Two sample pretreatment methods of pesticide residues in Panax notoginseng of Chinese traditional medicine were developed. For Method I, the residues were extracted from homogenized tissue with n-hexane-dichloromethane (6:4) by means of ultrasonication, the crude extract was purified by an Envi-carb/NH2 solid-phase extraction (SPE) column. For Method II, matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) technique was used for extracting and cleaning up. The eluates were concentrated by rotary evaporation, and then were redissolved in dichloromethane prior to GC-MS determination. The determination was performed in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode with the external calibration for quantitative analysis. Under the optimal conditions, the results indicated that the methods are easier and faster, the recoveries of method I for the spiked standards at concentration of 0.01, 0.5, and 2.0 mg x kg(-1) were 81.90%-102.10% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 3.60%-7.10%. The recoveries of method II were 96.26%-104.20% with the RSDs of 3.52%-7.94%. The detection limits (S/N) for residues of pesticides were in the range of 0.48-1.34 ng x g(-1). The results indicated that these multiresidue analysis methods can meet the requirements for determination of residue pesticides and can be appropriate for trace analysis of residue pesticides in Panax notoginseng.

Objective:To know the work status of clinical pharmacy in medical institutions of Guizhou province. Methods:Ques-tionnaires were used to analyze the situation of clinical pharmacy in 108 medical institutions of Guizhou province. Results: A total of 246 questionnaires were taken back, and among the 231 valid questionnaires were received including gradeⅡor above hospitals. The main contents of clinical pharmacy work carried out in medical institutions included 7 aspects: pharmacists ’ participation in ward rounds, which accounted for 47. 11%; pharmacists’ participation in case consultation, which accounted for 16. 65%; pharmacists’ participation in teaching practice, which accounted for 38. 84%; pharmacists’ participation in prescription evaluation and analysis, which accounted for 72. 73%;pharmacists’ participation in antimicrobial drug monitoring and drug use evaluation, which accounted for 62. 37%;pharmacists’ participation in drug counsultation and education, which accounted for 58. 68%;pharmacists’ participation in adverse drug reaction monitoring and supervision, which accounted for 77. 32%. Conclusion:The development of clinical pharmacy in Guizhou province still lags behind, and the number of clinical pharmacists is insufficient, which can’ t meet the growing demand for personalized medicine. In particular, the development of clinical pharmacy is restricted by the limited pharmaceutical service. The cog-nition degree of pharmacist group in Guizhou province has been improved. However, the number and the service quality of clinical pharmacists need to be improved further.

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the experimental group were treated with systematic nursing.Compliance, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid level, social support, hypertension knowledge score and satisfaction were compared before and after treatment. Results The compliance after intervention in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,SBP,DBP and 2 h PPG levels were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the total score of social support after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group.K score,A score and KAB scores of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group, and B score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The overall satisfaction of experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion Nursing effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension is significant, and it has draw great significance.

Objective To develop a Psychological Birth Trauma Assessment Scale and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Through literature review,semi-structured interview, expert conference,Delphi expert enquiry and preliminary investigation,a pre-test scale was formed. From March to May 2023,postpartum women from 38 hospitals of different levels in 15 provinces(Jiangsu,Anhui,Zhejiang,Fujian,Tibet, and Shanghai, etc.)were conveniently selected for investigation. The sample size of the first-round survey was 547,which was used for reliability and validity test. The sample size of the second-round survey was 550,which was used for confirmatory factor analysis. Results The psychological birth trauma assessment scale consisted of 2 parts, with a total of 29 items in 6 dimensions. The intrapartum feeling part included 4 dimensions, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 63.992%,and the postpartum effect part included 2 dimensions, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.208%.The content validity index of the scale was 0.947,and the content validity index of each item was 0.809~1.000.The total score of the scale and the scores of each dimension were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of the calibration scale(r=-0.784~-0.533,P<0.001).The total Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.941,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.883.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the main evaluation indicators were all within the acceptable range. Conclusion The Psychological Birth Trauma Assessment Scale has good reliability and validity, and it can be used as an assessment tool for the degree of maternal psychological birth trauma.
