Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese treating pressure ulcer compound on microcirculation of rats in-vivo.Methods Rats were divided into four groups according to the random number table,includeing high-dose group,low-dose group,positive control group and negative control group.Model rats of microcirculation disturbance were created by dropping epinephrine on partial of mesentery,and then the following indexes of four groups were detected: arteriole diameter,arteriole flow rate,junction of capillary network counts,etc.Results The rats mesentery arteriole diameter variation of positive control group in different time were(74.73±4.23)min,(73.46±4.02)min,(81.60±3.23)min,(93.37±3.84)min,(98.38±3.25) min respectively,and the variation of high-dose group in different time were (72.26± 2.90)min,(72.16 ± 3.20) min,(82.45±2.85)min,(94.64 ± 3.37)min respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).The rats mesentery arteriole flow rate variation of negative control group in different time were (5.06±1.12)min,(3.47±0.97)min,(8.51±1.15)min,(43.55±3.24)min,(56.47±3.54)min respectively,the variation of positive control group were (19.37± 1.81)min,(21.54±2.69) min,(39.86±3.53)min,(86.41 ±4.27) min,(94.35 ± 4.23) min respectively,the variation of high-dose group were (13.73 ± 2.02) min,(22.67 ± 2.48) min,(46.32 ± 4.27) min,(89.18 ± 5.13) min,(95.07 ± 4.67) min respectively,and the variation of low-dose group were (6.22±1.48)min,(10.34±2.09)min,(25.41±2.49)min,(56.87±3.75)min,(74.30±3.18)min respectively.The rats mesentery arteriole flow rate has recovered to the level of before dropping epinephrine by 9 rmin in positive control group and high-dose group,and there were no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05),but there were statistical significance when high-dose group and positive control group were compared with low-dose group and negative control group (P＜0.05).The junction of capillary network counts variation in different time were: negative control group 0,16.92± 1.17,39.19±2.65,positive control group 20.66±1.89,36.78±3.04,76.04±4.29,high-dose group 14.33±1.46,43.75±3.74,81.23±3.34,low-dose group 9.50± 1.13,23.19 ± 2.44,55.62 ± 3.46,respectively,the junction of capillary network counts of high-dose group and low-dose group were more than negative control group (P＜ 0.05),and the high-dose group was more than the positive control group (P＜0.05).The resuming time of local microcirculation flow of positive control group (8.23 ±2.61)rmin was relatively equivalent to high-dose group (8.56 ±1.87) min,(P＞0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese compound can obviously modify microcirculation disturbance of rats mesentery caused by epinephrine.Its effect showed a dose-effect proportional relationship.

Objective: To investigate the action of low level soybean isoflavones (genistin, genistein and daidzein) on the oxidative modification of lipoproteins in serum. Methods: After a system of lipoprotein oxidation mediated by Cu 2+ was established in a dilute serum, the effects of soybean isoflavones on the course and the end of lipoprotein oxidation could be reflected by monitoring the production of conjugated dienes and thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) respectively when isoflavones were added. Results: After 0.5-10 ?mol/L genistein, daidzein, genistin or ?-tocopherol was added into the lipoprotein system respectively before the oxidation initiated by Cu 2+ , the production of conjugated dienes or TBARS in the system was significantly reduced with a dose-dependent relationship. When the lipoprotein oxidation was initiated by Cu 2+ at 37 ℃ for 1 h or 1.5 h, soybean isoflavones also revealed strong inhibition on the oxidation in a weakening way. In comparison with soy isoflavones, ?-tocopherol had smaller inhibition on the production of conjugated dienes, but had promotion on the increase of TBARS. Conclusion: Lipoprotein oxidative modification in serum was weakened by low level soybean isoflavones, and its action after the oxidation initiated was more effective than that of ?-tocopherol.

Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of performing the placement of drainage tube via transnasal route in treating mediastinal anastomotic fistula after surgery of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 6 patients with mediastinal anastomotic fistula after surgery of esophageal cancer,who were admitted to authors' hospital during the period from August 2015 to January 2016,were included in this study.The diagnosis was confirmed by esophageal radiography and thoracic CT scan in all the 6 patients.Under X-ray monitoring,the drainage tube was inserted into the cavity of mediastinal fistula with the help of a guide wire guidance,and continuous negative pressure suction was adopted.The jejunum nutrition tube was inserted via the same nostril if feeding tube was not placed.Results Successful placement of fistula drainage tube and jejunum nutrition tube was achieved in all the 6 patients.In one patient the fistula drainage tube had to be re-placed as the drainage tube was obstructed five days after initial placement.Under X-ray monitoring the mean time used for the drainage tube placement was 33 min (range of 23-48 min).The procedure was well tolerated by all the 6 patients,and no procedure-related complications occurred.After continuous negative pressure suction that lasted for 6-40 days (mean of 23 days) the fistulae healed.Conclusion For the treatment of mediastinal anastomotic fistula after surgery of esophageal cancer,the placement of fistula drainage tube under X-ray monitoring is simple,safe and effective.(J Intervent Radiol,2017,26:250-252)

