Objective To investigate the indoor air pollution caused by construction materials and decoration materials and present scientific data for controlling indoor air pollution caused by construction and decoration materials. Methods 126 samples collected from 44 newly decorated rooms in some districts of Luohe city. The levels of ammonia, benzene and formaldehyde were analyzed according to the national standard. Results The rates of exceed standard of benzene and formaldehyde concentration were 8.7% and 72.2% respectively. Formaldehyde concentration was 3.4 times of the national standard limit averagely. Ammonia and dimethylbenzene were not detected. Conclusion Some decoration materials can pollute the indoor air. The formaldehyde and benzene concentration tend to decrease as time goes on.

Objective To develop retrovirus-mediated transfer of the fusion gene encoding EGFP-BMP2 in mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Mesenchymal stem cells from New Zealand white rabbits were transduced with retroviral pLEGFP-BMP2 vector by the optimized retroviral transduction protocol. Fluorescent microscopy's examination was to evaluate the results of the transduction, flow cytometer's analysis was to evaluate the transduction efficiency and the Fluorescence-activated cell sorting method was to sort the transduced cells. Bioactivity test from C2C12K4 cells was to show the expression and bio-activity of the fusion gene. Results Fluorescent microscopy showed the success of the transduction. By flow cytometer's analysis, the mean efficiency of the transduction with EGFP was (42.8±6.1)% SD. Transduced cells were sorted efficiently by the fluorescence-activated cell sorting method and after sorting, almost of those showed the expression of BMP2. Fluorescently and strongly bioactivity test for C2C12K4 cells demonstrated that fluorescent materials were located the surface of cells and the activity of luciferase increased compared with the control. Analysis of long-term expression showed there was no difference between 2 week-time point and 3 month-time point of culture post-sorting. Conclusion Mesenchymal stem cells can be transduced efficiently by retrovirus-mediated transfer of the fusion gene encoding EGFP-BMP2, the highly pure transduced cells are obtained by the fluorescence-activated cell sorting technique, the expressed chimeric protein embraced the double bioactivity of EGFP and BMP2, and moreover, the expression had not attenuated over time.

Objective To compare the quality of life before ischemia postconditioning and 6 months after ischemia postconditioning in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,and investigate the related risk factors.Methods One hundred and twenty-nine patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were given the ischemie postconditioning.The quality of life was evaluated before ischemia postconditioning and 6 months after ischemia postconditioning by 36-item short-form health survey (SF-36) and seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ).Results In acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients treated with ischemia postconditioning,the scores of SF-36 and SAQ were significantly lower at 6 months after ischemia postconditioning than those before ischemia postconditioning [SF-36:total score of body health (76.4 ± 17.3) scores vs.(56.3 ± 16.8) scores,physiologic function (75.3 ± 18.1) scores vs.(52.4 ± 19.2) scores,physiologic functional authority (75.6 ± 16.5) scores vs.(48.5 ± 20.3) scores,body pain (77.2 ± 15.4) scores vs.(58.7 ± 16.6) scores,total health state (73.6 ± 17.8) scores vs.(50.6 ± 14.7)scores,total score of mental status (77.5 ± 15.3) scores vs.(55.3 ± 17.3) scores,vitality (69.3 ± 18.1)scores vs.(43.2 ± 17.4) scores,society function (70.3 ± 17.5) scores vs.(41.3 ± 14.2)scores,affection functional authority (80.2 ± 17.4)scores vs.(63.5 ± 14.3)scores,mental health (77.6 ± 18.4) scores vs.(55.6 ± 20.1) scores,health change (76.3 ± 17.4) scores vs.(53.4 ± 16.6) scores;SAQ:body limitation of activity (78.46 ± 12.21) scores vs.(35.34 ± 15.33)scores,angina stable state (74.23 ± 8.53) scores vs.(30.12 ± 5.38) scores,angina episode state (72.34 ± 10.33) scores vs.(27.33 ± 9.12) scores,satisfaction degree of treatment (76.42 ± 12.13)scores vs.(30.56 ± 15.57) scores,knowledge of diseases (74.22 ± 9.35)scores vs.(37.25 ± 20.32) scores] (P ＜ 0.05).The results of multiple linear regression equation showed that the older,more severe vascular lesions,and lower total score of body health score before ischemia postconditioning indicated lower total score of body health,and worse quality of life after ischemia postconditioning.Conclusions The quality of life of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction after ischemia postconditioning is significantly improved,compared with that before ischemia postconditioning.Advanced age,vascular disease and lower total scores of body health before ischemia postconditioning are independent risk factors of total scores of body health after ischemia postconditioning.

