Objective Use McGurk effect paradigm materials to explore the role of lip-Reading for hearing-impaired children in phonetic identification.Methods Thirty-six severe prelingually hearing-impaired children and thirty-six normal healthy children(binaural PTA≤20 dB HL)were recruited in the study.The test material was composed of audio and video,including/ba/,/da/,/bi/,/di/,/bu/,/du/six stimulation sounds which were video recorded as pronounced.Under 3 different conditions,the two groups were evaluated for the accuracy of audi-tory responses.Results The accuracy of auditory responses of hearing-impaired children group was 0.71 ±0.19, 0.96±0.07,0.11 ±0.16 for auditory-only mode,audio -visual consistent mode and audio -visual inconsistent mode,respectively,0.93±0.10,0.96±0.11,0.54±0.23 for normal hearing children in auditory-only mode,audi-o-visual consistent mode and audio-visual inconsistent mode,respectively.Conclusion The Audio-visual con-sistent mode is the best one and the lip-reading can help hearing-impaired children in phonetic identification.

Objective To investigate the relationship between OHSS and FSHR gene polymorphism. Methods Two hundred and two women were enrolled in this study. The FSHR gene polymorphisms at position 307 and 680 were detected. Results The distribution of the allele frequency and genotype frequency of the position 680 in FSHR gene were significantly different between women with OHSS or not. No significant differences of the position 307 in FSHR gene were observed. Conclusion Themutation of Asn680Ser in FSHR might be closely related with OHSS.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect,safety and feasibility of interventional therapy for biliary restenosis occurring after surgical T-tube drainage.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with biliary restenosis that occurred after surgical T-tube drainage,who were admitted to authors' hospital during the period from June 2014 to March 2016,were retrospectively analyzed.The primary diseases included bile duct carcinoma (n=6),gallbladder carcinoma (n=3),biliary stone (n=13),hepatocellular carcinoma (n=2)and gastric cancer after surgery (n=1).Abnormal junction of pancreatic duct and biliary duct was observed in 4 patients.Interventional procedure via T-tube route was carried out in 22 patients,and T-tube radiography with subsequent percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) was conducted in 3 patients.Biliary balloon expansion combined with biliary drainage was performed in 21 patients,and biliary metal stent implantation was adopted in 4 patients.For patients with benign biliary stricture,the drainage tube was retained for 2-3 months before it was removed.All the patients were followed up for 3-24 months at outpatient clinic or by the telephone.The curative effect was evaluated with drainage-tube radiography.Results The interventional operation was successfully accomplished in all patients,no procedure-related complications occurred,the technical success rate was 100％.In 15 patients with benign biliary stricture,biliary plasty with balloon expansion via the T-tube fistula was conducted,then a 10.2-12 F drainage catheter was placed in the biliary tract and the T-tube was pulled out.During the follow-up period,one patient with anastomotic stricture of bile duct carcinoma died of pulmonary infection at 8 months after treatment.Of the 10 patients with malignant stricture,the biliary obstruction was located above the T-tube level in 3,and all the 3 patients received PTCD.Among the 3 patients,2 patients had hepatocellular carcinoma complicated by biliary invasion,as the extent of the cancerous thrombus was very large,both internal drainage tube and external drainage tube had to be implanted.After jaundice regression,the two patients died of hepatic failure at one month and 2.2 months after the operation respectively.One patient with gallbladder carcinoma complicated by invasion of bile duct received implantation of biliary stent,and the patient died of tumor deterioration at 2.5 months after the procedure.In 7 patients,the biliary obstruction was located below the T-tube level.hnplantation of internal drainage tube and external drainage tube via the Ttube fistula was performed in 4 patients,and implantation of metal stent was adopted in 3 patients.Among them,2 patients with gallbladder carcinoma died of tumor deterioration at 3.8 months and 5 months after the operation respectively.In 5 patients with cholangiocarcinoma,biliary stent restenosis occurred in 2 at 3 months after the treatment,and PTCD was adopted.Three patients died of tumor deterioration complicated by organ function failure at 3.6 months,5.2 months and 9.0 months after the operation respectively.Conclusion For the treatment of biliary restenosis occurring after surgical T-tube drainage,interventional therapy is safe and feasible with reliable curative effect,it can significantly improve the life quality of patients.

