Purpose With the progression of brain tissue aging, the transport and drainage characteristics of metabolites and secretory products for neurons in extracellular space occurs irreversible change. This paper aims to investigate and quantify MR tracer diffusion characteristics in cerebral interstitial fluid of elderly SD rats. Materials and Methods MR contrast agent Gd-DTPA was injected into the caudate nucleus of two groups of rats including 8 in experimental group (15-17 month old) and 15 in control group (7-10 month old). MR scan was performed at 0.25 h, 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h and 4 h to observe the dynamic distribution in the caudate and measure the diffusion and clearance rate. Results There was no statistically significant difference in diffusion rate and D* between control group with (3.32±0.70)×10-4 mm2/s and experimental group with (3.25±0.46)×10-4 mm2/s (t=1.739, P>0.05). The clearance rate k' was significantly different between control group (0.62±0.12)×10-4/s and experimental group (0.29±0.08)×10-4/s (t=11.602, P<0.05). Conclusion The degeneration of aging brain tissue changes the composition of extracellular space resulting in decreased speed of ISF clearance. This may cause accumulation of metabolites which eventually triggers a variety of age-related diseases.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the development of managerial psychology so as to solve culture, managerial system and peculiar problems at the transitional phase.DATA SOURCES: By using CNKI and PSYCINFO database, we searched literature on organization and managerial psychology in the past 20 years. We also collected the authors' research papers related to this area in the recent years.DATA SELECTION: We selected 24 research articles on organizational reforms, leadership behavior, motivation mechanism and organizational culture.DATA EXTRACTION: Seventeen out of the 24 articles were excluded because they overlapped with each other in content to some extent. Therefore,this article reviewed the other 7.DATA SYNTHESIS: On the basis of comprehensive analysis of development of managerial psychology at home and abroad, this article predicts the newly emerging hot issues and trend of research on managerial psychology, and further puts forward the short-term and long-term development goals of managerial psychology research.CONCLUSION: Paying attention to research on organization-level changes,accentuating on the systematic exploitation of human resources, continuously expanding research field and giving more concern for the national goals are the development trend of managerial psychology.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of clarithromycin on prostatitis induced by NG,CT and U?U.METHODS:56cases of venereal disease-related prostatitis were treated with oral clarithromycin in combination with prostatic massage and hip bath.7days after withdrawing drug,examination of prostatic secretion(EPS)and detection of pathogens were carried out.RESULTS:Total effective rate was82.1%;negative turn rate was92.9%;87.5%EPS routine came back to normal;no obvious ARDs were found.CONCLUSION:Clarithromycin is high in therapeutic effect,slight in ad?verse reactions and convenient in administration.It is suitable for treatment of venereal disease-related prostatitis.

Objective To study the internal atlas sphincter of rats with congenital anorectal malformations(ARM)by observing the number of the ganglion cell and the number of nerve plexus in the internal sphincter.Methods Healthy pregnant Wistar- Imammichi rats are induced to ARM by ETU.67 rats with ARM were obtained.The pelvis was continuously cut from the exactly midsagittal plane, and the slices were stained with HE to observe the number of the ganglion cell and the number of nerve plexus in the internal sphincter under microscope.Result The average number of the ganglion cell in the rats with ARM was 1.206,and the number of the nerve pluxes is 0.310.The numbers in both two groups were extremely less than that in normal rats(P＜0.05).The rats without ARM which were also dealt with ETU had no distinctness compared with the normal rats.Conclusion The pathology changes of ARM includes many ways,for example,muscles,mucosa and the nerve system.The decrease of the ganglion cell and the nerve plexus in internal sphincter is an important aspect of ARM.

Objective To investigate the effect of dexamethasone on the pulmonary gas exchange in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods Forty ASAⅡorⅢpatients aged 29-47 yrs weighing 50-69 kg undergoing cardiac valve replacement under CPB were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=20 each):dexamethasone group received dexamethasone 0.5 mg?kg~(-1) after induction of anesthesia and control group received normal saline(NS).Blood samples were taken before operation(T_0) immediately before CPB(T_1)and immediately after discontinuation of CPB(T_2)for determination of plasma total and active matrix metallo-proteinase-9(MMP-9)concentration(by enzyme-linked immuno-absorbent and fluorometric enzyme-linked immuno-absorbent assay respectively)and MMP-9 gene expression(RT-PCR).Blood samples were taken from radial artery at T_1 and T_2 for blood gas analysis.A-aDO_2 was calculated.Results MMP-9 gene expression and plasma total and active MMP-9 concentrations were significantly increased at T_2 as compared with those at T_0 in both groups and were significantly lower in dexamethasone group than in control group(P＜0.05 or 0.01).The A-aDO_2 at T_2 was significantly smaller in dexamethasone group than in control group.Conclusion Dexamethasone can inhibit the increase in gene expression,protein synthesis and activation of MMP-9 and decrease in gas exchange across alveolar-capillary membrane caused by CPB and protect the lungs during open heart surgery performed under CPB.