Objective To explore the methods for early diagnosis and treatment of blunt pancreatic injury.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with blunt pancreatic injury treated in our hospital from Janurery 2004 to Janurery 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The conformity diagnosis rate of CT was 79.3%.Four cases received nonoperative treatment including 3 cases of grade I and 1 of grade II injury.A total of 28 cases with blunt pancreatic injury underwent operation: 5 grade I and 7 grade II cases underwent debridement and drainage;among the patients with grade Ⅲ injury,4 underwent distal pancreatectomy in combination with splenectomy,and 2 pancreatectomy with spleen preservation;amongst the 5 patients with grade Ⅳ injury,4 underwent Roux-en-Y pancreaticojejunostomy and 1 underwent distal pancreatectomy in combination with splenectomy;of the 5 patients with grade Ⅴ injury,1 case was operated on using duodenorrhaphy and diverticulization,2 underwent the Whipple′s procedare and 2 had damage control surgery.Three patients died of multiple organ failure,and complications occurred in 19(76.0%).Pancreatic fistula and pancreatic pseudocysts were the main complications.Conclusions In the absence of major pancreatic ductal injury,and the clinical conditions were stable,pancreatic injuries can be treated with nonoperative management.Operative treatment is suitable for severe blunt pancreatic injury.Appropriate operation,based on patient condition and the classification of pancrecatic trauma,is the key to increase the cure rate and decrease mortality rate.

Objective To investigate the expressions ofα‐SMA in different esophageal stromal fibroblasts in esophageal car‐cinogenesis .Methods IHC method was uesd to detect the expression of α‐SMA protein in stromal fibroblasts of twenty normal e‐sophageal tissues ,eighty precancerous lesions and fifty esophageal carcinomas respectively .Three kinds of esophageal stromal fibro‐blasts were cultured primarily and cells immunohistochemical staining was carrired out after being purified .Expression of α‐SMA was detected by RT PCR .Results IHC results showed thatα‐SMA expressions in normal ,precancerous and cancerous lesions were of significant differences .RT‐PCR results showed thatα‐SMA expressions were different significantly among three kinds of fibro‐blasts .Conclusion Esophageal stromal fibroblasts were activated with carcinogenensis .AFs was possibly the origion of CAFs .

Objective To explore the effect of predepositautotransfusion in hematopoietic stem cell donors.Methods 127donors of hematopoietic stem cell wereretrospectively analyzed from 2013 to 2016,whenhematopoietic stem cells collection and autologous blood transfusion.Results Collection autologous blood 70 550 mL by 127 donors,and 2 cases had mild blood donation reaction,at a rate of 1.6％ (2/127).Collectionbone marrow stem hematopoietic stem cell 100 159 mL.The detection results were WBC (27.02±8.21) × 1010/L、Plt(213.19±62.42) × 109/L、RBC(4.31±0.44) × 1012/L、Hb(131.53 t14.53)g/L,from 117 donors beforespinal cord extraction.The detection results were WBC (35.8519.08)× 1010/L、Plt (188.34±50.24) × 109/L、RBC (4.02± 0.41) × 1012/L、Hb (122.60 ± 13.48) g/L,from 117 donorsafter autologous blood transfusion in one day.Compared with donors after autologous blood transfusion in one day,WBC was higher before spinal cord extraction(P＜0.05),Plt RBC and Hb was significantly decree (P＜0.05).Conclusion Preoperative autologous blood donation can save blood and prevent blood-borne infectious disease,which can used in Hematopoietic stem cell donor.

