China Pharmacy 2017;28(22):3048-3052
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Shenfu injection(SFI)on the expression profile of myocardial miRNA in rats with chronic congestive heart failure (referring to heart failure). METHODS:40 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (normal saline,ip),model group (normal saline,ip),valsartan group (positive control,10 mg/kg,ig) and SFI group (0.75 mL/kg,im),10 in each group. Except for sham operation group, another groups were reduced heart failure. After modeling, rats in other groups received related medicines, once a day. Affymetrix miRNA V4.0 chip technology was conducted to analyze the miRNA expression in myocardial tissue of rats with heart failure after administration for 28 d,and screen the miRNA on common differential expression in myocardial tissue of rats in each group. The miRNA associated with heart failure was analyzed by thresh-old of differential gene expression multiple value greater than or equal to 1.1. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis was used to analyze functional classification and biological signaling pathway of differentially expressed genes. RESULTS:There were totally 29 miR-Nas on common differential expression and 7 miRNAs associated with heart failure (rno-miR-30c-1-3p, rno-miR-125b-5p, rno-miR-133a-5p,rno-miR-199a-5p,rno-miR-221-3p,rno-miR-146a-5p and rno-miR-1-3p). SFI can significantly downregulate the expressions of rno-miR-125b-5p,rno-miR-133a-5p,rno-miR-221-3p,rno-miR-1-3p in myocardial tissue of rats (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Results of GO analysis showed,miRNAs on differential expression were mainly related to signal transduction, cytoplasm and nucleotide binding. CONCLUSIONS:SFI plays the role of anti-heart failure by participating in the downregulation of miRNAs associated with heart failure process and then affecting related signal pathways transduction after the combination of cyto-plasm and nucleotide.

Chinese Journal of Pancreatology 2011;11(3):211-213
Objective To assess the effects of Danhong injection on the perfusion function of the pancreas in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods A total of 102 patients with AP were collected, and there were 25 patients with severe acute pancreatitis ( SAP) and 77 patients with mild acute pancreatitis (MAP). They were randomly divided into routine treatment group ( RTG,n =54) and Danhong treatment group (DTG,n =48) , respectively. Another 33 normal individuals were used as controls. Patients in RTG received gastric decompression, acid inhibition, anti-infection and nutritional support. Patients in DTG received Danhong injection 30 ml i. v. b. i. d besides routine treatment. The hemodynamic parameters ( BF, BV, MTT, and PS) of perfusion of the pancreas were measured by 16-slice spiral CT scanner. Results The values of BF of control, MAP, SAP group were time was ( 12.6 ± 2.7) d in DTG, which were significantly shorter than those in routine treatment group [(14.5 ±3.2)d, (18.5 ±5.5)d, P <0.05]. Conclusions The parameters of CT perfusion imaging of the pancreas can be a quantitative criterion to assess the severity of microcirculation dysfunction in patients with AP, and Danhong injection is effective to improve the blood perfusion of the pancreas during the treatment of AP.

? AIM: To investigate the differences between synoptophore and triple prism strabismometry and its possible cause.?METHODS: There were 347 patients with horizontal concomitant strabismus involved, in which 76 patients were esotropia, 37 patients were male while 39 were female, with average age of 13. 27 ± 7. 77 years old. There were 271 patients with exotropia, 131 cases were male while 140 were female, with average age of 15. 43 ± 8. 42 years old. All the patients were examined by synoptophore and prism plus shaded strabismometry in a long distance of 6m. Datas were analyzed by SPSS 17. 0.?RESULTS:In the exotropia patients, the conversions of circular degree(°) and prism degree(△) were:1°=0. 29△ ~1. 78△, which was statistically significant with intermittent strabismus (P=0. 001). While in the esotropia patients, the conversions were:1°=2. 01△ ~2. 15△.?CONCLUSION: The diversity between the two methods is enlarged with the increase of squint angle for exotropia patients. While in esotropia patients, the diversity decreased with the increase of squint angle. Synoptophore equipped with +7. 00D, defects of the triple prism itself and proximal convergence during exam may be the reasons for the diversity.

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of transcatheter atrial septal defect(ASD) closure with deficient rim. Methods:From January 2017 to November 2019, patients at the Department of Pediatric Cardiology, Chengdu Women′s and Children′s Central Hospital were diagnosed as the secondary ASD and divided into 2 groups based on whether it has deficient rim[the deficient rim group (experimental group) and non deficient rims group (control group)]. The complications should be followed for 1-2 years. Results:A total of 66 patients, including 17 males (25.8%) and 49 females (74.2%), had the median age of 4 years and 2 months (2 years and 1 month-16 years), and the median body mass was 15.0 kg, ranging from 9.0 kg to 60.0 kg, with 23 cases (34.8%) in the experimental group and 43 cases (65.1%) in the control group. There were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, body weight, size of ASD, fluoroscopic dose, electrocardiogram, and pulmonary artery pressure between the two groups (all P>0.05). The immediate success rate was 95.4%(63/66 cases). There were no statistically significant differences between the surgical success rate [91.3%(21/23 cases) vs.97.6%(42/43 cases)] and the incidence of residual shunt [30.4%(7/23 cases) vs.16.2%(7/43 cases)](all P>0.05). And there were no statistically significant differences of the incidence of residual shunt between groups at each follow-up point ( P>0.05). No arrhythmia occurred in the experimental group during follow-up, and 1 case of atrioventricular block in the control group persisted until the time of publication.A total of 4 cases of frequent atrial premature beats or non-paroxysmal atrial tachycardia returned to normal at the follow-up node 6 months after intervention. Conclusions:Under the selection of appropriate cases and skilled catheter technology, the transcatheter treatment of ASD in children with deficient rims is feasible.
