OBJECTIVE:To study the association between the reticulated platelets(RP) percentage and aspirin resistance(AR) with the percentage of reticulated platelets in whole blood representing the platelets turnover rate to illuminate the influence of platelets turnover rate on AR.METHODS:The RP percentage and arachidonic acid(AA) and adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-induced platelet aggregation in 80 patients after receiving aspirin(100 mg?day) for no less than 7 days were determined.The patients were divided into AR group,aspirin semi-resistance(ASR) group,and aspirin sensitive(AS) group,and the RP percentage in the three groups were compared.RESULTS:RP percentages in AR,ASR,and AS groups were(4.11?2.62)%,(2.23?1.79)%,and(2.18?1.24)%,respectively,showing signficant differneces between AR group and AS group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Increased platelets turnover may induce AR,therefore,the patients with coronary artery disease should receive aspirn for multiple daily(antiplatelet therapy) or to take controlled release or sustained release aspirin.The safety and efficacy of these therapies should be confirmed in clinical trials.

Objective To clone and express the E2 gene in envelope region of hepatitis C virus and detect the anti E2 in sera of patients with HCV infection,using the purified E2 Protein.Methods The gene fragment of E2 region was obtained from the sera of patients with HCV infection by random primer reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and then cloned into procaryotic expression system to express and Purify the protein and detect its antigenicity.Results A segment of E2 region gene with correct code reading frame was obtained,its full length was 984 bp and molecular weight of expressed Protein was 38kD.The detection of the protein performed by ELISA with sera from the patients with HCV infection,testified that it had appropriate antigenicity.Conclusion This experiment can provide the fundamental data for researching on the basic characteristics of HCV envelope protein,nuderstanding the significance of serological diagnosis and designing the anti HCV vassine.

To study the etiology and treatment of relapsing polychondritis, especially tracheostenosis, 3 patients with severe relapsing polychondritis complicated with severe tracheostenosis were presented. The clinical features, criteria of diagnosis, etiology, therapy and prognosis were discussed. All the 3 cases were female. They were misdiagnosed as laryngopharyngeal inflammation with severe tracheostenosis, so that their correct diagnosis and treatment were delayed. The report and discussion of such cases are helpful to its early diagnosis and improve ment of their prognosis.

Objective To study the Ezrin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma expression and its effects on metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods Expression of Ezrin protein was detected by immunohistochemical method in 98 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 37 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis tissues were analyzed . Clinical staging and pathological characteristics , recurrence and metastasis following treatment in the process of 98 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were observed .Results 98 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcino-ma research group,69 cases(70.4%) patients were positive expression of Ezrin protein .The control group nasopha ryngeal mucositis of patients ,only 4 patients showed positive expression of Ezrin protein ,the rate of positive expression was 10.8%.The differences between the two groups compared with the positive rate of Ezrin significantly (χ2 =38.42,P=0.00).By comparison on strength of patients with distant metastases of different expression of Ezrin in study group,closely related to Ezrin strong positive and tumor metastasis , Ezrin protein ( ++) and ( +++) expression group and negative (-) and weak positive (+) expression group compared with patients ,tumor migration rate was significantly higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ezrin protein shows significantly higher expression in tis-sues of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,the positive expression of Ezrin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and with the distant metastasis .

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of modular flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of bilateral renal calculi smaller than 1.5 cm. Methods Clinical data of 24 patients from August 2013 to March 2016 using a modular flexible ureteroscope in treatment of bilateral renal calculi smaller than 1.5 cm was retrospectively analyzed. The clinical data included operation time, stone clearance rate and occurrence of complications. Results All the 24 patients were successfully placed in bilateral ureteral sheath soft lenses, and enter lithotripsy smoothly. The operation time was 40~105 (71.0 ± 21.5) min. Lithotripsy success rate was 100.00% and 1 month stone clearance rate was 89.50% (43/48), 5 sides with residual stones diameter 7~10 mm, were given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, 3 months stone clearance rate was 93.75% (45/48), 3 sides with residual stones 5~7 mm located lower calyx accepted regular review. 4 cases with postoperative fever were cured after anti-inflammatory treatment. There was no bleeding, ureteral perforation, postoperative avulsion, renal dysfunction, septic shock and other complications. Conclusion Modular flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy in treatment of bilateral renal calculi smaller than 1.5 cm is safe and effective.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery (SEPS) combined the endovenous laser on venous ulcer in lower extremities.Methods Subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery was applied to 32 patients (34 limbs) of varicose veins with venous ulcers,aided by endovenous laser treatment of great saphenous veins and varicose veins.Results All branch limb varicose veins disappear,leg heaviness significantly reduce soreness,leg ulcers were healed up in 2 to 8 weeks after surgery.All patients were followed for 1 year to 5 years,no recurrence of varicose veins and ulcers formed.Conclusion The method of endoscopic perforator surgery combined the endovenous laser for venous ulcer in lower extremities is simple operation,small trauma,quicker recovery,should be widely applied.

Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Siwu Decoction for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) on the effi‐cacy and immune aspects of the model mice .Methods We used guinea pig anti mouse platelet serum immune IT P model ,then con‐duct the corresponding drug treatment .The mice were observed in peripheral blood ,bone marrow changes of nuclear cell count ,ser‐um IL‐6 content and changes in the spleen index .Results Compared with the model group of physiological saline of peripheral blood WBC ,prednisone group and Chinese medicine group PLT count ,bone marrow nucleated cell counts were significantly elevated (P<0 .01) ,the content of IL‐6 in serum were increased significantly (P<0 .01) ,no difference between the two treatment groups . Thymus and spleen index increased too (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Jiawei Siwu Decoction may be related to the regulation of cellular immunity ,increased serum IL‐6 content ,improve bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment to achieve therapeutic effects in the ITP mice .

Objective To investigate the preventive effects of aspirin on liver metastases of colorectal cancer in mice and study the mechanisms.Methods Twenty BALB/c mice were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table with 10 mice in each group.Mice in the control group were fed with saline each day at a concentration of 0.2 mL/d for 60 days,while mice in the aspirin group were fed with aspirin each day at a concentration of 30 μg/(g · d) for 60 days.Then C26 colon cancer cells were injected into the spleen and then the spleen was cut to establish mice model of colon cancer liver metastasis.The C26 colon cancer cells were divided into 2 groups.C26 colon cancer cells in the control group remained untreated,and C26 colon cancer cells in the experimental group were treated with aspirin at a concentration of 10 mmol/L for 24 hours.The scratches and transwell assays were conducted to observe the effects of aspirin on the invasion and metastasis of C26 colon cancer cells.The expressions of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related genes were detected using RT-PCR and Western blot.All data were analyzed using the Student t test.The survival curve was drawn by Kaplan-Meier method,and the survival analysis was done by Log-rank test.Results The numbers and weights of hepatic metastatic tumors were 4.8 ± 1.9 and (504 ± 107) mg in the control group and 2.6 ± 1.6 and (362 ± 67) mg in the experimental group,with significant difference between the 2 groups (t =2.840,3.584,P ＜ 0.05).The 1-month survival rate was 80％ in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 40％ of the control group (x2=4.418,P ＜ 0.05).The results of pathological examination showed that tumor cell heteromorphism was reduced by aspirin.The results of scratches experiment showed an obvious migration of C26 colon cancer cells in the control group at 24 hours later,while no C26 colon cancer cells migrated in the experimental group.The numbers of C26 colon cancer cells penetrated the Watrige were 253 ± 21 in the control group and 148 ± 13 in the experimental group,with significant difference between the 2 groups (t =5.101,P ＜0.05).The relative mRNA expression of the E-cadherin and the Vimentin were 0.002 ±0.001 and 1.005 ±0.286 in the control group and 0.005 ± 0.001 and 0.270 ± 0.168 in the experimental group,with significant difference between the 2 groups (t =-4.606,4.942,P ＜ 0.05).The relative protein expressions of the E-cadherin and the Vimentin were 0.473 ±0.179 and 0.787 ± 0.118 in the control group and 1.585 ± 0.410 and 0.280 ± 0.133 in the experimental group,with significant difference between the 2 groups (t =-5.542,6.355,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Aspirin inhibits liver metastasis of colon cancer and promote the survival ratio of mice.Aspirin can up-regulate the expression of E-cadherin and down-regulate the expression of Vimentin,which inhibits EMT and reduces the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
