1.Hypertension-induced target organ damage and early identification in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(4):411-414
Hypertension is a global problem, affecting both developed and developing nations. The mor-bidity of hypertension in children and adolescents has increased year by year in recent years. Hypertension in children can cause target organ damages(mainly renal, cardiovascular, central neurological,or optic fundal). In clinical practice,we need to find simple and easy methods for early recognition of target organ damages, thus se-rious consequences in adult hypertension may be prevented.

Scutellarin (SCU), the main bioactive component of , has been shown to offer beneficial effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions. SCU effects on angiogenesis and cancer cells and endothelial cells, and it also shows the effect on oxidative stress-induced cell apoptosis. SCU inhibits the translocation of PKC in vivo and in vitro, and may have value as a drug in the treatment of diabetic complications. We reviewed SCU pharmacological research progress in the present paper.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(03):-
Objective To determine the difference of microvessel density(MVD) in each layer and region of abdominal flap. MethodsFlaps were obtained from 60 patients with abdominal operations,10 in each of the regions from I to VI.The vascular endothelial cells were marked with CD34 by immunohistochemistry, and the MVD in each region and layer of the abdominal flaps was determined. Results The vascular net of abdominal flap was divided into five layers: papillary layer of corium, papillary underlayer of corium, papillary deep layer of corium, superficial fascia and deep fascia. The mean MVD of the five layers were 17.80?1.68,9.12?1.84,27.91?2.44,37.18?6.55 and 46.91?7.02,respectively,with significant differences among them(P0.05).Conclusion Anatomic factors may be responsible for the survival of large abdominal flaps.Either of the direct and retrograde motion is feasible in the transplantation.

Objective To investigate the relationship of character of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery and serum CRP level. Methods The atherosclerotic plaques in carotid arteries were confirmed by multislice CT angiography(MSCTA),in which serum CRP level were detected in 28 patients with cerebral thrombosis,24 patients with lacunar infarction and 19 patients with TIA in internal carotid artery system in order to analysis the relationship between character of plaque and serum CRP level. Results (1)Mixed plaque and soft plaque were mainly found in cerebral thrombosis and TIA groups, while rigidity plaque was mostly found in lacunar infarction group, there were significance difference in plaques distribution among three groups(all P0.05).(3) CRP level in different groups was (4.546?2.720)mg/L in soft plaque group, (3.951?1.863)mg/L in mixed plaque group respectively, those were both higher than that of the rigidity plaque group[(2.762?1.323)mg/L],and there was significance difference between them(all P

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the role of mutation of insulin receptor(IR) gene on the development of ischemic cerebral vascular disease. Methods The base variations at exon 17 and 20 of IR gene, by means of PCR SSCP were determined in the 68 cases of atherothrombotic cerebral infarction (ACI), 81 cases of lacunar infarction (LI) and 62 healthy controls. Results There were two alleles of T and C at exon 17 of IR gene. The prevalence of mutant of T allele in ACI patients was more common than that in the controls. The blood pressure and the parameters of blood sugar, lipid metabolism in the patients with mutant were higher than those in the controls with wild type gene. The correlative analysis showed the polymorphism of IR gene was not related statistically to the blood pressure. No base variation at exon 20 was found in the study. Conclusion By promoting the development of atherosclerosis, the mutation at exon 17 of IR gene may participate in the occurrence of ischemic stroke.

A questionnaire survey was conducted in 724 students from three junior high schools in Shanghai Jinshan district.Total 642 students completed the questionnaire with a response rate of 88.7%,among them 75 were overweighted or obese. The positive rate of 6 out 8 unhealthy psycho-behavioral practices related to weight control in overweight or obese students was significantly higher than that of students with normal weight (all P < 0.05).Binary logistic backward stepwise regression analysis showed that overweight or obesity was risk factor for the unhealthy psycho-behavior practices related to weight control in adolescent students.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(5):522-524
Objective To observe the effect analysis of inverting suture and 8-character-pattern suture after laparoscopic myomectomy for the operation and postoperative complications. Methods The data of of 142 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy were analyzed retro-spectively. According to the different suture methods, they were divided into inverting suture group (85 cases) with straight mattress inverting suture and 8-character-pattern suture group (57 cases). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications between two groups were compared. Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding of varus suture group were less than those of 8-character-pat-tern suture group, single tumor posterior uterine wall parts of operation time and intraoperative bleeding than patients with the anterior wall of the uterus and uterine bottom, 1 cases of pelvic related operation infection after operation in eight suture group, abdominal and pelvic mucosa adhesion in 2 cases, the complication rates between two groups were statistically difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomec-tomy with direct mattress inverting suture can shorten operation time, play a good hemostasis in the operation and reduce the incidence of pel-vic infection and abdominal and pelvic mucosa adhesion.
10.The study and application of the three dimensional anatomical atlas of temporal bone
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective Celloidin sections of temporal bone were used to develop a serial stereo anatomical atlas of temporal bone by computer aided three dimensional(3-D) reconstruction and stereology. Methods Fifty sets of serial celloidin sections of temporal bone with reference points were prepared and 3-D morphology of structures in temporal bone was restored systemically by the technique of computer aided 3-D reconstruction. A system of stereo anatomical atlas of temporal bone with stereoscope was established. Results Totally 48 cases of reconstruction were accomplished for bony and membranous labyrinth, ossicles, tendons, facial nerve and its canal, round window membrane and niche, posterior ampullary nerve, endolymphatic sac, cochlear aqueduct, VII and VIIIth cranial nerve. The stereo picture pairs of these structures with the best representation were selected as the stereo anatomical atlas of temporal bone which showed the fine spatial morphology and relationship of the above structures. The stereo anatomical atlas was applied to guide ear surgery and to assist anatomic training of temporal bone. Conclusion The stereo anatomic atlas of temporal bone is an innovative powerful anatomic tool and has tremendous application futures in otology, or even in the whole medical science.
