For understanding the effect of MDG-1, a water-soluble β-D-fructan polysaccharide from Ophiopogon japonicas, on intestinal microecological balance, especially on the changes of lactobacillus, sixty 8-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were given a high-fat diet for six weeks and were also gavaged with saline once a day simultaneously. Then the mice which is below 30 grams or dropped more than 10% through lavage were eliminated and the rest were randomly divided into four groups: diet-induced obese (DIO) model group (n = 12, gavaged with saline), low-dose MDG-1 group (n = 12, gavaged with MDG-1, 75 mg · kg(-1)) , medial-dose MDG- 1 group (n = 12, gavaged with 150 mg · kg(-1)), and high-dose MDG-1 group (n = 12, gavaged with 300 mg · kg(-1)) according to the weight and blood glucose; the model group and MDG-1 group were placed on a high-fat diet while the normal control group (n = 12, gavaged with saline) were kept on a low-fat diet through the experiment. After 12-weeks of treatment, feces samples were collected and cultured for intestinal microecological balance analysis. Then the intestinal probiotics were cultured through traditional methods combined with modified gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) method. The changes of lactobacillus in each treatment group were also detected by a statistical analysis of the total number of the intestinal flora. We have established the phylogenetic tree by 16S rDNA sequencing and use some molecular identification methods such as PCR-DGGE to analyse the changes of the dominant bacteria floras, and also get the pure culture. In conclusion, different concentrations of MDG-1 can increase the number of the intestinal probiotics, especially Taiwan lactobacillus and Lactobacillus murinus, and improve their diversity and promote proliferation in a dose-dependent way.

Objective To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP), crag algae glycosidase (AFU), armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) andγ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group, 23 were positive with AFP, 20 with AFU, 15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP, AFPL3 and γ-GT; 5 with AFP, AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP, AFU andγ-GT. By contrast, in the control group, among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history, 11 were found positive with AFP, 3 with AFPL3, 12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion The union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.

Objective ERP research has always been the hot spot of the n~ve electrophysiology research.A gTowing body of research suggests that ERP can effectively reflect the cognitive function in patients with depression,evaluate the risk of suicide.This paper reviews the ERP related components with depression and related research.On the basis of the application of ERP in the depression research discusses limitations and prospects on the later development.Methods The articles were retrievaled from databases,such as P UBMED,Foreign medical information resources retrieval platform,CNKI,Wanfang database,ect,from 2013-06 to 2015-01.Index strategy TI:TI:[depression OR affective disorder] AND [suicide OR suicidal] All field:event related potential.Reading and narrowing the scope of the articles,we should understand the experimental design,such as Sample company have suicidal ideation and (or) behavior of patients with depression.Potential induced way,ERP related component detection method,etc.The articles included 43 in English and 15 in Chinese.Read the full text and retain nearly five years about depression and related literature.Results Eventually,the article includes 34 articles and 3 of in Chinese.Conclusion Associated with suicidal ideation and (or) behavior of the existing cognitive dysfunction in patients with depression,ERP related components such as:abnormal P300 and CNV,MMN.N400 have not found abnormal.This article only from the Angle of depression and related research are reviewed in this paper the characteristics of ERP,ERP of other mental illnesses among related research,and to be perfect in the future.

