN and ECN was mainly weakened. The mean dwell of state2 in the AUD group was negatively correlated with the MAST score ( r=-0.433, P=0.039). Conclusions:Dynamic functional connectivity patterns between DMN and ECN have been changed in patients with AUD. Dynamic functional connectivity can reveal transient changes in brain activity, which can provide certain imaging evidence for finding changes in AUD deep brain activity.
