Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
The archives of a hospital are a kind of intangible assets of the hospital and archive administration in a hospital constitutes an important part of the hospital's management. It can be seen from the forming process and contents of the archives in a hospital that strengthening archive administration is beneficial to the modernized and scientific management of the hospital, the improvement of medical quality and service level, the spread and application of medical science and technology, and the safeguarding of the interests of both the hospital and patients. To give full play to the function of the archives in the construction of the hospital, it is imperative to attach importance to the fundamental work concerning archives, set up the concept of archive development and application, and improve the quality of the contingents of archive administrators. Only in this way can we meet the needs of the era of knowledge economy.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To study the etiology and treatment of relapsing polychondritis, especially tracheostenosis, 3 patients with severe relapsing polychondritis complicated with severe tracheostenosis were presented. The clinical features, criteria of diagnosis, etiology, therapy and prognosis were discussed. All the 3 cases were female. They were misdiagnosed as laryngopharyngeal inflammation with severe tracheostenosis, so that their correct diagnosis and treatment were delayed. The report and discussion of such cases are helpful to its early diagnosis and improve ment of their prognosis.

Objective To clone and express the E2 gene in envelope region of hepatitis C virus and detect the anti E2 in sera of patients with HCV infection, using the purified E2 Protein. Methods The gene fragment of E2 region was obtained from the sera of patients with HCV infection by random primer reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and then cloned into procaryotic expression system to express and Purify the protein and detect its antigenicity. Results A segment of E2 region gene with correct code reading frame was obtained, its full length was 984 bp and molecular weight of expressed Protein was 38kD.The detection of the protein performed by ELISA with sera from the patients with HCV infection, testified that it had appropriate antigenicity. Conclusion This experiment can provide the fundamental data for researching on the basic characteristics of HCV envelope protein, nuderstanding the significance of serological diagnosis and designing the anti HCV vassine.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(29):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the association between the reticulated platelets(RP) percentage and aspirin resistance(AR) with the percentage of reticulated platelets in whole blood representing the platelets turnover rate to illuminate the influence of platelets turnover rate on AR.METHODS:The RP percentage and arachidonic acid(AA) and adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-induced platelet aggregation in 80 patients after receiving aspirin(100 mg?day) for no less than 7 days were determined. The patients were divided into AR group, aspirin semi-resistance(ASR) group, and aspirin sensitive(AS) group, and the RP percentage in the three groups were compared.RESULTS:RP percentages in AR,ASR,and AS groups were(4.11?2.62)%,(2.23?1.79)%,and(2.18?1.24)%,respectively,showing signficant differneces between AR group and AS group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Increased platelets turnover may induce AR,therefore, the patients with coronary artery disease should receive aspirn for multiple daily(antiplatelet therapy) or to take controlled release or sustained release aspirin. The safety and efficacy of these therapies should be confirmed in clinical trials.

Objective To explore the role of eNOS and NF-?B in the cultured endothelial cells apoptosis induced by TNF-? and Ang II.Methods The cultured endothelial cells were treated with TNF-? and Ang II in absence and presence of PDTC(an inhibitor of NF-?B);the mRNA of eNOS was measured by RT-PCR,the protein of eNOS and I?B? were assessed by Western-blot,the activity of NF-?B was evaluated by EMSA,and the apoptosis of cells was detected with Tunel. Results The mRNA and protein of eNOS were significantly decreased in the endothelial cells induced by TNF-? and AngII(P

AIM: To investigate the effects of proteasome inhibitor Z-LLL-CHO(MG132) on human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63 and its possibly mechanism.METHODS: After treated with different concentration of MG132,the morphological change, ultrastructral morphology, cell viability, cell apoptosis, gene transcription and protein expression in MG-63 cells were accessed by fluorescence microscope, electron microscope,MTT assay, agrose gel electrophoresis,FCM,RT-PCR and Western blotting.RESULTS: Proteasome inhibitor MG132 was an effective inducer of apoptosis in human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells. Not only apoptotic changes, but also cell arrest at G2-M-phase,the accumulation of p27kip1,the accumulation of activated caspase-8 and increased ratio of Bax∶Bcl-2 were observed. However,to normal human diploid fibroblast cells,MG132 did not show apoptosis-inducing effect.CONCLUSION: Apoptosis induced by MG132 may be caspase-8,p27kip1and bcl-2-related.

Objective: To establish the quality standard for Wuziyanzong Pills (Fructus Lycii, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Rubi, Fructus Schisandrae, Semen Plantaginis). Methods: Betaine, the index component of Wuziyangzong Pills was determined by dual wavelength TLC-scaning, ? s=514nm, ? R=468nm. Semen Cuscutae and Fructus Schisandrae were identified by TLC. Results: The average recovery was 99.28% and RSD was 2.66%(n=5), respectively. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Wuziyanzong Pills.
10.A study on papain-induced osteoarthritis in rabbit temporomandibular joint.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2002;20(5):330-332
OBJECTIVEThe aim of this study was to set up an animal model of osteoarthritis (OA) in the rabbit temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
METHODS0.3 ml of 1.6% papain solution was injected into the upper compartment of each left TMJ of six Japanese big ear white rabbits, and the same volume of saline was injected into the upper compartment of left TMJ as control. The rabbits were sacrificed 2, 4, 6 weeks respectively after injections and the TMJ specimens were pathologically examined.
RESULTSThe degenerative changes were demonstrated in the TMJs injected with papain, such as thinner articular cartilage, fibrillation and destroyed cartilage matrix, and inflammation, proliferation, and degeneration of the synovial tissue. All these changes were much worse with prolonged observation time. Some kinds of reparative changes appeared in the sixth week after papain injection.
CONCLUSIONPathological similarities between papain induced rabbit TMJ osteoarthritis and human TMJ osteoarthritis were observed. This animal model has good reproducibility and hence can be used for exploring pathogenesis of this disease and selection of treatments for osteoarthritis of TMJ.