BACKGROUND: Encopresis after operation for congenital.ectopic anus can cause psychological, physiological and social ability disorders.OBJECTIVE: To treat the children with encopresis with biofeedback training so as to improve the function of post-operative defecation.DESIGN: A self-controlled trial.SETTING: Department of Pediatric Surgery, Second Clinical College of China Medical University.PARTICIPANTS: Totally 20 cases of encopresis after treatment with operation for ectopic anus,were recruited from the Department of Pediatric Surgery, Second Clinical College of China Medical University, between January 1998 and October 2004. Among them, there were 4 cases of complete encopresis, 7 cases of loose encopresis and 9 cases of blotch. All the cases were followed up. There were 9 cases of ectopic anus in the middle and lower parts, and 11 cases of ectopic anus at the high part.METHODS: The objective measuring methods of biofeedback training such as anorectal pressure and anus sphincter electromyography were used to train the patients with postoperative encopresis. After one-month self-directed training in anus contraction and defecation habit, the children received proper biofeedback training. ① Biofeedback training to strengthen the muscles around the anus twice per day. The portable biofeedback-training machine was taken home after the children patients could automically contract the muscles around the anus 3 weeks later. ② Biofeedback training to improve rectal sensitivity and coordination of anus sphincter, and repeated training in expanding saccus. A normal defecation reflex was established. Anus sphincter presented reflex contraction to prevent encopresis once the rectum expanded. ③ Defecation training was performed for 30 minutes after meals every day. ④ Electrostimulation combined with biofeedback training was performed for 10 minutes twice a day for 3 or 4 consecutive weeks.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① The maximum contraction anal pressure, vector volume, and electromyographic amplitude of external sphincter of anus; ② positive rate of anorectal contraction reflex of the children patients before and after training.RESULTS: According to actual treatment analysis, all the 20 children patients entered the result analysis. ① In middle and lower parts groups, the maximum contraction anal pressure increased from (11.87±5.61) kPa before training to (24.88±16.58) kPa after training; in high part group, they increased from (5.76±3.84)kPa to (18.18±13.71) kPa (P＜ 0.05). ② In middle and lower parts groups, the vector volume increased from (139.17±130.02) cm (cm Hg)2 to 608.10±131.06 cm·(cmHg)2, whereas in high group it increased from (117.01±74.35) cm(cm Hg)2 to (452.17±69.43) cm(cm Hg)2 (P＜ 0.05). ③ In middle and lower parts groups, the electromyographic amplitude of external sphincter of anus increased from (152.20±37.42) μV to (324.12±67.78) μV; in high part group, it rose from (114.08±51.41)μV to (266.18±49.38)μV (P ＜ 0.05). ④ The positive rate of anorectal contraction reflex improved from pretraining 55％ (11/20) to post-training 90％ (18/20).CONCLUSION: After biofeedback training, the maximum contraction anal pressure, anorectal sensitivity and the coordination of anus external sphincter, defecation habit, and contractibility of external sphincter of anus were all improved obviously, especially in those with ectopic anus in the middle or lower parts. Anus external sphincter function can be improved to the uttermost so as to cure encopresis.

Objective To study the effect of hyaluronidase and VEGF on human breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Methods By means of ELSA and immunohistochemistry, hyaluronidase and VEGF were detected in breast cancer. Results Hyaluronidase were (3.99?1.91) mU/g, (8.01?2.59) mU/g and (12.00?3.96) mU/g in gradeⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ of breast cancer respectively. Objective To investigate the cognition and care needs of the patients with acute stage fracture thus providing reference for the construction of intermediate care model. Methods The data of 504 patients with acute stage fracture from December 2014 to April 2015 were investigated through questionnaire, and analyzed. The issues included gender, age, marital status, cultural level, degree of understanding of intermediate care, care needs, etc. Results 63.29%(319/504) of the patients didn′t know intermediate care before they filled in the questionnaire,only 3.97%(20/504) of the patients understood the conception of intermediate care; different stage of age had different cognition towards intermediate care, the differences were statistically significant( χ2=148.771, P<0.01); different stage of age, sex, marital status, cultural level had different care needs, the differences were statistically significant (H/u=9.692-129.097, P<0.05). Conclusions At present, the majority of patients have no conception about intermediate care, so it is necessary to build the model of intermediate care. As nursing staff we should provide different help according to different type people, thus we can promote patients' physical and mental health, improve patient satisfaction to the greatest extent.

Histone methyltransferase SMYD3 (SET and MYND domain containing 3) is a protein which has the function of histone methylation found in recent years,it has an important role in transcriptional regulation.The research shows that SMYD3 inhibit apoptosis and promote cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis.More and more data shows SMYD3 highly expressed in liver cancer and is low in normal tissues which is even undetectable.SMYD3 level was significantly associated with prognosis,and gene silencing experiments in SMYD3 tumor cell growth was inhibited.Therefor,SMYD3 is closely related with the development and prognosis of HCC occurrence,which suggests that people can suppress the expression SMYD3 to block tumor cell growth,migration and improve prognosis to provide new goals and direction for the future of cancer treatment.

Objective To understand the subjective perception and influential factors of critical care training in rescue nurses. Methods The same self-designed questionnaire with a total of 49 closing entries were used before and after training course to investigate the ability of critical care and prevention ability of infectious diseases in rescue nurses. Results The ability of emergency response nursing improved remarkably after rescue nurse training (t=-7.071--3.693,P<0.01). But there were several weaknesses still in existence including specialty knowledge, first aid techniques, and clinical application of biochemical indicators, psychological trauma assessment, epidemics and ECG recognition, critical
thinking, the differences were statistically significant (t=-6.736--3.286,P<0.01). Conclusions Rescue nurses training can improve the ability to take care of critical illness under emergency situations, which can ease the insufficiency of human resource for short-term.