It was widely believed that the interaction between rice and rice blast fungus can be interpreted by the gene-for-gene hypothesis. Two interaction models between rice blast fungus and anti-disease genes had been briefed. They were receptor-ligand model and guard model. The progress of research about molecular marker and position on avirulence genes of the pathogens of rice blast (Magnaporthe oryzae) was reviewed, and the methods to clone and the cloned avirulence genes of rice blast fungus were also summarized.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial biopsy for malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods Data of 42 cases suspected of malignant obstructive jaundice who underwent percutaneous transhepatic cholangial biopsy and percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) were retrospectively analyzed.And during the examination,the biopsy tissues were obtained for pathology.Results The pathologic results were obtained successfully in 41 of 42 cases and the success rate of operation was 97.62％ (41/42).There were 31 cases with positive results.The positive rate was 73.81％ (31/42).In 12 cases diagnosed as distal biliary tract obstruction by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC),positive pathology results were found in 3 cases;the positive rate was 25.00％ (3/12).In 30 cases diagnosed as perihilar biliary tract obstruction by PTC,positive pathology results were found in 28 cases;the positive rate was 93.33％ (28/30).The accuracy of perihilar biliary tract obstruction was higher than that of distal biliary tract obstruction (x2=20.704,P＜0.05).In all 42 cases,there were no severe complications during or after surgery.In the 31 cases with positive biopsy pathological results,6 cases underwent surgery after improved liver function.The postsurgical pathological results were agree with biopsy pathological results.Conclusion Percutaneous transhepatic cholangial biopsy is safe and efficient for malignant obstructive jaundice.The successful rate and positive rate are high,especially for perihilar biliary tract obstruction.

OBJECTIVETo explore effective therapeutic methods for sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL).

METHODSThirty-four cases of mild and moderate SNHL who were definitely diagnosed with pure tone test and by otologists, including 24 cases of insufficiency of the liver and kidney, 10 cases of excess of liver-fire. They were treated with acupuncture at main points, Ermen (TE 21) or Tinggong (SI 19) or Tinghui (GB 2), and Yifeng (TE 17), Shenting (GV 24), Baihui (GB 20), Houding (GV19), Touwei (ST 9), Conger 1-3, Congnao 1-2; and adjuvant acupoints: Huangshu (KI 16), Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4), Taixi (KI 3) were added for insufficiency of the liver and kidney; Zhongwan (CV 12), Tianshu (ST 25), Yanglingquan (GB 34) and Taichong (LR 3) were added for excess of liver-fire. Sequential multipoint pulse stimulation was adopted, twice each week, for 20 consecutive weeks (40 sessions) and then pure tone test was carried out repeatedly.

RESULTSOf 34 cases (58 affected ears), 13 cases were cured and 21 improved, and the various linguistic frequency hearing threshold pure hearing values before and after treatment increased significantly (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONAcupuncture and continuous multipoint pulse stimulation has definite therapeutic effect on linguistic frequency hearing loss in the patient of SNHL.

Objective To find methods to isolate and purify plasminogen activator (Pla) from artificial culture of Yersinia pestis. Methods Ultrasonication and urea extracting combined by ammonium sulfate salting-out were tried to extract Pla. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to purify Pla. The first step was ion exchange and the second was gel filtration, Preparative electrophoresis was used to purify Pla, too. The enzyme activity of the isolated or purificated Pla was detected. Results Both 50% - 60% saturated ammonium sulfate deposition of supernatant of plague bacilli ultrasonication and 0 - 10% saturated ammonium sulfate deposition of supernatant of plague bacilli powder soaked by urea had three bands(Mr about 31×103, 35×103 and 37×103) and lysis rings were 6.5 and 7.2 mm in diameter respectively when the enzyme activity was detected. Pla purified by HPLC was mainly composed of three bands(Mr about 31×103, 35×103 and 37×103), occupying more than 80% of total protein weight and lysis ring was 5.0 mm in diameter. Pla purified by preparative electrophoresis mainly consisted of three bands(Mr about 31×103, 35×103 and 37×103) with other proteins of low concentration nearby, no lysis ring was detected. Conclusions Pla is collected by the methods of ultrasonication and urea extracting. Priliminary purification of Pla can be achieved by HPLC and preparative electrophoresis.
