[Objective]To investigate the effective method for allergic rhinitis.[Method]58 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group 31 take self-made Yiqi Tuomin Decoction,other group 27 take cetirizine hydrochloride.[Result]In treatment group,16 cases had marked effect,12 had effect,3 had no effect,effective rate was 90.3%;for control one,they were 8,10,9 and 66.7%respectively.[Conclusion]Yiqi Tuomin Decoction has obvious effect on allergic rhinitis.

A large number of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in tumor tissues create a favorable environment for the development of tumor. CAFs inhibit immune cells activation and viability by cytokine secretion, and CAFs prohibit drugs and immune cells infiltration by producing extracellular matrix to weaken cancer treatment efficacy. Regulating CAFs or overcoming CAFs barriers are new strategies for cancer therapy. Hence, designing nano-carriers for regulating CAFs to suppress tumor progression or promoting drug delivery to tumor site by overcoming CAFs barriers has attracted much attention. Therefore, this manuscript reviewed the recent progresses of nano-carriers for CAFs-targeting cancer therapies, in order to provide a reference for clinical cancer treatment.

Objective To analyze the application effects of endoscopic optic nerve decompression in patients with traumatic optic neuropathy and its effect on visual acuity.Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,100 patients (100 eyes) with traumatic optic neuropathy in our hospital were selected as observation objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group with endoscopic sinus decompression of optic nerve on the basis of the control group after the stability of the disease.The patients in two groups were followed up at least 1 year.The clinical efficacy,visual acuity,VEP findings and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rates in the observation group and control group were 76.0％ and 36.0％,there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ O.05).In the observation group,the visual acuity of 16 eyes were improved in 22 eyes with no light perception,9 eyes in 13 eyes with light perception,9 eyes in 11 eyes with hand movement,and 4 eyes with finger counting were all improved;In the control group,the visual acuity of 6 eyes were improved in 20 eyes with no light perception,6 eyes in 14 eyes with light perception,5 eyes in 12 eyes with hand movement,1 eye in 4 eyes with finger counting.After treatment,the incubation period and amplitude of P1O0 in the observation group were (116.85 ±7.96) ms and (5.11 ± 1.16) μV,which were better than the control group (105.62 ±6.82) ms,(4.31 ± 1.25) μV.The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P =O.000).Conclusion The endoscopic optic nerve decompression has a good application effect and safety in patients with traumatic optic neuropathy,can effectively improve the patient's visual acuity,help to improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To establish the best way of tumor-bearing nude mice model with epithelial ovarian adenocarcinoma cell lines. Methods:CAOV3 (wall-attached cell) and COC2 (suspended cell) cell lines were transplanted subcutaneously to the nude mice by injection with different cell concentration or tissue block implantation. Results:The rate and time of tumor formation in the two cell lines were not related to cell concentration in the range from 5?10 6/0.2 ml to 6?10 7/0.2 ml. Time of tumor formation was earlier(especially in the manner of tissue block implantation),the successful rate of tumor formation was higher and the speed of tumor growth was relatively retarded in the nude mice bore CAOV3 cell line's tumor than that in COC2 cell line's. But once tumors were formed in nude mice bearing COC2 cell line, the mice died too fast to make experiment because of very quick speed of tumor growth. Conclusion:Wall-attached cell line, tissue block implantation with trocar may be the best way to establish tumor-bearing nude mice model in epithelial ovarian adenocarcinoma cell lines.
