RNA interference is a very important mechanism for the regulation of gene expression, participates in defense against viral infections, and keeps jumping genes under control. RNA interference has been taken as a powerful "gene silence" method widely used in basic science to study the function of genes, and it may lead to novel therapies in the future.

Objective To investigate the clinico-pathological characters of acute and chronic Aristolochic acid nephropathy, and analysis the pathological mechanism of chronic Aristolochic acid nephropathy.Methods 26 cases of aristolochic acid nephropathy diagnosed in our department were examined. They were divided into acute and chronic group by their pathological characters. Immunohistochemical staining for the expression of collagen III, PAI-1, TIMP-1 and PCNA was done in renal biopsy specimens.Results There were 11 acute cases and 15 chronic cases. Compared with acute cases, there were more female, longer duration of the medicine intake[ (142.3?52.7 months of chronic cases and 4.5 ? 2.7 months of acute cases), higher degree of hypertension[(156.7?32.4) mm Hg of chronic cases and 127.3?24.2 mm Hg of acute cases], 24 hour urinary protein,anemia, glomerulosclerosis, tubular atrophy, interstitial fibrosis and artery lesions in chronic patients(Pall

[Objective] To explore the bone histomorphology effect of QiangGuYin on neck of femur of ovariectomized rats.[Methods]Ninety femal SD rats,weight 230～280 gram,were rangdonmized into three groups:QiangGuYin group(treatment group),Miacalcic group(contrast group)and control group.All rats were variectomized.After 10 weeks,the osteoporosis model succeed,the treatment group,contrast group were given QiangGuYin,Miacalcic respectively.The treatment group used QiangGuYin everyday,1ml/g.The contrast group used Miacalcic 0.72u/kg,everyday hyodermic.And 3,4.5,6 months after the treatment,kill 10 rats to explore.The neck of femur were cut and stined with Masson Golder Trichrome for bone histomorphomemetric contrast group analysis.[Result]The treatment group ovariectomized rats' in 3m,BV/TV compared with statistical significance;compared with control group in Tb.sp,BV/TV,Tb.Th with statistical significance.After 4.5m treatment group Tb.Th compared with contrast group have statistical significance.Give the medicine 6m,Tb.sp,Tb.Th compared with contrast group all have statistical significance.[Conclusion]Giangguyin can effectively improve the histomorphometry index.The mechanism probably is stimulating osteogenesis and supperssing the cytoactive of osteoclast and trend of the high bone transform.

Objective To evaluate effect of humanized nursing on psychological state of patients with chronic urticaria receiving autohemotherapy. Methods 58 cases with chronic urticaria in our hos-pital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional care, the observation group received conventional care combined with humanized nursing. The anxiety, depression and satisfaction degree were compared for these two groups and the data went through χ2 test and t test. Results The score of self- rating anxiety scale (SAS) and serf-rating depression scale (SDS) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group. Conclusions Application of humanized nursing in patients with chronic urticaria receiving autohemotherapy can reduce their anxiety and depression and has pivotal significance on treatment of pa-tients with chronic urticaria.

Objective To study the characteristics and regularities of Chinese drugs preparations ADR in order to improve the rational drug use.Methods A total of 112 cases of TCM ADR reports collected in 2009～2011 which have been presented to the Guangzhou ADR Monitoring Center.Results Of the 112 cases,26 kinds of drugs were involved,quinquagenarian were the main crowd,intravenous infusion was the main route of administration,the main types of TCM ADR were lesions of skin and accessories.Conclusion Great importance should be attached to TCM ADR monitoring to promote rational drug use in the clinic.

Objective To investigate the biological characteritics of adult animal hepatocytes induced by phenobarbital sodium(PBS) in vivo,and to study the potential value of biological artificial liver of effective hepatocytes.Methods 12 adult male mice,are yandomly divided in to preinducing group and controll group.The preinducing group are intraperitoneally injected PBS per day,45mg/kg for 7 times in total;the controll ware injected NS.after that,we detected the blood serum TP,BUN,CHOL,HDLC.And the same amount of isolative hepatocytes was developed after being developed 48h;MTT was used to investigate the proliferation of hepatocytes after being developed 24h;chromosome was investigated to observe the cell division;and the survival deadline and morphology was also investigated.Results The TP had remarkable difference between the two groups(t=2.678,P

Objective To discuss the application of visualization software of CiteSpaceⅢ to the treatment and research of transfusion medicine.Methods The software of CiteSpaceⅢ and the function of the reference database ISI Web of Science itself were used to the study.Results In the past 16 years,paper quantity and cited frequency on transfusion medicine re-search had the wave-like increasing tendency year by year.The research forces of the field were mainly distributed in Europe and the United States,the research hot spot and frontier around the blood safety,change over time in a dynamic develop-ment.Conclusion The study reveals the progress and development tendency of transfusion medicine,which could provide ef-fective reference for related research.

Objective To reform experimental course teaching methods of clinical bio-chemistry and elevate students interesting and ability. Methods The reformed teaching methods was taken in clinical laboratory techniques and start case-guide comprehensive experiment of clinical biochemistry. Results The innovation of teaching methods of clinical biochemistry obtained satisfactory achievement,improved students thinking skills and overall quality.