Objective To investigate prophylaxis and therapy of early complications following relatives' partial live small bowel transplantation.Methods Four relatives' partial live small bowel transplantations were carried out.Among the 4 patients,there were 3 cases of short intestine syn- drome and one case of non-function of small bowel caused by the absence of nerve ganglion of small in- testine.More than 4 antigens of HLA were completely matched between donators and receptors.In- testines of donators were got from terminal ileum with the length of (150?10) cm.After operations, tacrolimus (FK506),mycophenolate mofetil (MMF),and methylprednisolone were used to prevent rejections.Measures such as use of anticoagulation,improving microcirculation and albumin infusion, aimed at regulating the function of blood coagulation and preventing bleeding and formation of thrombus at anastomotic stoma;famotidine and omeprazole were used to prevent irritable ulcer;use of the third generation of cephalosporins antibiotics,ganciclovir and fluconazol could prevent bacteria,vi- rus and eumycete infections;disinfection and care of easily-infected organs were emphasized;receptors were encouraged to get out of their beds to move frequently;glutamine and enteral nutrition were used early to promote recovery of intestinal function.Results Three days after operation,one patient's lung was infected with baumanii,and the infection had been under control after being treated with the third generation cephalosporins antibiotics;five days after operation,haematoma was detected on an- other patient and was cleared through the second operations growth of eumycete was found in 2 pa- tients' excretion and secretion from enteron,and their situations were improved with fluconazol;acute rejections of the 4 patients were detected 20 days after operation and reversed by the increased use of FK506 combined with methylprednisolone.Among the 4 patients,2 of them have survived for a long time,and the first patient has survived for 6 years and 8 months till now and the other one for 3 years and 2 months;furthermore,other 2 patients respectively died of infections 5 months and 35 days after the operations.Conclusion Because of special constitution of intestine,early complications of rela- tives' partial live small intestine transplantation are frequent and complicated.Therefore,prophylaxis and therapy of early complications are crucial to the success of the transplantation.

160 s and core temperature was 36-37℃.Blood ga- ses,platelets,plasma free hemoglobin and coagulation factors were measured during ECMO support. The blood supply was monitored in the limbs cannulated with the femoral artery cannula.Results Two patients were successfully treated with ECMO without major complications.The circulatory and respiratory function of the patients was stable.The chest X-ray showed a no clouding of lungs and he- patic function was greatly improved in case 2 who underwent a successful heart transplantation follo- wing mechanical cardiocirculatory support as a bridge,Two patients received ECMO support for 5 and 3 days respectively.Both patients recovered well.No any severe acute rejection occurred and heart func- tion was NYHAⅠ.Conclusion When candidates suffered acute cardiogenic shock,ECMO can provide safe and effective mechanical circulatory support as a bridge to heart transplantation.

Objective To explore the effects of piperine on cell proliferation and migration in angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ)-treated rat airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs).Methods The primary ASMCs of rats were cultured by improved tissue-piece digestion inoculation and trypsin digestion.MTT assay was used to detect the effects of Ang Ⅱ and Ang Ⅱ receptor antagonist losartan on cell proliferation activity.After treatment with Ang Ⅱ and piperine, the cell proliferation activity, the cell cycle distribution and the cell migration were detected by MTT, flow cytometry and Transwell assay respectively.ERK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 and losartan were then applied to determine the expression of cyclin D1, MMP-9, p-ERK1/2, ERK1/2, and β-actin proteins by Western blot assay.Results After 24 h culture, Ang Ⅱ treatment promoted the cell proliferative activity in rat ASMCs (P<0.05), and the promotive effect of 10-7 mol/L Ang Ⅱ was the most significant.Additionally, losartan blocked the Ang Ⅱ-induced cell proliferative activity in rat ASMCs (P<0.05).10-7 mol/L Ang Ⅱ treatment resulted in the elevated cell proliferative activity, higher S phase fraction, increased migrated cell number, and enhanced expression of cyclin D1, MMP-9and p-ERK1/2 proteins (P<0.05);these effects were dose-dependently reversed by piperine.Both PD98059 and losartan blocked Ang Ⅱ-induced expression of p-ERK1/2, cyclin D1 and MMP-9 proteins in rat ASMCs.Conclusions Piperine may inhibit Ang Ⅱ-induced cell proliferation and cell migration via ERK1/2 signaling pathway in rat ASMCs.

Objective To investigate the effect of stanozolol on nitrogen balance ,grip strength and clinical outcomes of criti‐cal patients with high nutrition risk .Methods We enrolled patients who were admitted to the ICU of Guizhou provincial Hospital during the time period from January 2014 to June 2014 and ,as patients with high nutrition risk .Patients ,who received same base nutritional support program ,were divided into two groups .Treatment group who were treated with stanozolol administrated with gastric or jejunal tube for 7 days by 4 mg Tid .The control group whose members underwent placebo simultaneously with the treat‐ment group .The nitrogen balance ,grip strength of both groups was measured when at admitted and 4th as well as 7th day .Prealbu‐min ,total bilirubin ,alanine aminotransferase ,and aspartate aminotransferase were measured when at the same time and before leave hospital .The duration of the mechanical ventilation ,ICU stays ,hospital stays and mortality within 28 days were recorded .Results There was no statistical significance in the differences between all the indicators of the two groups at admission(P>0 .05) .The du‐ration of mechanical ventilation ,ICU stays ,hospital stays were decreased significantly in the treatment group (P<0 .05) compared to the control group .But the mortality within 28 days had no significant difference between two groups (P>0 .05) .Nitrogen bal‐ance ,prealbumin ,grip strength and liver function parameters in the treatment group were significantly higher than they were been at admitted and control group at 4th and 7th day (all P<0 .05) .Liver function parameters of treatment group gradually decreased to the normal range before discharge .Conclusion In critically ill patients treated with anabolic steroid stanozolol ,can promote protein synthesis ,reduce muscle and other lean tissue decomposition ,improve clinical symptoms ,short the length of hospital stay and ICU stay .But we should pay more attention on liver function in critically ill patients who treated with stanozolol .
