1.Research on distribution of patents' holders for Chinese herbal compounds in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular based on cluster analysis.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(18):3682-3686
To discuss the distribution of patents' holders for Chinese herbal compounds in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, the patents' holders for Chinese herbal compounds in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular were cluster analyzed by means of simple statistics and cluster analysis. Clustering variables were composed of patent applications, patent maintained number, related papers' quantity, etc. Chinese herbal compound patents' holders were divided into four categories according to their different scientific research and patent strength. It is the magic weapon for Chinese herbal compound patents' holders that have scientific research patents' transforming and make coordination of patent protection and scientific innovation.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics as well as immunophenotypes of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma for its differential diagnosis with other similar diseases.MethodsThe clinical、histological and immunophenotypic features of 6 cases were described in detail and related literatures were reviewed. Results All of 6 patients presented with subcutaneous nodules or /and erythematous plaques without lymph nodes swelling and with 5 cases had fever, one case developed to ulcer from its nodules. All of 6 patient presented typical histological changes and 2 of them associated with prominent hemophagocytic syndrome. The neoplastic cells were of T-cell phenotype. Two patients under went an aggressive clinical course with short survival period of 9~16 months and four patients who treated with chemotherapy have an improved survival state, but two of them had recurrence. Conclusion SPTCL is a uncommon type of T-cell lymphoma with clinical and pathological characteristics, and it needs to be differentiated from benign panniculitis or other lymphomas of the skin.
3.Analysis on the cited papers from Chinese Journal of Infectious Disease
Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(05):-
Objective To study the development and research status of infectious diseases influ- ence in China and the academic influence of Chinese Journal of Infectious Disease. Methods Utilizing the literature metrology means, mainly based on《Chinese Journal Full-text Network Database》and《Chinese Citation Network Database》,statistics and analyses on the Cited Papers of Chinese Journal of Infectious Disease in 2000 to 2004 were made. Results The citation rate of 787 papers from 30 issues was 65.9%,citation frequencies in total were 2946 and the highest citation frequency was 245,the av- erage citation frequency was 5.7,and the rate of cited fund articles with total cited papers was 37.6% the total citation frequencies raised in the recent years and the average of influence factors was 1.281. Conclusion The Chinese Journal of Infectious Disease represents the highest level core periodical of infectious diseases in China and is one of the most important information resources in this research demesne.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2017;31(7):543-547
Objective:To explore the relationship among professional psychological help-seeking intention, mental symptoms, and self-efficacy in adults. Methods:Totally 618 adult samples[286 males and 332 females,304 early adulthood (18-35 years) and 314 middle adulthood (36-60 years)] were selected on the internet. They were assessed with the Intention of Seeking Counseling Inventory (ISCI),Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) to evaluate professional psychological help-seeking intention, mental symptom and self-efficacy respectively. Results:Females and middle adulthood subjects got higher ISCI scores than males and early adulthood subjects [(82.7 ± 6.7) vs.(77.8 ± 7.8),(83.9 ± 6.2) vs.(76.8 ± 7.3);Ps < 0.001].Step linear regression analysis showed that age, scores of self-efficiency,horror and obsessive-compulsive symptoms had positive prediction effect on help-seeking intention (3 =0.34,0.29,0.10,0.11).Mental symptoms, hostility and paranoia had negative prediction effect on help-seeking intention (β =-0.17,-0.15,-0.11),and the 7 variables could explain 45.6% of the variation. Conclusion:It suggests that the adults' professional psychological help-seeking intention may be related to subject age, mental symptom and self-efficiency.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(17):2643-2644,2645
Objective To study the Ezrin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma expression and its effects on metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods Expression of Ezrin protein was detected by immunohistochemical method in 98 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 37 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis tissues were analyzed . Clinical staging and pathological characteristics , recurrence and metastasis following treatment in the process of 98 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were observed .Results 98 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcino-ma research group,69 cases(70.4%) patients were positive expression of Ezrin protein .The control group nasopha ryngeal mucositis of patients ,only 4 patients showed positive expression of Ezrin protein ,the rate of positive expression was 10.8%.The differences between the two groups compared with the positive rate of Ezrin significantly (χ2 =38.42,P=0.00).By comparison on strength of patients with distant metastases of different expression of Ezrin in study group, closely related to Ezrin strong positive and tumor metastasis , Ezrin protein ( ++) and ( +++) expression group and negative (-) and weak positive (+) expression group compared with patients ,tumor migration rate was significantly higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ezrin protein shows significantly higher expression in tis-sues of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma ,the positive expression of Ezrin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and with the distant metastasis .

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the effect of nano-?-linolenic acid on the expression of cathepsin B(CB) in mice with viral myocarditis(VM).Methods Eighty male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group, myocarditis group,low-dose intervention group and high-dose intervention group, each group had 20 mice.Mice in control group were inoculated introperitoneally with eagle′s solution, every mouse in the last 3 groups was treated with 0.1 mL Coxsackie B3 virus(CVB3) intraperitoneally. Then, mice in low-dose intervention group and high-dose intervention group were treated with 60 mg?kg-1and 180 mg?kg-1 nano-?-linolenic acid solution for 7 days, respectively.Mice in control group and myocarditis group were treated with 9 g?L-1 saline for 7 days. All mice were killed on the 15th day,and the specimens of hearts and serum were conserved.Myocardial histopathology was determined with hematoxylin and eosin stain. The expression levels of myocardial CB mRNA were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Serum CB concentration was examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The mortality rate was 0,45%,30% and 20% in control group, myocarditis group,low-dose intervention group and high-dose intervention group, respectively;the mortality rate was significantly lower in high-dose intervention group compared with myocarditis group(P0.05).The expression level of CB mRNA and serum CB concentration were markedly higher in myocarditis group than those in control group(Pa
