Objective To establish the standard for the quality control of Yubo Shaoshang Spray. Methods The identification of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati and Cortex Phellodendri in Yubo Shaoshang Spray were carried out by TLC.The content of emodin in the preparation was determined by HPLC.Chromatographic column was adopted,methanol-0.1 %H3PO4 (85 ∶15) was used as the mobile phase, flow rate 0.80 mL/min, column temperature at 40℃and detection wavelength at 254 nm.Results The TLC spots were highly clear without the interference of negative control and were reproductive. The calibration curve for emodin was linear(r=0.9993) in the range of 0.1~0.5 ?g and the mean recovery rate was 99.34 %and RSD=1.33 %(n=5).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate for the quality control of Yubo Shaoshang Spray.

Objective To use the matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) technique for detecting the mutation gene of neonatal non-syndromic hereditary hearing impairment gene in Guangxi and to investigate its effectiveness and feasibility in clinical application. Methods A total of 7 100 newborns were performed the hearing preliminary screening and secondary screening by adopting AABR.The genomic DNA was extracted by the heel blood spot.Twenty mutation characteristics of 4 deaf predisposing genes were detected by MALDI-TOF-MS.Results The pass rate of hearing screening in 7 100 newborns was 97.11% (6 895/7 100),the positive rate of neonatal gene mutation was 3.54% (251/7 100),in which the GJB2 gene mutation was in 131 cases, the carrying rate was 1.84%,235delC heterozygous mutation was in 108 cases.SLC26A4 gene mutation was in 93 cases, which dominated by 1229C>T heterozygous mutation and IVS7-2A>G heterozygous mutation,mtDNA12SRNA gene mutation was in 16 cases and GJB3 gene mutation was in 11 cases. Conclusion Adopting the MALDI-TOF-MS screening technique can increase the detection rate of hot point mutation in common deaf related genes and discover neonatal genetic NSHI from molecular level and provides the corresponding geneticconsulting guidance for early finding and predicting deaf occurrence, and formulating the interventional measures.

This paper analyzed and concluded successful experience and mechanisms of regional global per capita budget implemented since 2015 in Anhui province, including the formation of mutual incentive and restraint mechanism, the mechanism of controlling expenses spontaneously and resource allocation efficiently. After the reform, flow of hospitalized patients was more rational, and the financial burden of patients was alleviated, while the capacity of medical institutions was improved notably in pilot counties. The successful experience of Anhui province can put forward corresponding suggestions to guide the future work in other areas.

Objective To evaluate the effects of quantifying food thickness on reducing aspiration in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods A total of 76 stroke patients with grade 2 to grade 3 dysphagia hospitalized in department of neurology from March to August,2017,screened by Kubota's drinking water test was recruited and divided randomly into the experimental group(n=38) and the control group(n=38).The patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional dietary nursing and dietary guidance according to the results of quantifying food thickness via thickening agent. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional dietary nursing. Results There were 8 cases (21.05%) occurring aspiration in the experimental group, and there were 28 cases (73.68%) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Quantification of food thickness using thickening agent can effectively reduce the rates of aspiration in stroke patients with dysphagia.

Objective To explore the demand for transitional care service and readiness for hospital discharge in patients with day surgery and analyze their correlation. Methods From October to December 2016, a total of 288 patients undergoing day surgery of Day Surgery Ward in the West China Hospital, Sichuan University, were investigated with questionnaire. Survey instrument included the general information questionnaire, Transitional Care Service Demand Questionnaire and Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS). The dimension score and total score were described with a ((x)±s) deviation. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the score of demand for transitional care service and readiness for hospital discharge of patients. Results The total score of demand for transitional care service of patients with day surgery was (2.88±0.78) with a high level and (2.93±0.81) for the highest score in the dimension of wound self observation and care. The score of readiness for hospital discharge was (80.44±13.06) in patients with a high level. The total score of readiness for hospital discharge had a negative correlation with the total score of demand for transitional care service (r=-0.424, P< 0.05). Conclusions Patients with day surgery are with a high demand for transitional care service. Improving the readiness for hospital discharge can reduce demand for transitional care service. We should adopt positive measures to improve patients' self-care agency during hospitalization, draw up transitional care scheme according to different diseases and provide focused transitional care service.

Objective To explore the effects of intensive self-care intervention on self-care agency, reactive mode, psychology and voice functional recovery in patients undergoing self-retaining laryngoscope CO2 laser vocal polyp resection after leaving hospital. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 75 patients with selective self-retaining laryngoscope CO2laser vocal polyp resection were selected. From January to September 2016, a total of 37 patients with conventional nursing were selected as control group. From October 2016 to June 2017, a total of 38 patients accepting intensive self-care intervention were chosen as observation group. The self-care agency, reactive mode and voice functional recovery of patients in two groups were compared at different times. Results The score of self-care agency of two groups all increased one and three months after leaving hospital compared with that on admission (P< 0.05). The score of self-care agency of observation group one and three months after leaving hospital were (125.32±6.75) and (122.46±8.24) significantly higher than those [(117.69±12.47) and (115.38±10.25)]of control group (P< 0.05). The score of positive coping style of observation group one and three months after leaving hospital were (23.87±1.76) and (24.00±1.83) significantly higher than those [(20.13±1.20) and (20.08±1.35)]of control group (P< 0.05). The fine rate of voice functional recovery in observation group one month after leaving hospital was 78.95% higher than that (51.35%) in control group with a significant difference (P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the fine rate of voice functional recovery between two groups after 3 months leaving hospital (P>0.05). Conclusions Intensive self-care intervention can improve the self-care agency, positive coping style and promote voice functional recovery in patients undergoing self-retaining laryngoscope CO2laser vocal polyp resection.

Age-related hearing loss(ARHL)is a common chronic disease that poses a serious threat to the physical and mental health of the elderly in an aging society. It is a sensorineural hearing loss characterized by the loss of auditory hair cells, stria vascularis lesions, apoptosis of spiral ganglia, and degeneration of the audi-tory central nervous system, reducing the quality of life of the patients. This article reviews the research progress in the relationship of ARHL with Alzheimer's disease, depression, and frailty,as well as the daily intervention in ARHL.This review aims to improve people's awareness and attention to the health hazards of ARHL and to delay the occurrence and development of ARHL by implementing daily intervention measures to form a healthy lifestyle.
