Abstract: Objective　To analyze the impact of the flood disaster on the distribution of Oncomelania snails in 2020 in Wuhu City, to provide scientific basis for formulating the "14th Five-Year Plan" for schistosomiasis control and precise prevention and control measures in Wuhu City. Methods　Systematic sampling combined with environmental spot check was used to investigate the distribution of snails in the historical snail's environment, existing snail's environment and suspected snail's environment in Wuhu City. The collected snails were crushed and examined by microscope to understand the death and life of snails and the infection of Schistosoma japonicum, and the density of live snails and other indicators were counted. Results　The historical area of snails was 14 475.24 hm2 in Wuhu City, and the existing area of snails was 4 588.72 hm2, including 4 210.32 hm2 for lake type and 378.40 hm2 for hill type snails. The average occurrence rate of live snails was 14.59%, and the average density of live snails was 0.50 snails/0.1 m2 in Wuhu City. There were 2 745 snail breeding environments, of which 491 were lake type and 2 254 are hill type, accounting for 17.89% and 82.11% respectively. The existing snail area was mainly distributed in the beaches and ditches, accounting for 92.51% and 6.29% of the existing snail area respectively. Some snails were distributed in ponds, paddy fields and other environments. Among all the historical snail habitats, the majority were class Ⅱ and class Ⅲ environments (which still have the basic conditions for snail breeding at present), with a total of 1 739 sites (blocks), accounting for 63.35% of the total environment. No schistosomiasis infected snails have been found, and the newly discovered and recovered snails cover an area of 268.21 hm2 in Wuhu City. Conclusions　The distribution of snails is extensive in Wuhu City, and snails are mostly distributed in beaches, which are vulnerable to the impact of flood disasters. The spread of Oncomelania snails is found in 30 marshlands in 3 counties in this survey. It is necessary to continue to strengthen snail monitoring after disasters, and take class Ⅱ and class Ⅲ environments as key areas for snail monitoring, so as to find, identify and evaluate the risk of schistosomiasis transmission as soon as possible, to avoid or reduce the impact of flood disasters on the process of schistosomiasis control, and promote the process of schistosomiasis elimination.

Background Clinical research showed that the corneal endothelial cell density value from different corneal specula microscopies exist diversity.The relevant literature of SP02,Tomey EM-3000 and SP3000P is still seldom up to now. Objective This research was to assess the repeatability of endothelial cell density measurements by SP02,Tomey EM-3000 and SP3000P respectively and the agreement among 3 kinds of endothelial microscopes.MethodsFifty-four healthy volunteers with the age 17-38 years old were included this research.The written informed consent was obtained from each subject before examination.The corneal endothelial cell densities in the right eyes were analyzed with SP02,Tomey EM-3000 and SP3000P respectively for 3 times under the automatic mode,and the analytical procedure of SP3000P measurement were divided into automatic mode SP3000P (A) and manual correction modes SP3000P( M).The repeatability of each specula microscopy was analyzed by calculating the intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) and coefficient of variation ( CV ),and the 95％ confidence intervals and plotting Bland-Altman graphs were used to analyze the agreement among these methods.ResultsThe mean corneal endothelial cell densities in the population ＜24 years were significantly higher than the ones ≥ 24 years (t =3.692,P＜0.05 ),but no statistical difference was found between different gender ( t =0.335,P =0.739 ).The mean corneal endothelial cell densities were ( 3058 ± 260 ),( 2954 ± 229 ),( 2668 ± 258 ),( 2734 ± 268 ) cell/mm2 ; the ICCs were 0.957,0.940,0.972 and 0.972 and the CV were 0.063,0.061,0.056,0.058 for SP02,Tomey EM-3000,SP3000P (A) and SP3000P ( M ) respectively.The 95％ confidence intervals were ( - 100.8 - 306.8 ),( 162.6 - 617.4 ),( 109.9-494.1 ) and ( -0.6 - 132.6 ) cell/mm2 for between SP02 and Tomey EM-3000,SP3000P ( A ) and SP02,SP3000P(A) and Tomey EM-3000,SP3000P(A) and SP 3000P(M) respectively.ConclusionsSP02,Tomey EM-3000 and SP3000P(A) have good repeatability in the measurement of corneal endothelial cell density,however the outcome is different.Therefore,it is not interchangeable for the detection of corneal endothelial cell density.The differences of corneal endothelial cell density obtained from these instruments shall be paid high attention for their differences.SP3000P(A) and SP3000P(M) can be used interehangeably and SP3000P(A) is a preferable choice due to its convenience and quickness.

