Objective To discuss the causations and nursing points of blood vessel complications of patients after percutaneons coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 2546 CHD patients underwent PCI during January 2005 to February 2008. We analyzed the cases with blood vessel complications, and dis-cussed nursing points of these patients. Results There were 99 cases with blood vessel complications. All patients recovered except one who died of ventricular fibrillation after cardiac tamponade. Conclu- sions The causations of blood vessel complications after PCI are complex. Proficient skills, nursing before operations, confirmation of the state of the patients in time, effective treatment combined with careful nurs-ing are all important to prevent these complications.
2.Association between two SNPs of ISL1 gene and congenital heart disease in children.
Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2013;15(10):822-826
OBJECTIVETo investigate the association between 2 SNPs of ISL1 gene and congenital heart disease (CHD) in Tianjin Han children.
METHODSPolymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing were used to detect 2 SNPs at rs41268421 and rs1017 sites of ISL1 gene, including 35 CHD cases and 30 non-CHD controls. Differences of genotype and allele frequencies of rs41268421 and rs1017 sites were compared, and haplotype analysis of the two sites was performed.
RESULTSThree genotypes (GG, GT and TT) were detected at ISL1 gene SNP rs41268421, and three genotypes (AA, AT and TT) were detected at SNP rs1017. At rs41268421, GT+TT genotypes and T allele frequencies in the CHD group were statistically higher than in the controls. The risk of CHD in children with T allele was significantly increased compared with children with G allele (OR=4.833). At rs1017, AT+TT genotypes and T allele frequencies in the CHD group were statistically higher than controls. The risk of CHD in children with T allele was greater compared with children with A allele (OR=4.491; P<0.05). Four kinds of haplotype were detected in the two SNPs sites and TT type increased the risk of CHD (OR=7.813).
CONCLUSIONSHaplotype TT may increase the risk of CHD in Tianjin Han children.

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2020;22(2):124-129
OBJECTIVE:
To study the efficacy and safety of vitamin D as an adjuvant therapy for childhood pneumonia through a systematic review.
METHODS:
Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and Weipu Data were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of vitamin D as the adjuvant therapy for childhood pneumonia published up to August 2019. Literature screening, quality assessment, and data extraction were performed based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Revman 5.3 was used to perform the Meta analysis of outcome indicators.
RESULTS:
A total of 7 RCTs with 1 527 children were included, with 762 children in the vitamin D adjuvant therapy group and 765 children in the control group. The results of the Meta analysis showed that vitamin D adjuvant therapy had no effect on recovery time (P=0.67), length of hospital stay (P=0.73), and time to relief of fever (P=0.43). Furthermore, it did not reduce the recurrence rate (P=0.14), rate of adverse events (P=0.20), and mortality rate (P=0.98) of childhood pneumonia.
CONCLUSIONS
Current evidence shows that vitamin D adjuvant therapy has no marked efficacy in the treatment of childhood pneumonia.

OBJECTIVETo compare the effects of close reduction combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis for distal fracture of tibial shaft.
METHODSFrom March 2009 to May 2013, there were 124 patients (89 males and 35 females, 30 of them were injured in a traffic accident and 94 were falling down in daily life, the ages ranging from 21 to 81 years old) who suffered from distal fracture of tibial shaft. Sixty-six patients (48 males and 18 females, 45 cases of type A, 12 cases of type B and 9 cases of type C) were treated with close manipulative reduction combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation. After close reduction, a minimal incision was made and a anatomic plate was inserted just along the medial tibia periostea, and then the fracture was fixed without fracture exposure. The other 58 patients (41 males and 17 females, 41 cases of type A, 10 cases of type B and 7 cases of type C) were treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation. Length of the incision, operating time, early postoperative pain (recorded using the Visual Analog Scale score) and the outcome results (recorded using the evaluation standard of Johner-Wruhs) were compared.
RESULTSThe length of incision was meanly (7.34 ± 1.42) cm in MIPPO group and (21.82 ± 2.35) cm in ORIF group; operation time was (44.48 ± 10.00) min in MIPPO group and (59.42 ± 11.84) min in ORIF group. The postoperative radiographs verified good position of all screws and satisfactory bone fracture reduction in both groups. All the patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 10 to 24 months (mean 15.2 months) in both groups. In MIPPO group, only one patient had delayed union and got union after Chinese herb therapy. The other 65 patients got bony union during 15 to 20 weeks. While in ORIF group, 3 patients suffered from nonunion and received reoperation with bone grafting, and 4 patients got bone infection.
CONCLUSIONTreatment of distal fracture of tibial shaft, combined with close reduction and MIPPO technique, has the advantages such as less invasion, less damage of blood supply, simplified procedure of operation and higher union rate, which is an ideal methods and is accordant to the biological demand.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the characteristics of breakthrough bleeding in adult patients with severe hemophilia A (SHA) receiving low- and intermediate-dose FVIII for tertiary prophylaxis and explore the factors affecting the outcomes of the treatment.
METHODSForty-nine patients (mean age 31.53∓7.33 years) with SHA receiving tertiary prophylaxis FVIII treatment were divided into low-dose group (n=15) and intermediate-dose group (n=34). The data including clinical bleeding phenotype (Pre?AJBR), 72 h FVIII trough activity, and Functional Independence Score in Hemophilia (FISH) were recorded in all the patients, and Hemophilia Steward APP was used to record the bleeding episode and the treatment data. All the patients were followed up for at least 6 months.
RESULTSIn the low-dose and intermediate-dose groups, the number of joint bleeding (AJBR) episodes were 18.79∓13.03 and 9.28∓7.02 per year (P=0.016), and the proportions of spontaneous bleeding were 75.0% and 47.7%, respectively. The proportions of patients with target joint were 80% and 44%, target joint bleeding occurred in 59% and 41%, and cataract bleeding after 0-12 h of prophylactic injection occurred in 4.86% and 5.18% of the patients with a median breakthrough bleeding time of 40.08 h and 46.08 h (P=0.008), respectively. The proportions of patients with 72 h FVIII trough activity <1% were 44.4% and 34.8% in the two groups, respectively. AJBR was negatively correlated with the preventive dose consumed (r=-0.57, P=0.000, n=49) and FISH, but positively correlated with Pre-AJBR in the two groups (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONTertiary prophylaxis with low- and intermediate-dose FVIII is not sufficient to achieve the goal of preventing progression of joint disease in Chinese adult patients with SHA. Although the prophylactic dose is the most important factor to affect the treatment efficacy, other non-factor approaches may also help to improve the efficacy of the treatment.