Objective To increase the quality of blood transfusion medical record and strengthen the management of clinical blood transfusion by establishing a management system for clinical blood transfusion.Methods The management system of clinical blood transfusion was developed by using Sybase PowerBuilder 10.5 program and Oracle 8/8i database,through the function module's development of blood application and evaluation by using C/S structure.Results The management system of clinical blood transfusion realized the exchange of the internal data information with the blood information management system and LIS database,and implemented online audit of transfusion application and evaluation,which improved the work efficiency and reduced the human error.Conclusion The management system of clinical blood transfusion can improve the quality of blood transfusion medical record and realize real-time regulation of clinical blood transfusion to ensure the safety of transfusion.

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with facilitated technique on lower limb function and activities of daily living of stroke patients.Methods 120 stroke patients with lower limb palsy were divided into the group Ⅰ (treated with acupuncture combined with facilitated technique), group Ⅱ (treated with acupuncture), third group Ⅲ (treated with facilitated technique) and the group Ⅳ (treated with medicine). The lower limb function and ADL of four groups were evaluated with Functional Ambulation Classification (FAC), Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), Modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and 10 weeks after treatment.Results The scores of FAC, FMA and MBI of all the groups improved significantly, but it was more significantly in the first group than the in other groups (P<0.01), in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ than in group Ⅳ (P<0.01). The difference between the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was insignificantly(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with facilitated technique can improve the lower limb function and activities of daily living of stroke patients more effectively.

Objective To study the characteristics of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for gastrointestinal neuroendocriue tumor (GI-NETs).Methods We retrospectively collected the clinical data of 84 patients with endoscopic confirmed GI-NETs from January 2012 to November 2014, including white light, endoscopic ultrasonography, histopathology and post-treatment condition.Results Endoscopic diagnosis for NET were 84 cases, but ifnally conifrmed by pathology were 72 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 14.3%. Of the 12 misdiagnosed cases, 5 cases were chronic inlfammation, ectopic pancreas in 2 cases, and 5 cases of hyperplasia of Brunner's glands, colorectal hyperplastic polyps, colorectal venous hemangioma, colorectal leiomyoma, metastatic squamous carcinoma respectively. Of 8 cases with EUS, all lesions derived from the submucosal layer, and 6 cases of low echo, and 2 cases of high echo (Brunner's glands) and mixed echo (venous hemangioma) respectively.Conclusions GI-NETs,which possess certain characteristics under endoscopy, may be similar with other digestive diseases, while it can increase the diagnosis accuracy by more careful observation and necessary biopsy.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of protocatechuic acid(PCA)on the PC12 cell model of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and to explore its mechanism . Methods Amyloid beta peptide 1-42(Aβ1-42)fiber polymers were identified by immunofluorescence. After PC12 cells were stimulated with the Aβ1-42 fiber polymers, the cellular morphology was observed at different time points of hour 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 , and the cellular viability was tested by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay to monitor the modeling condition. The effect of PCA on PC12 cells was detected after PC12 cells were pretreated with the different contentions of PCA. Autophagy-related marker Beclin1 protein level was detected by Western blotting method to investigate the protective mechanism of PCA. Results Aggregated white Aβ1-42 mass was stable at hour 12 and 24, and showed no significant difference between the two time points, the cell damage rate being 40%. Therefore, we defined culturing time being 12 and 24 hours as the modeling condition of AD model. The cell viability was increased with 200-800 μmol/L of PCA after culturing for 24 hours(P<0.01) , and the Western blotting results showed that the Beclin1 protein expression was up-regulated by PCA. Conclusion PCA prevents PC12 cells from Aβ1-42-induced toxicity, the mechanism being related with the increase of cellular autophagy.