Objective To study the effect of selenium on peripheral and splentic T-cell subset, apoptosis of spleen cells in fluorosis chicken and its mechanism. Methods One hundred and eighty 8-day Hailanhe chicks were randomly divided into 3 groups(each 60): ①control group: 195 mg/kg fluoride and 0.08 mg/kg of selenium; ②fluorine group : 1000 mg/kg fluoride and 0.08 mg/kg of selenium ;③selenium antagonism group : 1000 mg/kg On 30~(th), 60~(th), 90~(th) day, peripheral and splentic CD4~+, CD8~+ T-cell subset analyses underwent flow cytometry and apoptosis of spleen cells were detected by TUNEL for study subjects. Results Compared with control group, the CD4~+ T-cell subset of peripheral in fluorine group was decreased obviously in 30,60,90 days[ (35.36± 4.27)% vs (24.29 ± 2.96)%, (47.65 ± 5.42)% vs (41.62 ± 3.96)%, (49.58 ± 3.98) % vs (42.35 ± 6.03 )%, P < 0.05 or < 0.01 ], CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio also was decreased obviously [ ( 1.701 ± 0.145 )% vs (1.393 ± 0.163)%,(2.712 ± 0.345)% vs (1.781 ± 0.201)%,(2.438 ± 0.356)% vs (1.973 ± 0.229)%, P< 0.05 or < 0.01]. Compared with fluorine group, the CD4~+ T-cell subset of peripheral in selenium antagonism group [ (29.40 ± 3.38)%, (45.40 ± 6.01 )%, (46.85 ± 5.25)%, P < 0.05 or < 0.01 ] was increased obviously in 30,60,90 days,CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio in 60,90 days[(2.004 ±0.314)%,(2.211±0.229)%,all P<0.01]also was increased obviously.Compared with control group,the CD4~+ T-cell subset of spleen cells in fluorine group was decreased obviously in 30,60,90 days[(47.33±5.35)% vs(41.91±4.83)%,(49.28±5.24)% vs(41.26 ±4.56)%,(34.31±4.15)%vs(29.33±2.89)%,all P<0.01],CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio also was decreased obviously[(1.927 ±0.244)% vs(1.525 ±0.265)%,(1.847±0.224)% vs(1.640±0.198)%.(1.265±0.174)% vs(0.878±0.092)%,P<0.05 or<0.01].Compared with fluorine group,the CD4~+ T-cell subset of spleen cells in selenium antagonism group in 60,90 days[(44.87±5.43)%,(32.62±3.37)%,all P<0.05]was increased obviously,CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio in 30,60, 90 days[(1.703 ±0.201)%,(1.772±0.215)%,(0.991±0.124)%,P<0.05 or<0.01]also was increased obviously. The apoptosis ratio of spleen cells in fluorine group in 30,60,90 days[(2.31±0.36)%,(2.76±0.22)%,(3.04± 0.29)%]was higher than that in control group[(1.14±0.21)%,(1.23±0.23)%,(1.29±0.20)%,P<0.01].The apoptosis ratio of spleen cells in selenium antagonism group in 60,90 days[(2.42 ±0.32)%,(2.73±0.39)%]was lower than that in fluorine group(P<0.05 or<0.01).Conclusion A certain concentration of selenium can antagonize the immunity inhibition of fluorine by decreasing apoptosis and improving the unbalance of T-cell subset.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of chronic stress on the spatial learning-memory and the role of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) of prefrontal cortex (PFC) and hippocampus (HP) in different age mice.

METHODSThe chronic stress model mice in 21 days with multiple chronic unpredictable stressors were applied. The spontaneous behavior and spatial learning-memory ability of mice were tested, using Open field and Morris water maze task, and the expression of GDNF in HP and PFC were detected by immunohistochemical method.

RESULTSCompared with young mice, the spontaneous behaviors were significantly decreased and the spatial learning-memory function were significantly decreased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) in aged mice. The GDNF expression in the CA3, DG of HP and PFC were significantly reduced in aged mice (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). After chronic stress, the spontaneous behaviors were remarkably decreased and the ability of spatial learning-memory of the stress group mice were significantly decreased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) compared with those of the control group mice. The expression of GDNF in HP and PFC were remarkably reduced (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) in stress group mice. The aged stress mice had more serious changes after chronic stress.

CONCLUSIONThe brain aging and chronic stress in mice causes behavioral changes and the damage of spatial learning-memory function, and which may be nearly related to the expression of GDNF in HP and PFC.

Objective To explore the effects of Levoeitirize dihydrochloride on interleukin-13(IL-13)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in the serum of the patients with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 70 cases with CVA were randomly devided into control group of 35 cases and treatment group of 35 cases.Control group was given Chlort rimeton and the treatment group was given Levocitirize dihydroehloride.The levels of IL-13 and IL-18 in the serum were measured before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the concentrations of IL-13 and IL-18 in patients in the treatment group were(46.7±17.3)ng/L and(145.2±27.1)ng/L，and those in the control group were(98.5±30.7)ng/L and(179.6±30.5)ne/L，which were significantly improved.Conclusion The treatmem of Levoeitirize dihydrochloride could improve the CVA through improving the production of IL-13 and IL-18.