BackgroundIn an ideal eye there would be no light scattering at all,but the eye media is not optically ideal.Intraocular straylight causes a veil of light and reduction in the contrast of the retinal image and thus decrease the quality of vision.ObjectiveThe present study was to investigate the repeatability and reproducibility of C-Quant straylight meter( Oculus,Germany)in measuring retinal straylight of myopia and post-laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) corneas.MethodsThis is a prospective research.The consecutive 35 eyes of 21 myopic patients and 34 eyes of 22 patients who received LASIK were included in this trail.Retinal straylight was measured for 7 times at a period of time and analyzed quantificational to evaluate the repeatability of measurement.Thirty-eight eyes of 19 patients were measured again at 3-7 days for 3 times at a period of time to assess the reproducibility of C-Quant straylight meter.The mean standard difference (SD) and coefficient of variation (CV) were used as the credibility evaluation.This clinical study complied with Helsinki Declaration and the informed consent was obtained prior to the medical procedure.ResultsThe straylight Log(s) of 7 times measurement were all less than 0.95.The mean Log(s) were 0.92±0.12 and 0.93±0.17 respectively in myopia group and post-LASIK group,without statistically significant differences among 7 times measurement( F=0.335,P=0.812;F=1.000,P=0.409).The mean SD for the 7 times measurement was 0.07 Log units.SD and CV increased with the number of measurements.The differences of mean SD and CV between 3 times result and 6 times result were significant different (t =-2.080,P =0.045;t =-2.190,P =0.035 ).No difference was found between different time periods( t =-0.531,P=0.598 ).The difference of the results between two measurements from the same patient was 0.013.ConclusionsC-Quant is a noncontact,noninvade,rapid and convenient method for the measurement of straylight in myopia and post-LASIK eyes due to the high repeatability and reproducibility.

Inosine 5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) is a key enzyme catalyzing the rate-limiting step of de novo nucleotide synthesis in vivo. In recent years, it has become a therapeutic target for anti-virus, anti-bacterial, anti-cancer, anti-parasitic and other diseases. IMPDH inhibitors have been shown to inhibit viral prolife-ration in host cells by depleting guanosine 5′-monophosphate (GMP), the raw material required for viral replication in host cells, with broad-spectrum antiviral properties. In order to find novel anti-coronavirus drugs, this study screened 22 potential IMPDH inhibitors from 70 000 natural small molecule libraries based on IMPDH protein structure using molecular docking and ROC calculation for virtual screening. With ribavirin as the positive control drug, Huh7 cell and H460 cell models were used to verify the anti-coronavirus HCoV-229E and HCoV-OC43 activities of 22 selected target compounds. Among them, compounds 11, 12, 15 and 16 showed inhibitory activity against coronavirus HCoV-229E. The compounds 4, 12, 13 and 15 showed inhibitory activities against coronavirus HCoV-OC43. 12 and 15 showed significant inhibitory activity against both two coronaviruses, and their efficacy was similar to ribavirin at the same dose, which can be further studied as a lead compound for IMPDH inhibitors.

To study the pharmacokinetic effect of different combined administration with monarch drug Ziziphi Spinosae Semen on its main components in rats. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into Ziziphi Spinosae Semen group, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group, Ziziphi spinosae Semen-Salviae Miltiorrhize Radix et Rhizoma group and Zaoren Ansheng prescription group. After oral administration, HPLC was eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrle-0.03% phosphate acid water in a gradient mode. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The pharmacokinetic parameters of spinosin and ferulic acid were calculated by DAS 2. 0 software. Compared with Ziziphi Spinosae Semen group, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis group, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen-Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma group showed a lower maximum plasma concentration (C(max)) and area under curve (AUC(0-t)) for spinosin and ferulic acid but higher clearance speed (CL/F); whereas the Zaoren Ansheng prescription group showed higher maximum plasma concentration (C(max)) and area under curve (AUC(0-t)) for spinosin and ferulic acid but lower clearance speed (CL/F). Objective To explore the hierarchical chain management model in blood glucose control and its influence factors in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Health management database of diabetic patients was established in 2007 and managed by hierarchical chain management.The number of the patients reached to 1010 till 2011.The blood glucose control of diabetic patients was analyzed and its influence factors were analyzed by multivariate unconditional Logistic regression method.Results The concentration of glycosylated hemoglobin( HbA1c ) of 1010 patients with type 2 diabetes was (8.21 ±:2.70)％.Four hundred and eighty-seven cases (48.22％) reached the blood glucose standard,303 cases (30.00％)reached the blood pressure standard,245 cases (24.26％) reached the blood lipids standard,and 76 cases (7.52％) reached all three standards.Multivariate analysis showed that occupation (OR =2.521,95％ CI:1.871 - 3.397),education level (OR =1.890,95％ CI:1.642 - 2.174),disease course (OR =1.035,95％CI:1.016 -1.055),systolic pressure (OR =1.016,95％ CI:1.007 -1.025) and triglyceride (OR =1.204,95％CI:1.063 - 1.365) were the risk factors of blood glucose control (P ＜0.01).Conclusions Hierarchical chain management model is helpful for the blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes.The comprehensive control and treatment of type 2 diabetes should be taken combined with related risk factors,such as blood pressure,blood lipids and diabetes disease course.

