Pneumatic pipe logistics delivery is feasible and important. The role and merits of pneumatic pipe logistics delivery are analyzed and scientifically demonstrated. Type 110 and type 160 systems are compared. Problems are solved. Pneumatic pipe logistics delivery promotes infrastructure service.

Objective To study the effect of low-dose cyclosporine combined with danazol on chronic aplastic anemia,and to analyze the influence on peripheral hemogram.MethodsRetrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 68 patients with chronic aplastic anemia treated from July 2014 to June 2016 in the second hospital of shandong university,according to their treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given conventional dose of cyclosporine combined with danazol,the observation group received low-dose of cyclosporine combined with danazol,four weeks for a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,observe the curative effect of two groups,the difference of bone marrow,peripheral blood,immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.97％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.14％(F=6.563,P=0.028).After treatment,the bone marrow of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05); the levels of T-bet,GATA-3 and STAT4 of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the levels of WBC,Hb,PLT and RET were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin level between the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of liver and renal function,gastrointestinal reaction,hairy and acne between the two groups.Conclusion Low-dose cyclosporine combined with danazol has better therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia,can significantly improve the hemogram and myelogram of patients,has good clinical value high security.

Translational medicine is inevitable in the development of modern medicine, and the uprising concept of translational medicine provides an opportunity for the development of Chinese medicine (CM). Their ideas are well communicated. There are two patterns of researching on CM based on translational medicine: 'literature to bench to bedside' and 'bench to bedside to bench'. CM has her advantages in preventing and treating cardiovascular disease. Effective methods for preventing and treating cardiovascular disease by CM should be further studied based on translational medicine concepts.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum sTWEAK and cystatin C in early di‐abetic nephropathy (DN) .Methods 35 patients with DN(DN group) ,56 patients with diabetes mellitus (DM ,DM group) and 40 healthy cases conducted physical examination (healthy control group) were selected and serum levels of sTWEAK and cystatin C were detected .And levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and qualitative urine protein test were conducted in DM group .Re‐sults The serum sTWEAK level in DN group was lower than that in DM group ,and the serum cystatin C level was higher than that in DM group(P<0 .05) .The serum levels of sTWEAK in DM group and DM patients with negative qualitative urine protein were lower than that in healthy control group ,while the serum cystatin C levels were higher than that of control group (P<0 .05) . Compared with DM patients with HbA1C< 10% ,the serum cystatin C level was higher and serum sTWEAK level was lower of those with HbA1c>10% (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The combined detection of serum sTWEAK and cystatin C could be a sensitive index for early diagnosis of DN ,with important significance in the occurrence and development of DN .

Objective:To establish a Mongolian gerbils model by long-term infection of Helicobacter py-lori (Hp) with highly-expressed thioredoxin-1 (Trx1 ) gene and to investigate the histopathological findings of gastric mucosa in Mongolian gerbils.Methods:In this study,75 healthy male Mongolian ger-bils were randomly divided into 3 groups:Hp with highly-expressed Trx1 gene group (n =30),Hp with lowly-expressed Trx1 gene group (n =30),and control group (n =15).The animals underwent gastric perfusion of Hp suspension once a week for 5 weeks.The animals were sacrificed at the end of 4,20, 34,48,70,and 90 weeks after inoculation for detecting Hp colonization by rapid urease test and War-thin-Starry silver staining and histological examination,respectively.Results:(1)The Mongolian gerbil model of long-term infection of Hp with highly-expressed Trx1 gene and lowly-expressed Trx1 gene were successfully established.(2)The macroscopic mucosal lesions,including erythema,uneven,erosion, nodules,etc.could be observed in experimental groups.The severity of lesions and the time when lesions occurred in Hp with highly-expressed Trx1 gene group were heavier/earlier than that in Hp with lowly-ex-pressed Trx1 gene group.(3)Histopathologically,the gastric mucosa of Hp with highly-expressed Trx1 gene group showed the mild dysplastic hyperplasia of epithelial cells 34 weeks after the Hp inoculation, and the time was in the 48th week in Hp with lowly-expressed Trx1 gene group.At the end of the 90th week after Hp inoculation,the gastric adenocarcinoma could be detected in the two experimental groups (71.4% vs.42.8%).The difference between the two experimental groups did not reach statistical sig-nificance (P =0.592),which might be due to the small sample capacity and /or short observation time. In addition,there were 2 cases with severe epithelial dysplastic hyperplasia in Hp with highly-expressed Trx1 gene group,and only 3 cases with moderate epithelial dysplastic hyperplasia in Hp with lowly-ex-pressed Trx1 gene group.The uninfected control animals showed no abnormal findings throughout the en-tire observation period.Conclusion:Hp with highly-expressed /lowly-expressed Trx1 gene colonizes stab-ly in the glandular gastric mucosa of Mongolian gerbils.The histological changes after infection are similar to those of the Hp infected human being,and Hp with highly-expressed Trx1 gene cause the injury of gas-tric mucosa and the occurrence of gastric adenocarcinoma.Trx1 maybe the virulence factor that partici-pates in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and Hp expressing high levels of Trx1 should be highly toxic for gastric diseases in China.

