In this paper, the authors analyzed the current problems in domestic hospital nursing human re-source such as widespread erosion, nursing staff slack and others. From the characteristics of nursing ethics and be-havior dynamic analysis, suggest to establish a focus on the humanities concern nursing ethics culture of the people-oriented, fundamentally effectively motivate nurses, specific include: respecting nurses and ethical personality differences;to establish a trust mechanism for nursing staff;meet the needs of nursing staff learning;to establish a nursing staff self management team, thus improve hospital nursing ethics management work, for the nursing staff to provide a stable and efficient working and living environment.

In this study the rat pancreas transplant model was used to determine the effect of ligustrazine in WMO-l solution on pancreas preservation.The result showed that the exact preservation time of WMO-1 sohltion for pancreas was 12h,and when pancreas was preserved for 18h,the survival rate was 1/3.Addition of ligustrazine to WMO-1 solution could prolong the preservation time to 18h,and when pancreas was preserved for 24h,the survival rate is 1/3.These findings proved that ligustrazine can improve pancreas preservation.

Objective To explore the application effect of Sandwich teaching method in clinical teaching in the department of neurosurgery.Methods Totally 144 clinical medicine students were divided into 2 groups:Sandwich teaching group (n=72) and traditional teaching group (n=72).The analysis of test and the questionnaire of the students were conducted after the course.Comparison between the two groups was made using independent sample t test and measurement data were expressed as as ± s.P＜0.05 signifies statistically significant differences.Rank sum test was used to compare the distribution of the test scores.Results The test score was statistically higher in Sandwich teaching group than control group [(76.38 ± 10.84) vs.(69.67 ± 10.50)].And the main distribution of the test scores was 70～90 in Sandwich teaching group while 60～80 in control group.Questionnaire showed that the scores of Sandwich teaching group were statistically higher than those ofthe control group in five aspects such as enhancing self-learning ability,improving the ability to analyze and solve problems,and so on.Conclusions Sandwich teaching method achieves good teaching effect and it is worth recommending in clinical teachifig.

Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen receptor alpha (Erα) gene polymorphism on the efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) in female primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) treatment. Methods The polymorphism of Xba Ⅰ and Pvu Ⅱ sites in No. 1 Intron of Erαgene was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism in 65 female patients with PBC. The patients were treated with UDCA tablets daily (13-15 mg·kg-1 · d- 1,divided for 3 times oral taking). The variations of patients' serum total bilirubin (Tbil), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), γ-glutamyle transpeptidase (GGT) were followed up totally for 24 months. Results Totally the complete follow-up data had been obtained in 60 patients. Four indicators of XX or PP type patients slowly declined till the end of follow-up point still had not reached the effective treatment standard. Four indicators of Xx type patients were also slowly declined, while the effective treatment standard was achieved till the end of follow-up. Four indicators of Pp/pp or xx type patients were rapid declined to the effective treatment standard. The effective rate of UDCA in PBC treatment was 75.0％ (45/60). The distribution difference of Pvu Ⅱ between the UDCA treating effective group and the ineffective group in PP, Pp, pp types patients and XX、Xx、xx types patients was statistic significant (x2 = 12.13、 P = 0.003 and x2 = 9.95 、 P = 0.007 respectively). The distribution difference of Xba Ⅰ between the effective group and the ineffective group with UDCA treatment in XX, Xx and xx types patients was also significant (P ＜0.05). The effective rate of Pp, pp, Xx, xx types patients [82.61％ (19/23)、80.65％ (25/31) 、9/14、83. 33％ (35/42) respectively] was higher than PP and XX types patients (1/6 and 1/4 respectively).Conclusion Erα gene polymorphism influenced the efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid in treating primary biliary cirrhosis.

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a group of highly aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in small B-cell lymphoma, accounting for 6 % of NHL incidence. MCL is characterized with its concealed onset, strong aggression, high malignancy and poor prognosis. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MCL in clinic. Recently, diagnostic models of molecular pathology, researches on cyclin D1 protein negative MCL, staging prognosis and stratification treatment of MCL are worthy of attention.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of salesclerk factors on the consumers'purchasing behavior in drugstores in Beijing citizens,and provide reference for better satisfaction of consumers'requirements. METHODS:Clustering random sampling method was launched among the drugstore consumers in 16 districts of Beijing,the results were statistically analyzed,and then the suggestions were provided. RESULTS:Totally 180 valid questionnaires were collected from the 208 questionnaires with effective re-covery rate of 86.5%. 70.6% consumers preferred the salesclerk to ask actively when they entered a drugstore;moderate depen-dence on the salesclerk was found mainly in the aspect ofmedicine selection,medication methods guidingandhelping disease judgment;moderate trust to the salesclerk was found,andthe poor professional knowledge,poor service attitudeandpoor professional ethicswere the main reasons for the distrust;the professional moralandknowledgeof salesclerks were the most-ly expected qualities;the licensed pharmacist in the drugstore was not recognized by 66.1% consumers. CONCLUSIONS:Drug-store should understand the consumer's expectations and requirements to its salesclerk and improve accordingly in the respect of strengthening the train of professional quality,enhancing the ability of pharmaceutical care,increasing the propaganda of licensed pharmacist,conducting medication consultation actively,exploring the diversity of consumer's requirements,and meeting the con-sumer's requirements more extensively.

