The paper expounds the features of data in hospital information systems and analyzes current problems in domestic hospital information systems, particularly the problem of crisis handling with hospital data It also discusses the strategic data planning of hospital information systems, including organizational guarantee, systems development, technological pathways, and data models, The strategic data planning, which has been put into practice, has brought about good results.

Objective To investigate the relationship between interaction of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor alpha (PPARα), cytochrome P450 oxysterol 7α-hydroxylase (CYP7B1) and estrogen receptor (ER) and intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnant rats. Methods Eighty clean SD pregnant rats were selected and divided into four groups randomly with 20 in each. Since the 13th day of pregnancy,rats in the control group was injected subcutaneously with refined vegetable oil 2.0 ml · kg-1 · d -1 , those in the low-dose, moderate-dose and high-dose groups received 17-α-ethynylestradiol (EE) 1.0 mg · kg-1 · d-1,1.25 mg · kg-1 · d-1 and 1.5 mg · kg-1 · d-1, respectively. All rats were sacrificed at the 21at day of pregnancy and maternal hepatic tissues were collected. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), total bile acid (TBA) and bilirubin (BIL) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mRNA expressions of PPARα, CYP7B1, Erα and Erβ in maternal rat livers were examined by real-time PCR. Results (1) Biochemical indicators: the serum levels of ALT,AST, TBA and BIL were significantly lower in the control group than in the rest 3 groups,respectively [ control group: (41.1 ± 2.8 ) U/L, (44.4 ± 3.6) U/L, (26.4 ± 5.6 ) μmol/L and( 2.8 ± 0.2)U/L;low-dose group: (48.2 ±3.4) U/L,(47.9 ±3.7) U/L,(36.4 ±4.2) μmol/L and (4.2 ±0.2) U/L;moderate-dose group: (70.4 ± 5.3 ) U/L, (68.4 ± 5.6) U/L, (64.3 ± 3.8 ) μmol/L and ( 6.2 ± 1.2)U/L; high-dose group: (72.4 ±7.6) U/L, (70.2 ±3.8) U/L, (72.4 ±7.8) μmol/L and (8.2 ±2.2)U/L, P<0.05], and those in the moderate or high-dose groups were higher than in the low-dose group (P<0.05). (2) mRNA expression of Erα and Erβ: the mRNA expression of Erα in pregnant rat livers increased in a dose-dependent manner, which were all significantly higher than that in the control group,respectively ( low-dose group: 0.76 ± 0.02 ); moderate -dose group: ( 0.99 ± 0.04; high-dose group:1.21 ±0.01 ;control group:0.65 ±0.01, P <0.05), but no difference was found among the 4 groups in the mRNA expression of Erβ ( P > 0.05 ). (3) mRNA expression of CYP7B1 and PPARα: the mRNA expression of CYP7B1 in pregnant rat livers increased from the low-dose group to the high-dose group, and were all higher than that of the control group ( low-dose group: 0.93 ± 0.01; moderate-dose group: 0.99 ±0.06; high-dose group: 1.22 ± 0.04; control group: 0.75 ± 0.02, P < 0.05 ). However, the mRNA expression of PPARα decreased from the low-dose group to the high-dose group, and were all lower than that of the control group (low-dose group: 0.83 ± 0.05; moderate-dose group: 0.71 ± 0.02; high-dose group:0.64 ± 0.03; control group: 1.35 ± 0. 05; P < 0.05 ) . Conclusions The down regulated mRNA expression of PPARα, caused by higher dose of estrogen, may increase the expression of CYP7B1 due to the ineffectiveness of the inhibition of PPARα on CYP7B1, which may further stimulate the Erα activity and then induce intrahepatic cholestasis. Abnormal expression of PPARα, CYP7B1 and ER may play a role in the pathogenesis of estrogen-induced intrahepatic cholestasis.