Objective The research of impeller blood pump has been the key point in cardiac surgery and biomedical engineering fields in recent years. To investigate hydrodynamies of self researched and developed mini axial flow pump, parameters of pump were tested on a homemade mimic vitro platform. Methods Hydrodynamics tests were performed in vitro mimic circulation, water and 30% glycerin in water as respeetive circulatory mediator to simulate blood. Results Flow rates can reach 6. 19L/min and 5.08L/min respectively in water and 30% glycerin, when rotation speed was 13000rpm and pressure was 100mmHg. Conclusion Axial flow blood pump has good hydrodynamics to substitute for left ventricle, whieh can meet the demand of assisted circulation in congestive heart failure patients.

The main commercial production of fructooligosaccharides (FOS) comes from enzymatic transformation using sucrose as substrate by microbial enzyme fructosyltransferase. A fructosyltransferase genomic DNA was isolated from Aspergillus niger QU10 by PCR. The nucleotide sequence showed a 1 941 bp size, and has been submitted to GenBank (KF699529). The cDNA of the fructosyltransferase, containing an open reading frame of 1 887 bp, was further cloned by RT-PCR. The fructosyltransferase gene from Aspergillus niger was functionally expressed both in Escherichia coli and Pichia pastoris GS 115. The highest activity value for the construction with the α-factor signal peptide reached 431 U/mL after 3 days of incubation. The recombinant enzyme is extensively glycosylated, and the active form is probably represented by a homodimer with an apparent molecular mass of 200 kDa as judged from mobility in seminative PAGE gels. The extracellular recombinant enzyme converted sucrose mostly to FOS, mainly 1-kestose and nystose, liberating glucose. FOS reached a maximal value and represented about 58% of total sugars present in the reaction mixture after 4 h reaction. The results suggest that the availability of recombinant Pichia pastoris as a new source of a FOS-producing enzyme might result of biotechnology interest for industrial application.

Objective To investigate the changes of serum osteocalcin and bone micro-structure in ovariectomized mice exposed to low-iron environment.Methods Twenty-four 12-week-old female C57BL/6 mice were divided equally into sham operation (SHAM) group,model(OVX) group,and low iron(OVX+DFO) group.In low-iron group,deferoxamine(DFO) was injected 3 times per week for 5 weeks after operation ; the other groups were injected with the same dose of 0.9％ normal saline for 5 weeks.The serum,left femur,uterus were harvested after five weeks of treatment.The serum osteocalcin and ferritin levels were measured by ELISA kit,the weight of the uterus was recorded by analytical balance.A high resolution micro-CT was used to scan the left femur for cortical bone and cancellous bone analysis.Results (1) The serum osteocalcin and serum ferritin levels in low-iron group were significantly lower than those in the other 2 groups (P＜0.01) ; (2) Compared with the sham group and ovx group,there were significant decrease of the BMD、BV/TV and Tb.N,but increase of Tb.Th and Tb.Sp in low-iron group (P＜0.01).Conclusion A certain dose of DFO (30 mg/kg) can decrease the serum ferritin levels as well as the bone formation index in ovariectomized mice.

Objective To conduct an empirical analysis of constitutes and changes of type 2 diabetes patients′ hospitalization expenses and find out the differences and influencing factors so as to provide hospitals and related departments with the decision basis of controlling medical costs, arranging medical resources and optimizing systems.Methods Information of type 2 diabetes patients who had been admitted to a certain first-class grade one hospital in Ningxia from 2013 to 2016 were collected and categorized.Hospitalization costs and influencing factors of the patients were comprehensively analyzed through descriptive statistics, variance analysis and regression analysis.Results The medicine and examination costs as the constitutes of hospitalization expenses were too high.Gender, length of stay, age and diabetic complications were main contributory factors of type 2 diabetes patients′ hospitalization expenses.Conclusion The costs of hospitalization of patients with type 2 diabetes are unreasonable and need to optimize.Type 2 diabetes patients′ hospitalization expenses should be effectively controlled and medical resources should be reasonably used through standardizing treatment behavior, shortening length of stay, intensifying publicity and education, enhancing prevention and reinforcing follow-ups, expanding health insurance coverage and upgrading its level.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of Hashimoto's disease(HD) accompanying with thyroid cancer,and to explore the experience of diagnosis and treatment.Methods Clinical data of 41 cases of HD accompanying with thyroid cancer were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were diagnosed by postoperative paraffin pathological examination from Jan.2002 to July 2011.Results 10 cases of HD,37cases of thyroid cancer,and 8 cases HD accompanying with thyroid cancer were diagnosed before operation.The rate of preoperative diagnosis was only 19.51％.All patients underwent surgical treatment,including 22 cases total thyroidectomy,14 cases subtotal thyroidectomy,and 5 cases lesion side lobe resection.24 cases underwent ipsilateral neck dissection,and 4 cases underwent bilateral neck dissection (ipsilateral radical resection,contralateral selective resection).Postoperative paraffin pathological examination proved that there were 39 cases of HD accompanying with thyroid cancer,1 case of focal cancer and 1 case of B-cell lymphoma of mucosa-associated thyroid.All patients were followed up.Conclusions The preoperative diagnosis rate of HD accompanying with thyroid cancer is low and great attention should be paid to its diagnosis.For HD patients,if carcinoma can not be excluded,surgical exploration is recommended.Appropriate surgical method should be chosen according to intraoperative frozen section results.Postoperative thyroid hormone treatment is usually taken.
