To explore the effects of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in neonatal rats,0 2, 0 5 or 2 0?g of BDNF was injected into cerebroventricles of 7d neonatal Sprague Dawley rats with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy by ligation of left common carotid artery and 2 5h inhalation of humidified 8% O 2 +92% N 2 at 37℃. Its effects on brain edema, levels of malondialehyde (MDA) and neuronal apoptosis at the left cortex and hippocampus were observed. The results showed that brain edema was markedly alleviated in 0 5?g group compared to the vehicle group 24h after BDNF injection. Levels of MDA in the left hemisphere in 2 0?g group were significantly higher than those in either vehicle group or 0 5?g group. Neuronal apoptosis decreased to a different extent in the three groups while obviously in both 0 2?g and 0 5?g groups. It is suggested that BDNF exerts a prominent protective effect on hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in neonatal rats, but this effect is lowered when overdose is injected.

Objective:To analyze the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) among elderly residents in the community.Methods:A total of 1 894 patients aged 60-75 years with NAFLD visiting general practice clinic from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study; 1 894 age and sex-matched subjects without NAFLD served as the control group. The data of gender, age, smoking status,body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, blood pressure, blood biochemistry,past medical history and other clinical and laboratory testing were collected in the two groups. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to explore the related risk factors of NAFLD.Results:The BMI [(27±3) kg/m 2vs.(24±3) kg/m 2, t=-26.139], waist circumference [(89±8) cm vs.(82±8) cm, t=-24.398], heart rate [(75±11) bpm vs. (74±11) bpm, t=-2.370], and diastolic blood pressure [(87±10) mmHg vs. (85±10) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), t=7.898] in the NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) [(5.9±2.0)mmol/L vs. (5.3±1.5) mmol/L, t=10.438], glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) [(6.2±1.2)% vs. (5.9±0.9)%, t=11.654], alanine aminotransferase (ALT)[(24±16) mmol/L vs. (18±15) mmol/L, t=11.915], aspartate aminotransferase (AST) [(23±11) mmol/L vs.(22±13) mmol/L, t=4.300], blood uric acid (UA) [(342±84) mmol/L vs. (307±80) mmol/L, t=13.189], total cholesterol (TC) [(5.3±1.1) mmol/L vs. (5.1±1.0) mmol/L, t=6.073], triglycerides (TG)[1.71(1.29,2.35) mmol/L vs. 1.17 (0.91,1.57) mmol/L, Z=37.261], and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)[(3.4±0.9) mmol/L vs. (3.2±0.9) mmol/L, t=6.984] in NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.01); and the levels of blood creatinine (Cr) [(70±17) mmol/L vs. (71±18) mmol/L, t=-2.712] and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) [(1.3±0.3) mmol/L vs. (1.5±0.4) mmol/L, t==-16.726] in NAFLD group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P<0.01). The proportion of people with hypertension [53.8% (1 019/1 894) vs. 43.4% (822/1 894)], type 2 diabetes [16.7%(317/1 894) vs. 11.3%(214/1 894)], metabolic syndrome [48.3% (915/1 894) vs. 18.0% (341/1 894)] in NAFLD group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ 2=41.013, 23.237, 392.446, P<0.01). Logistic regression analyses revealed 13 independent risk factors of NAFLD, including 60-75 years-old female ( OR=2.348, 95 %CI: 1.917-2.876, P<0.01), high BMI ( OR=1.143, 95 %CI: 1.099-1.189, P<0.01), elevated TG ( OR=1.894, 95 %CI: 1.716-2.090, P<0.01), LDL-C ( OR=3.066, 95 %CI: 2.359-3.983, P<0.01) and HbA1c ( OR=1.276, 95 %CI: 1.175-1.386, P<0.01). Conclusion:The factors associated with NAFLD are complicated; and corresponding measures targeting the risk factors should be taken to reduce the occurrence and development of NAFLD among elderly people in the community.

This study aims to save cost of sampling for estimating the area under the amlodipine plasma concentration versus time curve in 24 hours (AUC(0-24 h)). Limited sampling strategy (LSS) models was developed and validated by mutiple regression model within 4 or fewer amlodipine concentration values. Absolute prediction error (APE), root of mean square error (RMSE) and visual predict check were used as criterion. The results of Jackknife validation showed that fifteen (9.4%) of the 160 LSS based on regression analysis were not within an APE of 15% by using one concentration-time point. 156 (97.5%), 159 (99.4%) and 160 (100%) of the 160 LSS model were capable of predicting within an APE 15% by using 2, 3, 4 points, separately. Limited sampling strategies have been developed and validated for estimating AUC(0-24 h) of amlodipine. The present study indicated that the implemention of both 5 mg and 10 mg dosage could enable accurate predictions of AUC(0-24 h) by the same LSS model. This study shows that 12, 4, 24, 2 h after administration are key sampling time points. The combination of (12, 4), (12, 4, 24) or (12, 4, 24, 2 h) might be chosen as sampling hours for predicting AUC(0-24 h) in practical application according to requirement.

Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum as a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been widely used for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Flavonoid compounds are main chemical constituents of Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum, which exert anti-inflammatory property. However, the underlying anti-inflammatory mechanisms of flavonoid compounds are incompletely understood. It has been reported that isoliquiritigenin, liquiritigenin, naringenin and butein possess anti-inflammatory property. The purpose of this study is to illuminate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of flavonoid compounds based on the protein interaction network (PIN) analysis on molecular network level. 130 targets of the main medicinal ingredients of flavonoid compounds were gained though database retrieval. A protein interaction network of flavonoid compounds was constructed with 589 nodes and 216 interactions. By a graph theoretic clustering algorithm Molecular Complex Detection (MCODE), 26 modules were identified and analyzed by Gene ontology (GO) enrichment. Two modules were associated with anti-inflammatory actions. The most interesting finding of this study was that the anti-inflammatory effect of flavonoid compounds may be partly attributable to inhibite FOS, PTGS2 expression, inhibite of IL-1beta release, and block the MAPK pathway and toll-like receptor pathway.

Objective - （ ） To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of occupational noise induced deafness ONID （ ） diagnosed by Guangdong Province Hospital of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control GDHOD from 2016 to 2020 and - Methods the reasons non ONID diagnosis. The data of ONID patients diagnosed in GDHOD from 2016 to 2020 were collected “ from the Occupational Disease Report Card in the Occupational Disease and Occupational Health Information Monitoring ” “ ” - System subsystem of the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System . The data of non ONID subjects were ， collected from the occupational disease diagnosis archives in the same hospital and the relevant data were analyzed Results ， ， （ ） retrospectively. Of the 1 432 subjects 824 subjects were diagnosed as ONID patients mainly of mild ONID 86.0% . （M） ， M Male patients accounted for 88.0%. The median of diagnosis age was 45.0 years old and of length of employment of ， ， ， diagnosis was 8.3 years. ONID patients were mainly found in Zhongshan Dongguan Zhuhai Jiangmen and Guangzhou City in ， ， （ ） the Pearl River Delta accounting for 67.6%. The cases distributed in 519 enterprises mainly on manufacturing 90.2% . ， - ， ； Among the 139 enterprises each enterprise had 2 11 patients worked within five years accounting for 53.9% 91.1% of the -， - - - ONID patients were distributed in large medium and small enterprises. ONID patients mainly worked in non public enterprises that accounted for 91.3%. There were 606 subjects could not be diagnosed as ONID. The main reasons for not being （ ）， diagnosed were that the weighted value of better ear hearing threshold was less than 26 dB 34.8% the working history of （ ）， occupational noise exposure was less than three years 31.5% the weighted value of better ear hearing threshold was less thanConclusion 26 dB and the average hearing threshold of binaural high frequency was less than 40 dB 16.2% . The ONID ， ， -， - patients have the characteristics of group aggregation. The Pearl River Delta manufacturing industry large medium and - - ： small non public enterprises are the key points of ONID prevention. The main reasons for not being diagnosed as ONID were ， the working history of occupational noise exposure was less than three years the weighted value of better ear hearing threshold ， - was less than 26 dB and the average high frequency hearing threshold of both ears was less than 40 dB.

Objective To study the incidence, character and related risk factors of post trauma stress disorders (PTSD) after road traffic accidents. Methods Inpatients after road traffic accidents from January 2001 to January 2005 were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. The incidence, clinical symptoms and related factors of PTSD were analyzed. Results 156 cases (7.53％) were diagnosed as PTSD among all subjects and their major clinical manifestation including difficulty of falling or staying asleep, compulsion of re-experience traumatic process and excessive startled reactions. The related factors of PTSD including the personality, the degree of education, family harmony and compensation. Conclusion PTSD is common in patients injured in road traffic accidents. Early psychological intervention for susceptible may be needed.

Objective To investigate the CT imaging characteristics of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of the liver.Methods The CT, clinical and histopathologic data of 6 patients with MFH were analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were confirmed by surgery and histopathological examinations.Results The tumors were located in the right liver in 4 patients and the left liver in 2 patients.The maximum diameter of the tumors ranged from 5 to 20 cm.All the tumors were unevenly hypodense on plain CT scan.Four tumors had relatively well-defined margins, while 2 tumors had ill-defined margins.After contrast enhancement, the peripheral and internal divisions of the three storiform-pleomorptic MFH showed progressive enhancement.The peripheral and internal divisions of the two inflammatory MFH were obviously enhanced in the arterial phase, and the enhancement decreased in the portal and delayed phases.The hypodense areas of the one myxiod MFH were not enhanced, but the internal floc and divisions were progressive enhanced.On gross pathology, the tumors were round or irregular in shape, most had a complete capsule with multiple surrounding vessels.These findings correlated well with the CT findings.Conclusions CT findings of primary Hepatic MFH have some characteristics.The enhancement pattern is manifested in a fast wash-in and slow wash-out pattern.However, the final diagnosis still relies on histopathological examination.

Objective: To observe the influence of moxibustion sertma of mice on the expression of Fas, bcl-2 mRNA and protein of EL-4 lymphoma cells in vitro. Method: The EL-4 lymphoma cells were cultivated for 24 h in the moxibustion serum of mice. The expression of Fas and bcl-2 mRNA of EL-4 lymphoma cells were detected by in-situ hybridization method, and the protein expression of Fas and bcl-2 were observed by the immuocytochemistry method. Results: The expression of bcl-2 mRNA and protein decreased, and the expression of Fas rnRNA and protein increased significantly in EL-4 cells, which were cultivated in the moxibustion serum compared those cultivated in normal mice serum (P<0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion serum could down-regulate the bcl-2 mRNA and protein and up-regulate the Fas mRNA and protein of EL-4 cells.