Objective:To investigate high sensitivity-C reactive protein (Hs-CRP) as a prognostic factor in non-Hodgkin lympho-ma (NHL). Methods:Data for 85 consecutive non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients were followed up and reviewed to determine the value of Hs-CRP relative to known prognostic parameters. Results:The progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) times of pa-tients with pre-therapeutic baseline serum Hs-CRP levels of≥4 mg/L were shorter than those of patients with basal serum Hs-CRP lev-els of<4 mg/L (P>0.05). However, the post-therapeutic, early-to-mid serum Hs-CRP level was not significantly correlated with the OS and PFS times (P>0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the pre-therapeutic baseline serum Hs-CRP level may be an important prognostic parameter for the relapse and survival of NHL patients (P<0.05). Conclusion:The baseline Hs-CRP level can be a major indicator of prognosis in NHL patients.

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy between laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty and sigmoid loop vaginoplasty. Methods A total of 29 cases of congenital absence of vagina received either laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty (Peritoneal Group, 14 cases) or sigmoid loop vaginoplasty (Sigmoid Group, 15 cases) from March 1998 to April 2003. Results The operation failed in 1 case in the Peritoneal Group, requiring a conversion to open sigmoid loop vaginoplasty. Both groups had no surgical complications or postoperative pyrexia. The operating time of the Peritoneal Group (118 9?19 0 min) was significantly shorter than that of the Sigmoid Group (202 0?18 6 min) ( t =-11 674, P =0 000). And the intraoperative blood loss of the former (36 2?12 6 ml) was significantly less than that of the latter (105 3?46 3 ml) ( t =-5 205, P =0 000). The conditions of reconstructed vagina of both groups were basically the same, but the vagina length of the Sigmoid Group (10 8?1 1 cm) was significantly greater than that of the Peritoneal Group (9 0?0 8 cm) ( t =-4 882, P =0 000). Among the Sigmoid Group, 3 cases had somewhat more amount of vaginal secretion and 4 cases had abnormal-smelling secretion. Patients in both groups reported the same satisfactory degree of sexual life. Conclusions Laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty and sigmoid loop vaginoplasty present a similar therapeutic efficacy, but the former gives less surgical invasion than the latter.

