1.The clinical significance of deceleration of rate of fetal heart in non-stress test

Objective To analyse the clinical significance of variable deceleration and extended deceleration in non-stress test. Methods Studied the clinical characteristics of variable deceleration and extended deceleration of 200 cases who underwent non-stress test from January 2005 to December 2007, and compared corresponding clinical significance and newborn prognosis. Results Variable deceleration and extended deceleration in non-stress test dued to cord entanglement, polyhydramnios and fetal growth restriction. The occurrence of fetal distress and severe asphyxia in nowbom were less in low-grade variable deceleration (8.3%, 1.0%) than those in high-grade variable deceleration (17.7%, 4.8%)and extended deceleration (23.8%, 7.1%). Condusion Variable deceleration and extended deceleration in non-stress test due to cord entanglement mostly, low-grade variable deceleration is not always clue to fetal distress and high-grade variable deceleration and extended deceleration is often clue to fetal distress.

Objective To investigate the value of dual-energy virtual unenhanced and dual-energy iodine value distribution diagram type of kidney cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of renal cell carcinoma dual-energy CT scan data,compared to kidney pathology data,analyze the image quality and radiation dose dual-energy virtual unenhanced and dual energy distribution of iodine in clear cell carcinoma and non-clear cell carcinoma the differences that exist.Results Unenhanced and virtual unenhanced image quality was quite,CT value (routine unenhanced renal parenchyma 31.90±4.10 HU,abdominal aortic 45.60±6.30 HU,psoas 50.00±6.6 HU3,kidney 1.410±17.06 HU; virtual unenhanced renal parenchyma abdominal aortic 33.20±5.50 HU,48.30±8.00 HU,52.40±10.63 HU psoas kidney 0.87±17.48 HU),signal to noise ratio (routine unenhanced renal abdominal aorta 3.22±1.49,5.13±2.57,4.56±2.12 psoas kidney 3.24±2.27 virtual unenhanced renal abdominal aorta 2.73±1.08,3.79±1.64,3.23±1.35 psoas kidney 2.18± 1.57) had not significantly different (P > 0.05).Clear cell carcinoma of the skin medullart junction of iodinedistribution of images Iodine (2.75±1.05) mg/ml was higher than non-clear cell carcinoma (1.25±0.72) mg/ml,the difference was statistically significant (t =7.048,P < 0.05).Conclusions CT examination in patients with renal cell carcinoma virtual unenhanced image quality is similar with routine unenhanced image quality,it reduces radiation dose.The distribution of iodine can provide more diagnostic information that can help us be more intuitive and accurate judgments of the blood supply and kidney cancer subtypes.
4.Aberrant promoter methylation of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene in gastric cardia adenocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the promoter methylation status of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene in gastric cardia adenocarcinoma (GCA). Methods Methylation specific PCR (MSP) method was used to examine the methylation status of the 5' CpG island of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene in tumors and corresponding normal tissues. Results Methylation frequencies of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene in tumor specimens were 87.2 % (82/94) and 83 %(78/94), which was significantly higher than that in corresponding normal tissues (14.9 % and 55.3 %, respectively) (P <0.001). Methylation frequencies of SFRP1 in lymph node metastasis group (96.4 %) was significantly higher than that in no lymph node metastasis group (73.7 %). Methylation frequencies of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene in poor differentiation group were all higher than that in moderate and poor-moderate differentiation groups, but both of them did not show significant difference(P >0.05). 63 cases of GCA showed both of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene simultaneous methylation, which including 36 cases of lymph node metastasis group, 27 cases of no lymph node metastasis group. Simultaneous methylation frequencies of SFRP1 and SFRP2 gene in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in no lymph node metastasis group, poor differentiation group was higher than that in moderate and poor-moderate differentiation groups, but both of them did not show significant difference (P >0.05). Conclusion Promoter methylation of SFRP1 and SFRP2 might be related with oncogenesis of GCA and hypermethylation of SFRP1 gene might be related with the malignant behavior of GCA.
5.Analysis of the risk factors of chronic cough in children

Objective To explore the risk factors of chronic cough in children.Methods A hospital-based case-control study was conducted.A total of 60 children with chronic cough and 120 non-chronic cough children were interviewed with standard questionnaires.Non-conditional multivariable logistic model was performed to analyze the risk factors.Results Among 192 children that were performed questionnaire survey,180 cases were obtained the complete data with a questionnaire response rate of 93.75%.No significant difference in age,gender,and permanent residence was found between chronic cough and control groups,respectively (P >0.05).As shown in multivariable logistic model,parents with sensitive history (OR =1.924),mother or father smoking (mother:OR =1.989 ; father:OR =2.156),poor ventilation (OR =27.906),and interior decoration less than 3 months stay (OR =4.652) increased the risk of chronic cough in children.Conclusions Many factors,even the domestic environmental factors,are associated with chronic cough in children.It's time to strengthen the intervention of risk factors for reducing the occurrence of chronic cough in children.
6.Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and microvessel density in gerbil model with inoculated hepatic alveolar echinococcsis

Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD,CD34) in inoculated hepatic alveolar echinococcsis gerbil model and explore the clinical significance.Methods Sixty healthy gerbils were randomly divided into model group,control group and sham operation group.Each gerbil in both model and control groups had liver vaccination with 0.1 ml immature alveolar echinococcus protoscolex suspension or 0.1 ml phosphate buffered saline by open abdominal surgery,respectively,and the sham operation group only had abdominal surgical procedures.Gerbils were put to death on the 120th day post operation,extracted the eyeball and drawn the blood.The alveolar hydatid tissue,surrounding and distal liver tissue were removed from the model group,and normal liver tissue was collected from the other two groups.The VEGF and MVD-CD34 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry staining,Western Blot,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).Results Liver alveolar echinococcsis tissue was only observed in model group.The VEGF expression was observed as yellow or brown yellow granules located in the cytoplasma.The VEGF score and VEGF/β-actin ratio in the different parts were 5.13 ± 1.81 and 1.12 ± 0.05,4.20 ± 1.52 and 0.91 ± 0.02,2.46 ± 1.06 and 0.28 ±0.02,2.20 ±0.77 and 0.30 ±0.02,2.13 ± 1.72 and 0.25 ±0.01,respectively.The VEGF expression in different histological sites showed a gradient change,and bubble hydatid tissues had the highest VEGF expression (P < 0.05).CD34 was expressed in alveolar hydatid tissue and surrounding liver tissue in model group and the CD34 positive cells was stained brown,while CD34 was mainly located in the cell membrane of endothelial cells.The CD34 scores and the CD34/β-actin ratio in the different parts were 5.06 ± 2.46 and 0.66 ±0.01,2.43 ± 1.26 and 0.58 ±0.02,and the other tissues did not have CD34 expression.The alveolar hydatid tissue had higher CD34 expression than any other tissues (P < 0.05).The respective serum VEGF and CD34 level in each group was (106.17 ± 14.17)pg/ml,(38.13 ± 21.36)pg/ml,(42.88 ±17.25) pg/ml,and (1.47 ± 0.28) ng/ml;(0.82 ± 0.12) ng/ml,(0.72 ± 0.16) ng/ml,both are higher in model group than those in the other groups with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Angiogenesis is detected in gerbil alveolar hydatid tissues,which might be involved in the infiltrating growth of alveococcus.
7.Analysis on influence factors of asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis prognosis

Objective To study the prognosis of patients with asymptomatic gallstones and explore prognostic factors.Methods The clinical data of 227 patients with asymptomatic gallstones in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from December 2013 to March 2016 were collected.All patients were followed with questionnaire,finally 192 cases were had been enrolled,of which 57 cases with clinical symptoms were symptom group and 135 cases with no clinical symptons were asymptomatic group.The prognostic factors were analyzed by un-ivariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant difference in the num-ber of stones,stone size,diabetes,high fat diet and body mass index between the two groups(P <0.05).The Logistic regression analysis showed that multiple stones,stone diameter ≥1 cm,diabetes were the major risk factors for prognosis in asymptomatic gallstones.Conclusion Multiple gallbladder stones,stone diameter ≥1 cm,diabetes,high fat diet and obesity may be the major prognostic factors for patients with a-symptomatic gallstones.

A method for determination of PCDD/Fs, PCBs and PCNs in soil sample was developed by using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE)-silica gel column cleanup-basic alumina column separation coupled with GC-MS/MS.The sample was extracted by ASE with Hexane-methylene chloride (Hex-DCM, 50∶50, V/V) at 120℃.The basic alumina column was used to separate PCDD/Fs, PCBs and PCNs.The extracts were eluted with Hex-DCM (95∶5, V/V) to obtain PCBs and PCNs, followed by Hex-DCM (50∶50, V/V) to obtain PCDD/Fs.The limits of detection (LOD) were in the range of 0.04-0.25 μg/L, 0.10-0.20 μg/L and 0.01-0.05 μg/L for PCDD/Fs, PCBs, PCNs, respectively.The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of average relative response factors (RRF) were below 13%.The recoveries of 13C-labeled internal standards of the three classes of analytes were 50%-95%, 51%-103% and 49%-74%, respectively.Concentrations of ∑PCDD/Fs, ∑PCBs and ∑PCNs in soil samples were 16.1-1148 pg/g, 6.6-152.6 pg/g and 10.9-99.5 pg/g, respectively.The results were consistent with that of high resolution mass spectrometer.

Objective To identify a psoriasis susceptibility locus on chromosome4q in a Chinese Han population.Methods The genome search was performed using12microsatellite spanning chromosome4q in64Chinese Han families(372family members)comprising197affected and175unaffected individuals.GENEHUNTER was used for the parametric and non-parametric linkage analyses.Results(1)Non-paramet-ric linkage analyses:single-point analyses revealed that two adjacent loci on chromosome4q D4S413and D4S1597had evidence of linkage,with NPL-scores of2.04and2.23,and P values of0.021and0.014re-spectively.Multi-point analyses showed a peak NPL-score of3.44and the corresponding P value of0.00056at157.9cM where D4S413located.Moreover,NPL score of more than3was found with a range from155.1cM to172.3cM.(2)Parametric linkage analyses revealed a LOD score of3.70,a heterogeneity LOD score of4.35and a high proportion of linked families(?)of85%under the assumption of a dominant model with dis-ease-allele frequency of0.0062and penetrance of10%at D4S1597.Conclusion Chromosome4q contains genes involved in the susceptibility to psoriasis vulgaris in a Chinese Han population.