Accumulating evidence indicated that microRNAs (miRNA) play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis by regulating their target genes. However, whether the miRNA-216b-5p(miR-216b-5p ) and their target genes butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A2(BTN3A2) promote glioma invasion and metastasis is unclear. This study aims to study whether miR-216b-5p promoted migration and invasion in glioma cells by negatively regulating BTN3A2.The differential expression analysis of GSE15824 and GSE4290 was analyzed by GEO2R.We found that only BTN3A2 is up-regulated in both GSE15824 and GSE4290 (P<0.05).The gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) analysis indicated BTN3A2 was related to many cancer-related pathways (P<0.05).The results of survival curves showed that the overall survival of patients with high expression of BTN3A2 decreased significantly (P <0.001).The expression of BTN3A2 was increased with the increase of WHO grade (P<0.05), while the expression of BTN3A2 was increased in 1p/19q uncombined deletion and IDH mutant patients (P<0.001).Western blotting results showed that BTN3A2 was up-regulated in seven glioma tissues and glioma cell lines U87, U251 and LN-229 and downregulated in the miR-216b-5p mimics group; Transwell results showed that transfection with BTN3A2 silencing plasmids(si-BTN3A2) or miR-216b-5p mimics plasmids could inhibit the ability of migration and invasion in LN-229 cells in vitro (P<0.05).The online websites predicted miR-216b-5p as a potential target gene of BTN3A2.The survival curve results show that compared with patients with low expression of miR-216b-5p , the survival rate of patients with high expression was significantly increased (P=0.025).The relative expression of miR-216b-5p was decreased in U87, U251 and LN229 cells was detected by real time quantitative PCR (P<0.05).The results of dual luciferase assay showed that BTN3A2 could bind to miR-216b-5p (P<0.05).Transwell experiment results showed that overexpression of miR-216b-5p can inhibit the migration and invasion ability of LN229 cells (P<0.05).In summary, miR-216b-5p promotes the migration and invasion by targeting BTN3A2 of LN-229 glioma cells.

OBJECTIVETo explore the prevalence of vision, mental, audibility, language, psychiatry, extremity, and influence factors in the 0 - 7 year olds.
METHODSA total number of 77,727 0 - 7 year old children living in Shenzhen city were tested with tree phase screening under the Chinese standard of evaluation in disabilities.
RESULTSThe prevalence of all disabilities was 5.59 per thousand (adjusted rate was 8.49 per thousand with a false negative of 3.1 per thousand ). The prevalence of mental disease was the highest (1.88 per thousand, with adjusted rate 3.43 per thousand ), the prevalence of language disability was 1.88 per thousand (including retarded language development, with adjusted rate 3.43 per thousand ). The prevalence rates of psychiatry, extremity and audibility disability were 1.59 per thousand, 1.56 per thousand, 1.11 per thousand respectively with of vision the lowest (0.37 per thousand ). The prevalence of all disabilities, audibility, language and mental was on the increase with age. The difference was statistically significant. Among all different age groups regarding psychiatric disease, the highest fell in the 2 - 4 year olds. The prevalence of extremity was not statistically different among age groups. The suspected agents of disease which occurred before or during pregnancy took up 45.7%.
CONCLUSIONThe prevalence of six kinds disabilities in Shenzhen was about 10 per thousand lower than that of the samples of the nation in 1989, but two times higher than that of similar studies in Japan. The prevalence rates of language and psychiatric disease were higher than that of the nation in 1989. The causation should be further studied.

Objective To delimit the natural infectious focus, including the distribution of wildlife, species, ecology of intermediate hosts and final host of Angiostrongylus cantonensis, as well as the routes of transmission and epidemiological characteristics and wildlife of human Angiostrongylus cantonensis, based on human diverging cases identified in Shenzhen, southern area of China. Methods Data including rate of infection and density of Angiostrongylus cantonensis among different hosts in 12 different areas in Shenzhen was collected, using microscope to inspect homogenate liquids of snails. Wild mice were captured with mouse cage to examine the adult Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Using larva isolated from wild-snails-infected rats to observe the life cycle of Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Results Wild life of Angiostrongylus cantonensis existed in the southwest part of Shenzhen with its majority intermediate hosts as Achatina fulica. The overall rate of infection was 31% in wildlife and final host was found to be Rattus andersoni, Achatina fulica which were extensively distributed in the shrub region of Shenzhen because of suitable climate, humidity and vegetation for generating the life cycle of Achatina fulica. Human infected Angiostrongylus cantonensis was mainly due to eating raw snails or vegetables contaminated by larva of Angiostrongylus cantonensis. The peak of infection was seen from April to November in Shenzhen area. Conclusion Wildlife of Angiostrongylus cantonensis existed in the southwest part of Shenzhen with major wildlife reservoir including fresh water snail and wild mouse. The existence of natural focus Angiostrongylus cantonensis was now recognized as an important source of human angiostrongliasis in Shenzhen area.