Objective To assess the value of spectral CT in differentiating benign and malignant serous cavity effusion in vitro.Methods 41 plastic tubes filled with serous cavity effusion underwent spectral CT imaging.The gemstone spectral imaging(GSI)viewer was used to measure the mean CT values of water -iodine concentration, iodine -water concentration,monochromatic images(40 -140KeV,interval of 5KeV),140KVp QC,and EFF -Z. Slope of spectral curve was measured also.Based on clinical and pathological diagnosis,30 cases of benign and 11 cases of malignant serous cavity effusion were compared.The difference of the spectral characteristic parameters was evaluated statistically by independent -samples t test using SPSS 18.0.Results The EFF -Z,water -iodine concentration,iodine -water concentration,and slope of spectral curve[7.26 ±0.25,(1 021.82 ±6.37)mg/mL, (-3.23 ±1.53)mg/mL,0.26 ±0.12]of benign serous cavity effusion showed no statistically significant differences between the malignant group[7.31 ±0.10,(1 016.17 ±5.32)mg/mL,(-3.06 ±1.18)mg/mL,(0.24 ±0.10), t =0.652,2.016,0.332,0.482,all P >0.05 ].There were statistically significant differences on 55 -140 KeV between the two groups[(4.87 ±7.13)and (10.66 ±6.70),(7.17 ±6.48)and (12.71 ±5.94),(9.58 ±6.11) and (14.96 ±5.65),(11.63 ±5.97)and (16.77 ±5.52),(13.31 ±5.93)and (18.36 ±5.52),(14.66 ± 5.98)and (19.52 ±5.52),(16.06 ±6.06)and (20.90 ±5.63),(17.03 ±6.10)and (21.42 ±5.88), (17.58 ±6.12)and (22.29 ±5.59),(18.05 ±6.14)and (22.74 ±5.49),(18.52 ±6.17)and (23.19 ± 5.51),(18.74 ±6.20)and (23.33 ±5.46),(19.16 ±6.20)and (23.80 ±5.47 ),(19.30 ±6.26 )and (23.87 ±5.45),(19.57 ±6.26)and (24.19 ±5.48),(19.66 ±6.28)and (24.21 ±5.43),(19.92 ±6.31) and (24.46 ±5.44),(20.00 ±6.32)and (24.53 ±5.43),t =2.339,2.474,2.544,2.489,2.456,2.356,2.301, 2.060,2.231,2.223,2.206,2.161,2.188,2.138,2.162,2.122,2.114,2.104,all P <0.05].However,there were no statistically significant differences on 40 -50 KeV[(-5.51 ±11.82)and (0.96 ±11.59),(-0.41 ±9.77) and (5.75 ±9.85),(2.47 ±8.21)and (8.19 ±8.11),t =1.559,1.785,1.984,all P >0.05].The difference be-tween benign and malignant effusion was statistically significant on 140KVp QC also [(10.25 ±6.96,16.60 ±6.84) (t =2.601,P =0.013)].Conclusion Some spectral CT characteristic parameters especially 55 -140 KeV mono-chromatic images can differentiate benign and malignant effusion.Spectral CT maybe afford a new method to differenti-ate benign and malignant effusion.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of early alterations of carotid arterial intima-media thickness (IMT) and elastic function in patients with hypertriglyceridemia (HTG) using ultrasound radio-frequency technique.Methods 48 patients (triglyceride value ≥ 1.8 mmol/L) were chosen as HTG group.Quantitative intimamedia thickness (QIMT) and quantitative arterial stiffness (QAS) techniques were used to observe the alterations of carotid arterial IMT and elastic index,including diameter of carotid artery (D),distensibility coefficient (DC),compliance coefficient (CC),elasticity coefficient (α),elasticity coefficient (β) and pulse wave velocity (PWV).50 healthy subjects were recruited in control group.Differences of the above-mentioned parameters were analyzed,as well as the elastic index connections between the two groups.Results IMT,α,β,and PWV index of bilateral carotid arteries in HTG group was higher than that of the control group,while the DC and CC index was lower,and the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Within the groups there were differences between the elastic indexes of bilateral carotid arteries.In control group and the HTG group:CCL＞CCR,αL＞αR,βL＞βR,PWVL＞PWVR.CC was negatively correlated to α,β and PWV (P＜0.05).Meanwhile,there was positive correlation among α,β and PWV (P＜0.05).The differences of D between two groups had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).Conclusions The abnormity of arterial occurs earlier than the morphological change,while the ultrasound radio-frequency technique can provide information of earlier alteration of common carotid arteries structure and elastic function in patients with HTG,which is a significant method of testing early alteration of carotid elastic in patients with HTG.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Feiji Formula, a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on lung cancer metastasis in mice. METHODS: The lung cancer metastasis model of mice was established in this experiment study. Twenty-four mice were randomly divided into three groups: untreated group, cisplatin group and Feiji Formula group. Mice in the Feiji Formula group were treated with Feiji Formula decoction; in cisplatin group, with cisplatin by intraperitoneal injection; and in the untreated group, with normal saline (NS). After twenty-day treatment, the body and tumor weights as well as the number of metastatic tumors in both lungs of each mouse were measured. RESULTS: The body weight of mice in cisplatin group was significantly less than that of Feiji Formula group and untreated group (P<0.01); the tumor weight of mice in cisplatin group and Feiji Formula group was markedly lower than that of untreated group (P<0.01); and the number of metastatic tumors in cisplatin group and Feiji Formula group was markedly lower than that of the untreated group (P<0.01), no significant difference between the Feiji Formula group and cisplatin group in terms of the weights and the numbers of metastatic tumors in bilateral lungs. CONCLUSION: Feiji Formula can suppress tumor growth and decrease the number of lung metastatic tumors in the mice, and maintain the body weight of the mice.

The article reviewed three aspects of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke-introduction, rehabilitation nursing and prospect, in order to provide references for developing effective nursing interventions in the future. We obtained literature from the Cochrane Library, JBI Evidence-based Nursing, PubMed, Wanfang and CNKI Databases between January 2000 and May 2016. According to the principle of three relevant aspects, priority to latest five years and critical appraisal, 39 studies were included. Literature analysis showed that rehabilitation nursing mainly consists of position nursing, supportive devices using, manipulative care and psychological support. Also, it put forward that comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures have become major means, the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine is characteristic therapy in our nation, and nursing practice based on evidence should be set up early to relieve the symptom of hemiplegic shoulder pain and promote quality of life for stroke patients.