Objective To explore the hierarchical chain management model of type 2 diabetes and determine its evaluation.Method Based on the hierarchical chain management of the three community health service institutions and Dahua hospital in Shanghai Xuhui district,215 cases of type 2 diabetes had been involved in the study.Results Compared with the baseline before management,lasting blood glucose (FBG),2 h postprandial glucose (2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of the diabetes after 12 months' management declined [(8.50 ±2.81) mmol/L,(11.09 ±4.01) mmol/L,(8.56 ±2.41)% ,(3.31 ± 1.06) mmol/L,(139.06 ±20.68) mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa),(78.20 ± 12.11) mm Hg vs.(7.41 ±2.04) mmol/L,(9.03 ±2.46) mmol/L,(7.34 ± 1.59)% ,(3.00 ± 1.06) mmol/L,(135.48 ± 17.82) mm Hg,(77.27 ±11.83) mm Hg],and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01 );control rate of FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,LDLC,SBP,DBP had improved significantly [19.5% (42/215),20.9% (45/215),24.7%(53/215),20.0%(43/215),27.4%(59/215),30.2%(65/215) vs.50.7%(109/215),53.0% (114/215),54.0%(ll6/215),42.3%(91/215),47.0%(101/215),45.6%(98/215)](P＜0.01).Conclusion Primary and secondary-care hospital based hierarchical chain management model is valid and can be implemented for type 2 diabetes.

Objective To analysis the influence factors of standardization in the hierarchical chain management of type 2 diabetes and to enhance the hierarchical chain management of type 2 diabetes.Methods ( 1 ) Six hundred and ninty patients with type 2 diabetes completed 1 years management were divided into well-controlled glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbAlc ) group (＜7.0％ ) and bad-controlled glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) group ( ≥ 7.0％ ).The conditions of diet,physical activity,medication,self-blood sugar monitoring and participation in health seminars were investigated and analyzed.(2) The patients were divided into standardized management group and not standardized management group.Their age,sex,educational background,occupation,monthly income per person,medical security,the course,cognition for glycuresis,two-way transfer,and chronic complications were investigated and statistically analyzed.Results ( 1 ) The proportions of physical activity (70.1％ vs 54.2％,x2=6.163,P=0.018),self-blood sugar monitoring(60.4％ vs 43.8％,x2=6.268,P=0.016) and participation in health seminars (56.0％ vs 41.7％,x2=4.577,P=0.045) in the well-controlled HbAlc group were significantly higher than those in the bad-controlled HbAlc group.(2) Their age [(61.08 ±10.04) years old vs ( 57.75 ± 9.89 ) years old,t=2.539,P=0.012],educational background ( ratio of low educational attainment:8.3 ％ vs 17.2％,x2=6.426,P=0.041 ),medical security (own expense ratios:4.6％ vs 11.5％,x2=3.543,P=0.048 ),awareness of diabetes ( ratio of poor awareness of diabetes:19.4％ vs 41.0％,x2=17.518,P=0.000 ),two-way transfer ( ratio of not transfer treatment:4.6％ vs 14.8％,x2=7.662,P=0.022) and chronic complications ( ratio of chronic complication:41.7 ％ vs 26.2％,x2=6.130,P=0.017) were significantly different between the standardized management group and not standardized management group.(3) Logistic regression analyses indicated that the age ( OR=0.954,P=0.006),monthly income per person ( OR=4.101,P=0.018 ),medical security ( OR=7.617,P=0.003 ),cognition for glycuresis ( OR=0.030,P=0.000),two-way transfer ( OR=9.079,P=0.000) and chronic complications ( OR=0.456,P=0.031 ) were the risk factors of standardized management.Conclusion We should focus on the impact factors affecting the standardized management of patients including age,monthly income per person,medical security,awareness of diabetes,ratio of not transfer treatment,positive strategies for chronic complications,improve the hierarchical chain management of type 2 diabetes,and then make the diabetic patients to early participate in standardization management of diabetes mellitus and delay the appearance of complications.

Objective To investigate the effects of maternal long-term exposure to low-dose trichlorfon on the serum paraoxonase (PON) activity of pregnant mice and development of embryos. Methods Female ICR mice (n=120) were randomly divided into control group and trichlorfon groups of different doses,and were managed by intragastric injection with trichlorfon of 0,2,10 and 50mg/kg,respectively. All the mice were managed once a day for a consecutive of 27 days,and were subjected to mating. The pregnant mice were continued to be managed with trichlorfon for 3 days,and were sacrificed on day 3 of gestation. The serum PON and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activities were detected,and the development of embryos was evaluated. Results The serum PON activity of 2,10 and 50mg/kg trichlorfon group were (14.15?1.22),(12.78?1.80) and (10.45?1.95)IU/mL,respectively,and that of 50mg/kg trichlorfon group was significantly lower than that of control group [(13.37?2.31)IU/mL] (P0.05),while the the percentage of abnormal embryos of 50mg/kg trichlorfon group had an increased tendency. Conclusion Long-term exposure to low-dose trichlorfon can inhibit serum PON and AchE activity in pregnant mice without obvious effect on the development of embryos.
