Depression is a common mental disorder with high incidence rate and low remission rate. The prediction of therapeutic effect in depression is limited to clinical features and neuroimaging.Reviewed the Results of magnetic resonance imaging for predicting the treatment response in depression and explored the Objective image markers for predicting the therapeutic effect in depression. It showed that the studies mainly focused on emotion regulation neural circuitry and few on reward neural circuitry.Prefrontal cortex, cingulate cortex, amygdala and hippocampus play important roles on predicting therapeutic effect. The study of magnetic resonance imaging for predicting therapeutic effect in depression is a feasible research field.More researches of finding the role of reward neural circuits in predicting the effect of antidepressants are needed. The brain structure and function of the neural circuits involved in depression and predicting the effect of anti-depression need to be studied by multimodal MRI method.

Prognostic factors of differentiated thyroid carcinomas ( DTC ) were analyzed and the related literatures were systematically reviewed in order to justify the diagnostic and therapeutic modalities for improving the patient′s survival.150 patients ( female,n =113 ; male,n =37 ) with histopathologically diagnosed DTC,including papillary thyroid carcinoma ( n =131,87.3% ) and follicular thyroid carcinoma ( n =19,12.7% ),were postoperatively followed up and their clinical data were retrospectively reviewed.Patients were followed up for 4.15-31 years wherein 140 patients( 93.3% ) survived but with relapse in 30 patients( 20.0% ),and 10 patients( 6.7% ) died.Surgical procedures consisted of near-total or subtotal thyroidectomy ( n =83,55.3% ),partial thyroidectomy ( n =64,42.7% ),and total thyroidectomy ( n =3,2.0% ).Out of the patients receiving lymph node dissection ( n =63 ),45 patients( 71.4% ) had detectable lymph node metastasis.Age of onset, tumor size at initial visit, and early metastasis showed the statistically significant difference between mortality group and survival group (P< 0.05 ),as well as between relapse group and relapse-free group( P<0.05 ).Age of onset, tumor size at initial visit, and early metastasis are prognostic factors for DTC.

Objective To investigate the possibility to create versatile system recovery disc for PACS workstation using the software Ghost 11. Methods Firstly, PACS and Windows software was installed into a PACS workstation. Secondly, S&R&S V9.7 1112F intelligent system -packaging tool and DllCacheManager_V1.6 Dllcache backup -restore tool were used to package the system. Finally, Ghost 11 was adopted to produce mirror image of the system. Results The image could recover system easily. Conclusion The system-recovery disc created by Ghost11 can significantly minimized the workload when the PACS workstation runs into error and improves the maintenance efficiency.

Objective To evaluate the right ventricular (RV) function in patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction ( AIMI ) with tissue Doppler imaging and M-mode echocardiography. Methods There were 50 cases of AIMI, 34 males and 16 females. And 50 healthy persons were as control group, 30 males and 20 males. From the echocardiographic apical 4- chamber views, the systolic, early and late diastolic motion (SD, DED, DAD) of the tricuspid annulus were recorded at the RV free wall with the use of two-dimentional guided M-mode recordings. Peak systolic, early and late diastolic velocities (Sm, Em, Am) of the tricuspid annulus were also recorded at the same site by tissue Doppler imaging. The ratios of DAD/DAD and Em/Am were calculated. Results SD, DED, Sm and Em of the tricuspid annulus at the RV free wall, as well as the ratios of DED/DAD and Em/Am, were reduced significantly in patients with AIMI as compared with health control [SD: (18.7±5.5) mmvs. (24.9±2.8) mm; DED: (10.9±3.4) mmvs. (16.6±3.4) mm;Sm: (12.9±2.8) cm/s vs. (15.9±2.7) cm/s; Em: (12.3±3.4) cm/s vs. (16.7±4.7) cm/s;DED/DAD: (1.5±0.6) vs. (2.3±0.9); Em/Am: (0.9±0.4) vs. (1.1±0.3); t=18.711,19. 055, 11. 851, 14. 781, 6.068, 2. 127; P<0. 01 or 0. 05, respectively]. There were no statistically significant differences in DAD and Am between two groups [DAD: (8. 8±1.9) mm vs. (7.7±2.1)mm; Am: (17.5±4.8) cm/s vs. (16.6±5.2) cm/s; t=0.414, 0.649; both P>0.05].Conclusions The systolic and diastolic functions of RV are impaired in patients with AIMI.

Objective To analyze the expression of serum anti M phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R)antibody in idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN),and to investigate its value in the diagnosis and evaluation of idiopathic membranous ne-phropathy.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with biopsy-proved glomerular diseases were involved in this study, including 97 cases with IMN,21 cases with IgA nephropathy (IgAN)and 19 healthy people.ELISA was used to detect ser-um anti-PLA2R antibodies.Correlations of anti-PLA2R antibody level with laboratory parameters, including serum albumin, 24-hour urine protein of IMN patients were evaluated. Results The median of anti PLA2R antibody in IMN group,IgAN group and healthy group was 45.2(3.6~705.9)RU/ml,5.9(2.3~10.6)RU/ml and 1.2(0.6~9.3)RU/ml.The levels of serum anti PLA2R antibody in IMN group were higher than those in IgA nephropathy group and healthy control group. The difference was statistically significant (t=-5.027,-3.077;P=0.05).Among 97 cases with IMN,76 cases showed posi-tive anti-PLA2R antibodies (positive rate 78.35%).There was none patient showed positive anti-PLA2R antibody respec-tively in IgAN and healthy people.Furthermore,anti-PLA2R antibody level was negatively correlated with serum albumin (r=-0.453,P=0.000)and positively correlated with CREA,TC,ESR,24 hour urine protein (r=0.233,0.234,0.363, 0.586;P=0.004,0.217,0.021,0.000)in IMN patients. Conclusion Serum anti PLA2R antibody may be used as a IMN specific marker for the diagnosis of IMN,and it has important reference value for evaluating the severity of IMN.

Objective To investigate the genetic characteristic of whole-genome of influenza A/H3N2 viruses in severe acute respiratory infection cases in Beijing area. Methods From 2014 to 2016,the viral RNA was extracted from 32 strains isolated from SARI cases, then sequenced by Ion Torrent PGM Sequencer. The phylogeny and molecular features of whole-genome were analyzed by Mega and Consurf software. Results The HA gene of tested strains isolated in 2014-2015 influenza season belonged to lineage 3C.3a and 3C.2a,while those isolated in 2015-2016 influenza season belonged to cluster 3C.2a.Moreover,compared with the vaccine strains,7 variant amino acids of protein of HA1 were identified, and two of them were located in antigenic sites. All isolates were sensitive to neuraminidase inhibitors while showed resistance to blockers for M2 ion channel. Conclusion The phylogenetic features of isolates studied in this study are similar with that of current circulating strains. However, the difference between isolates and vaccines should not be overlooked.
