Objective To investigate significance of interferon-γ/interleukin-4(IFN-γ/IL-4) and macrophages in uterus in early embryo loss (or resorption), and to elucidate the anti-abortive effect and the immunological modulation at maternal-fetal interface with quercetin and bornvl acetate. Methods Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)(0.10μg/mouse)was injected via tail vein in order to induce abortion in 7-day-gestation mice which received quercetin and bornvl acetate at days 4-7 of gestation. Levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in uterus lysate supernatant were measured using enzyme-linked immuno-absorbent assay (ELISA), and uterine macrophages of each group ( n =10) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The amount of macrophages was much higher in the uteri of LPS-induced abortion mice than that in control mice. The abortion rate of mouse declined to certain level. The therapy of quercetin combined with bornyl acetate reversed LPS-induced abortion. Conclusion The increase of IFN-γ/IL-4 and the amount of macrophages in the LPS-treated mouse uterus is associated with the embryo loss, and quercetin and bornyl acetate have the anti-abortive effect through modulation of maternal-fetal interface immunity balance.

Objective To investigate and analyze the experience of planting and maintaining implantable venous access ports(IVAP) in management of post-operative breast cancer patients. Methods Breast cancer pa-tients receiving IVAP after surgery from Mar. 2011 to Jun. 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The relative com-plications were documented and summarized during implanting operation. Results 468 patients received IVAP, among whom 451 patients underwent piercing implantation via right internal jugular vein, 15 patients underwent piercing implantation via right subclavian vein, and 2 patients underwent piercing implantation via left internal jugular vein. The mean cathe tering leng th was 12.8 cm for patients receiving IVAP via right internal jugular vein, ranging from 12 to 15 cm. Thereinto, 30(6.4%) patients experienced shot-term complications including 16 cases of puncture difficulty, 5 cases of accidental arterial puncture, 2 cases of extravasation, 2 cases of blood aspiration dif-ficulty and 5 cases of arrhythmia. Three cases had long-term complications as the following:one case of catheter-re-lated infection, one case of catheter lost, and one case of incision rupture. Conclusions IVAP is a safe and effec-tive intravenous infusion device. It is crucial to choose individualized implanting access and length by professional surgical team.

Objective To analyse the relationship between T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells expression and dynamic changes in lung cancer patients 'peripheral blood and the occurrence and development of cancer,and investigate their clinical significances.Methods Flow cytometry was applied to detect 66 patients with lung cancer,60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 60 healthy persons peripheral blood CD+3,CD+3CD+8,CD+3CD+4,Th/Ts,CD+16CD+56 expression.Lung cancer group peripheral blood CD+3,CD+3CD+8,CD+3CD+4,Th/Ts,CD+16CD+56 expression were also detected on 3rd,7th and 20th day before and after chemotherapy.Results Lung cancer group CD+3,CD+3CD+4,Th/Ts,CD+16CD+56 expression decreased significantly [(54.23±10.37)％,(34.23±8.03)％,1.35±0.20,(25.18±4.34)％] and had significant differences compared with pulmonary tuberculosis group [(63.09±9.19)％,(39.46±12.74)％,1.51±0.41,(26.45±3.96)％] and healthy group [(69.68±8.31)％,(42.31±13.29)％,1.89±0.48,(29.44±2.51)％](P ＜ 0.05),but CD+3CD+8 expression showed no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).In chemotherapy group,comparing with before chemotherapy,remission group CD+3,CD+3CD+4,Th/Ts and CD+16CD+56 expression decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.01)on 3rd day after chemotherapy,while CD+3CD+8expression increased significantly(P ＜ 0.01).On 7th day,each index recovered to the level of before chemotherapy basically.On 20th day,CD+3,CD+3CD+4,Th/Ts and CD+16CD+56 expression increased significantly(P ＜ 0.05)compared with before chemotherapy,while CD+3CD+8 expression significantly decreased(P ＜ 0.05).Chemotherapy unease group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Lung cancer of stage Ⅲ A and Ⅲ B compared with stage Ⅰ A,and lymph node metastasis in N3 group compared with N0 group,CD+3,CD+3CD+4,CD+3CD+8,Th/Ts and CD+16CD+56 expression had significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with their pathological types,each index had no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Monitoring the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells dynamic of lung cancer patients can guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and contribute to the assessment of immune function.

