Objective To develop the security scale of college students' sense to investigate college students' subjective feeling of security.According to the characteristics of the feeling tendentiousness to analysis the subject and object factors influencing the insecurity of college students.Methods The security scale of college students' sense compiled was administrated to 500 college student randomly stratified cluster sampling from four universities in Yantai,then description and analysis were analyzed by SPSS17.0,AHP and SAS9.1 to statistical.Results Through the scale of exploratory factor analysis,the Cronbach' s of the scale was 0.629.College students in four dimensions of security and total security were in above-average levels,college students' total scorc of security is significance of difference in grade,gender and whether come from the single parent(all P＜0.05) ;Self security was significance of difference in the grade and the gender(P＜0.01 and P＜0.05) ; and interpersonal security in gender and whether come from the single parent had significance difference(P＜0.05) ;Determine control and family security in these demographic variable aspects had no significant differences.Multivariate factors analysis results showed that the decision tree model was better than the logistic model (the misclassification rate of the model was lower than the decision tree model).The main factors affecting the university students' security were gender,grade,the average income and whether they,were the only children.The misclassification rate of the decision tree model was lower than the model of logistic.College students' sense of dimensions are significant with positive correlation,the dimension of the security level may affect other security of the situation.Conclusion The security scale of college students' sense has good reliability and validity and can be used in the study of college security.The factor analysis determines it can be used multiple factors analysis.The survey shows that the overall security of the crowd' s is over the average level.The gender,grade,annual per-capita income and whether the one-child are the potential factors that affect college students' insecurity.

Hepatic artery stricture (HAS) after liver transplantation can lead directly to transplanted liver function exhaustion and complications of biliary system. The early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for better prognosis. Doppler ultrasound is the first method of choice, and angiography can give further clear dignosis. The balloon dilatation is still effective for hepatic arterial stenosis. With the more adaptable usage of oronary stent, if possible, would reveal more promising result especially for tortuous stenotic hepatic artery. The vascular reconstruction or repeated liver transplantation is still the effective therapeutic methods.

Objective:To explore the clinical value on application of laparoscopic ultrasonography (Lap US) in the adnexal operation. Methods:Eleven patients including 7 cases of tubal pregnancy, 3 cases of teratoma of ovary and 1 case of endometrial cyst of ovary were examined by LapUS, then operated with laparoscopy.Results:The results showed that the modality presented is a big progress over the traditional operative management for adnexal diseas. Conclusions:It is a good approach for micro-surgery in the adnexal operation by laparoscopy.

Objective To summarize the operative experience of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method The clinical data of 15 patients underwent transumbilical singleport laparoscopic cholecystectomy between May to October in 2010 was reviewed. Results The operative time was 30-85(45±16) min,hospitalization time was (2.5 ± 1.1 ) d. No surgical complications such as bile leak or uncontrolled hemorrhage occurred postoperatively. All the incision were healed well and the surgical scar was virtually concealed whithin the umbilicus. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible and safe when patients are well selected. Comparing with conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy, it's more manipulatively difficult.

To explore the relationship between thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid function in school children aged 8-10 years,adults,pregnant women,and lactating women in China,in order to provide reference for the prevention and monitoring of thyroid disease.Healthy 8-10 years old school children (693 cases),adults (698 cases),pregnant women(325 cases),and lactating women(332 cases) from six iodine sufficient areas were enrolled.Serum TSH,FT4,and FT3 were determined by chemiluminescent immunoassay,while antithyroid antibody by radioimmunoassay.The positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies in females was significantly higher than that in the male (5.6％ vs 2.0％ in school children,and 22.8％ vs 3.2％ in adults) ; while positive rate of autoantibodies in pregnant and lactating women (8.9％,8.7％) were significantly lower than that in the other healthy adult women (22.8％).The incidence of abnormal thyroid function in antibody-positive people was higher than that in negative ones in all groups,and abnormal thyroid function showed mainly as subclinical hypothyroidism.In addition,lactating women with negative autoantibodies presented a higher incidence of abnormal thyroid function,mainly as low FT4.The abnormal thyroid function is related with the positive thyroid autoantibodies,indicating that it is essential to follow-up these people with positive antibodies in order to facilitate prevention,early diagnosis,and treatment of thyroid disease.Reference data for thyroid hormones in lactating women should be establisbed as soon as possible.

Objective To investigate the effects of glycyrrhizin on gene expression of transforming growth factor(TGF)-?signaling pathway of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)in mice by gene microarray tech- nique.Methods The HSCs were isolated from mice and cultured in vitro.Then the mice were divided into control group,TGF-?_1 group(5 ng/ml) or TGF-?_1(5 ng/ml)combined with glycyrrhizin(100?mol/L) group.The cells were collected after 10 hours to extract RNA.A cDNA microarray(GEArray~(TM) Q) targeting TGF-?/BMP signal transduction was used to screen the genes which showed significant changes in expression of TGF-?pathway of HSC by glycyrrhizin.Results The microarray analysis showed that 16 genes(16.7%),such as Smad2,Smad3,Smad7,CoL3A1,CoL1A2,and PAI-1,were upregulated by TGF-?_1 and then down-regulated by glycyrrhizin.Five genes(5.2%)(including BMP7,IGFbp3 and etc.)downregulated by TGF-?_1,were then up-regulated by glycyrrhizin.Finally,2 genes upregulated by TGF-?_1 were then up-regulated predominantly by glycyrrhizin in HSC(T?R2,betaglycan).Changes in some genes,such as Smad2 Smad3,Smad7,were further confirmed to be coincided with cDNA microarray by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Conclusions The anti-fibrosis mechanisms of glycyrrhizin may be through to interference of TGF-?signaling pathway,decrease the synthesis and increase the degradation of collagen.

Objective To investigate the effect of the cerebral infarction in rats and the role of matrix metalloproteinases-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-3 (TIMP-3) in the pathogenesis. Method Sixty-six rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: blank group (n= 6), control group (n=30), model group (n=30). The rat model was established by carotid injection of auto blood thrombus, the control group was given the operation without injection. Each group was subdivided into 24 hours, 48 hours, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days after operative intervention. At serial intervals, the animals in each group were sacrificed and brain tissue samples were collected to determine MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-3 expression by immunohistoehemistry. The changes of behaviors were observed and the histopathological changes were investigated by hematoxylin and eosin stain. Results The experimental group had more obvious behavior change than other groups. Ginsenosides,which belongs to triterpenoid saponins of plant terpenoids,are the main active components of the valuable medicinal herbs ginseng and American ginseng.Recent studies show that ginsenosides have a variety of beneficial effects,including anti-inflamatory,antioxidant,and anticancer effects.Ginsenosides are synthesized by complicated modification of triterpenoid skeleton after cyclization of 2,3-oxidosqualene through triterpene saponin synthesis pathway in which they share common early steps with phytosterols synthesis.It outlines recent advances for the biosynthesis of ginsenosides,the cloning and characterization of genes encoding key enzymes in the pathway and the basal framework of ginsenosides biosynthesis pathway.The prospects of secondary metabolism engineering in the biosynthesis of plant natural products and its application in ginsenosides biosynthesis are also discussed.
