1.Probiotics and allergic rhinitis.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(2):109-112
The prevalence of allergic diseases has increased in recent years, and primary prevention of allergic disease is considered to be an elusive goal. This paper summarizes the recent publications on probiotics in allergic rhinitis. It focuses on clinical and laboratory observations of treatment or prevention of allergic rhinitis. Probiotics administration represents different outcome, its effects depend on a variety of factors, such as dosing regimen, delivery method and the types of bacterium. Since the data from different research centers are conflicting, the further studies are required.

3.Advances in the relationship betreen tumor and venous thromboembolism
China Oncology 1998;0(01):-
Although the relationship between tumor and venous thromboembolism has been demonstrated, the clinical implications of this association still have to be thoroughly elucidated. The aim of this paper is to review the pathogenetic mechanisms accounting for the development of venous thrombosis, the relationship between tumor and venous thromboembolism, the prophylaxis and treatment of venous thrombosis in tumor patients.
4.Removal of venous thrombus by Fogarty ballon catheter at different time
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To determine the collagen deposition in adventitia of venous wall and the influence of removal venous thrombus by Fogarty balloon catheter on venous wall at different time. Methods The collagen deposition in adventitia of venous wall in inferior vena caval thrombosis in rats, and the injury of venous wall caused by Fogarty balloon catheter removal of thrombus at different time were observed. Results Collagen deposition in adventitia of venous wall increased with time. The peak of collagen deposition was 10 days after thrombus formation, which was significantly different from the control group (P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of subfascial endoscopic perforating veins ablation in treating chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremities. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 18 patients( 20 limbs) with chronic venous insufficiency treated by subfascial endoscopic perforating veins ablation. Results 69 perforating veins were detected in the medial calf of 20 limbs, including 62 incompetent perforating veins and 7 competent perorating veins. 65 perforating veins were ligated but 4 were not found.Apart from the clinical score of pigmentation, there were sigificant decreases in all the mean scores postoperatively (P
6.The treatment of acute vascular injury: report of 132 cases
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
ObjectiveTo review the treatment of 132 patients with vascular injuries admitted to our hospital from Jun,1985 to May,2001.Methods Clinical data were analyzed according to the cause, site, type, and surgical modality of vascular injuries. ResultsThe mortality rate in this group was 6.8%, amputation rate 8.3%, and patency rate of primary surgical treatment was 91.9%.ConclusionsSurgical exploration is the mainstay of diagnostic approaches for acute vascular injury; flexible measures should be taken to ensure high patent rate of the injuried blood vessel, lower mortality and high salvage of limbs.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2012;31(5):390-392
Objective To investigate hemodynamie change in uremia complicating heart failure of elderly patients. Methods Totally 241 cases with uremia complicating heart failure received measurement of circulation dynamic detection(CD).The volume load,myocardial contractility and blood pressure were analyzed in the elderly group aged(71±6)years (n=116) and young and middleaged group aged(38± 10)years(n =125). Results The central venous pressure(CVP)[(26.7±11.3)cmH2O vs.(23.6 ± 10.7) cm H2O,t=2.410,P =0.010],effective circulation volume (ECV)[(4362± 1340)ml vs.(3085 ± 1001 ) ml,t =7.674,P =0.000],stroke volume(SV) [(185 ± 52) ml vs.(114±41)ml,t=7.803,P=0.000],cardiac output (CO)[( 13.9±4.3)L/min vs.(11.2±3.6)L/min,t=4.802,P=0.000],left ventricular end diastolic volume (LVD)[(388± 145)ml vs.(258±98)ml,t =7.673,P =0.000],left ventricular end systolic volume ( LSV ) [( 223 ± 95 ) ml vs.( 135 ± 59) ml,t =7.186,P=0.000] were significantly higher group than in young and middle-aged group.The ejection pressure (EP)[(178±29)mm Hg vs.(183±24)mm Hg,t=2.323,P=0.012],myocardium negative inotropic(MNC) [(0.609±0.149)vs.(0.683±0.188),t=3.113,P=0.002],ejection fraction (EF) [(0.433± 0.034) vs.(0.445 ± 0.031 ),t =2.451,P =0.010],diastolic blood pressure (DBP) [( 87 ±14)mm Hg vs.(1.08±22)mm Hg,t=8.141,P=0.000],systematic vascular resistance(SSR)[(952±207)gcm-4 s-2 vs.(1217± 308) gcm-4 s-2,t =7.143,P=0.000],ejection resistence(ER) [( 178± 29)vs.( 183 ± 24),t =2.323,P =0.012] were lower in elderly group than in young and middle-aged group.DBP(x2 =16.474,P=0.000,OR=0.752,95%CI:0.714-0.790),SBP(x2 =11.913,P=0.000,OR=1.148,95%CI:1.091-1.205),ER(x2 =17.892,P=0.000,OR=0.906,95%CI:0.861-0.951),CVP(x2 =14.672,P=0.000,OR=0.698,95%CI:0.663-0.733) and LDV(x2 =21.080,P=0.000,OR=0.942.95% CI:0.895-0.989) were dangerous factors of uremia complicating heart failure.Conclnsions The increased volume load,decreased myocardial contractility and cardiac afterload may appear in the elderly patients with uremia complicating heart failure.
8.A investigation and analysis for the situation of professional identity of new undergraduates in medical image profession
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(5):138-140
Objective:To investigate and analyze the situation of professional identity of new undergraduates in medical image profession, and guide and arouse the learning initiative, provide education guidance with more pertinence for the professional plan of undergraduate, and enhance employment competence of graduates, and improve the social status of this profession. Methods:The questionnaire survey, comparison of results and trend analysis of relative question for new undergraduates of image specialty were collected and analyzed, and then the general situation of professional identity was obtained. Results: The professional identity of new undergraduates were below the average level, and their cognition for employment situation were not clear, and their evaluations for this profession were lower. Besides, the situations of male were lower than that of female. Conclusion: Face to the trend of fast development of image specialty and shortage of image professionals, the analysis of professional identity for new undergraduates is worthy because it can improve teaching quality, enhance quality for image talent and contribute to establish thorough employment guidance plan for colleges and universities.

10.Diagnosis and treatment of iliac vein compression syndrome
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
The occurrence of iliac vein compression syndrome(IVCS) has the anatomic factor.IVCS has no specific symptoms and signs. The diagnosis of IVCS is mainly made by venography, intravascular pressure measurement, intravascular ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, magnetic resonance venography, and CT.Before the occurrence of acute iliofemoral thrombosis, the treatment of IVCS is conservative therapy. The purpose of surgical intervention is to resolve the obstruction and keep the blood flow. The surgery of occluded iliac veins secondary to IVCS is now to be replaced by endovascular reconstruction. IVCS can be treated correctly before the occurrence of iliofemoral thrombosis and its sequelae can be reduced greatly, if the diagnosis of IVCS can be made as early as possible, and the degree of the stenosis of the iliac vein, the characteristics of its hemorheology and hemodynamics can be understood in time.