Objective To investigate the influence of angelica sinenisis injection on bone marrow histology and ultrastructure in immune-induced aplastic anemia(AA) mice.Methods Female Balb/c mice were divided into normal group,model group,therapy group and contrast group.All mice were killed by cutting neck on the 12 th day, ulnas and femur were taken out. The bone marrow histology section and ultrastructure of mice ulnas were observed. The quantities of hematopoietic cells were counted. Objective To analyze the clinical features of patients with cholelithiasis treated in our hospital in the recent 10 years to explore the changing tendency of the spectrum of cholelithiasis in the Jiaodong region. Methods The clinical data of 2899 patients receiving operation for cholelithiasis in this hospital between January 1998 and January 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical parameters of sex, age and the lesion sites were reviewed. Compared with the clinical data of cholelithiasis patients in 1991, the data of the 2899 patients were statistically analyzed by SPSS 12.0 package.Results Significant differences existed in sex, e peak morbidity, and lesion sites. The ratio of male patients and female patients with cholelithiasis in differents site had obvious diversity. The constituent ratio of the female was manifestly higher than that of the male. The peak morbidity age range of cholecystolithiasis was 40 to 69. The peak age of gallbladder stones combined with common bile duct stones was 70 to 79, which was the same as that of common bile duct stones. The peak age of intrahepatic bile duct stones was 40 to 59. The constituent ratio of cholecystolithiasis was obviously higher than cholelithiasis in other sites. The incidence of cholecystolithiasis increased with age. Conclusion In the recent 10 years, female's ratio of gallbladder stones and intrahepatic stones was higher than male's.The morbidity of cholelithiasis significantly increased in aged patients. The spectrum of cholelithiasis has changed significantly.

Objective We analysed the homocysteine level and distribution of ganzhou city crowd ,learned about its elevatory sit‐uation ,and provided theory basis for the intervention of high homocysteine level crowd and the prevention of heart and head blood vessel disease .Methods We detected the blood homocysteine level of 6419 adults who had physical examination in our hospital dur‐ing 2012 by enzymatic methods ,and analyzed the diagnose rate of HHcy and the distributions of Hcy in different age and gender . Results The total detection rate of high homocysteine level in 6419 adults was 39 .11% ,among which 47 .30% in male and 22 .49% in female ,the comparison was statistically significant (χ2 = 424 .28 ,P< 0 .05) ;the detection rate of male was higher than female .In different ages ,the detection rates were statistically significant comparatively (P< 0 .05) .The detection rate of homocys‐teine level in both gender rises with age .At the same time ,homocysteine levels in males of 25 - 34 years old age group and 35 - 44 years old age group ,45 - 54 years old age group and 55 - 64 yeas old age group were not statistically significant ;while there were statistical differences of Hcy level in the rest age groups of male ,different age groups of female and same age different gender groups (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The HHcy detection rate and the blood Hcy distribution of Ganzhou city crowd has its regional characteristics compared with other regions ,and it may be associated with the main population distribution of hakka people and oth‐er geological factors .The detection rate of HHcy was relatively high ,and it′s advisable to take early prevention to lower the risk of heart and head blood vessel disease .

Objective:To investigate the purified methods of human anti-D antibody from IgG contained anti-D. Methods:The IgG was separated by the column ion-exchange chromatography(CIEC) from the plasma in which the content of anti-D was 0.814 ?g/ml. Then the IgG preparation contained anti-D was purified by the affinity chromatography(AC) with the O group, RhD positive red blood cell (genotype CCDee). Results:The content of non anti-D IgG were reduced about 90% by the method of AC and the proportion of anti-D could be significantly increased in the final preperation. The quality of final preparation attained reqirements of national standard of biologics. Conclusion:This method is able to purify anti-D from IgG contained anti-D and offer a reference for plasma products.

OBJECTIVETo provide a reference for the development and utilization of Dai medicine by investigate the present situation and existing problems of traditional Dai medicine.

METHODCombined with the previous relevant investigations and literature in the field, the key and the development direction of traditional Dai medicine were analyzed.

RESULTThe textual research, history, species, distribution, endangered resources, protection status etc. were elaborated and the key strategy of further investigation was expounded.

CONCLUSIONDai medicine resources should strengthen the basic research, such as the protection of traditional knowledge, the textual research, quality standard, chemical composition, biological activity, exploration of medicinal resources, especially monographic study on protection of major endangered medicinal resources should be intensified, which will be rise the level of development and utilization of Dai medicine resources.