Objective To describe the recommended nursing undergraduate students' real feelings during participating in the selection test of comprehensive quality,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing undergraduates education.Methods 12 recommended nursing undergraduate students were surveyed by using deep half-structural interviews and were recorded,noted during the whole interviews.Data were analyzed by coding step by step.Results The primary feelings of the participants included:Reflection on theory gap of imbalanced knowledge structure,competence of English language affected by periodical study and lack of real situation,and comprehensive quality training was weak after classes.Conclusions Nursing humanistic education,English learning styles and comprehensive quality training should be taken seriously and implement deep reform in nursing higher education.

Objective To explore the changes of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the endometria of pro-liferative phase in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. Methods Thirty-two patients who suffered PCOS combined with infertilitas feminis were enrolled in this study, and 20 cases of tubal infertilitas feminis having the corresponding time period were selected as controls. The expressions of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the endometria were observed by pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining. Results The expressions of ER and PR in the PCOS group in the glands and interstitium of endometrial a-mong three different periods were not significantly different. The expressions of ER and PR in the glands and interstitium of endometrial a-mong three different periods in the control group were significantly different. There was no statistical difference in the expressions of ER, PR in the glands and interstitium of the early endometria between PCOS group and control group. The expressions of ER in the glands and inter-stitium of the middle endometrial in PCOS group was significantly lower than that of control group. The expressions of ER and PR in the glands and interstitium of the late proliferative endometrial in PCOS group was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion ER and PR of endometrial in the PCOS patients decreased. The cyclical of ER and PR in the PCOS patient were irregular.

Objective: To compare the fracture resistance of pulpless teeth restored with three types of post core.Methods: A total of 21 recently extracted sound upper incisors were randomly distributed into 3 groups. In group A the teeth were restored with prefabricated glass fiber post and composite core; in group B with custom cast titanium alloy post and core; and in group C with Ni Cr alloy dowel core. The size and shape of posts were identical in the 3 groups. All teeth were fully covered with Ni Cr alloy cast crown. Fracture resistance was measured by applying a point force at 130 degrees to the long axis of the teeth. Results: Mean fracture threshold was (276.6?15.1)N in group A, (394.7?29.1)N in group B and (373.4? 53.8 )N in group C. In group B and C, however, fracture always affected the tooth itself,whereas in group A,the core always failed first. Conclusion: Fiber reinforced composite(FRC) post may meet the clinical need, FRC post combined with composite core may prevent tooth root from fracture.

Objective To evaluate the applicability of the simplified equation of MDRD to predict glomerular filtration rate(GFR)from serum creatinine in Chinese patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and refit the MDRD equation parameter estimates with Chinese patients data.Methods A total of 760 hospitalized CKD patients were investigated from 2002 to 2005.Patients'sex,age,height and body weight were recorded;plasma creatinine and ~ 99m Tc-GFR(standardized by body surface area)were measured in all patients;GFR was estimated with simplified equation of MDRD and Cockcroft-Gault;the accurancy of estimated GFR with MDRD and CG were compared with~ 99m Tc-GFR in different stage of CKD.Totally 670 patients were randomly selected as the training sample,the remaining 90 patients constituted the validation sample.We used stepwise multiple regression to refit the equation of MDRD and the regression models were developed by using the training sample.The refitting equation was then tested and compared with the other equation in the validation sample.Results (1)Both the MDRD and CG-GFR prediction equations seemd to systematically underestimate GFR,but the accurancy of MDRD equation was better than CG-GFR in stage Ⅰ~Ⅲ of CKD.(2)The bias of estimated GFR(MDRD or CG-GFR equation)with ~ 99m Tc-GFR was lower in stage Ⅰ~Ⅲ than in stage Ⅳ~Ⅴ of CKD.(3)Refitting of the MDRD equation parameter estimates to Chinese patients data set resulted in the following prediction equations:GFR=234.96?(Scr)~ -0.926 ?(Age)~ -0.280 ?0.828(Female).(4)Comparing with~ 99m Tc-GFR,the bias of estimated GFR calculated by the refitting MDRD equation was lower than that of estimated with MDRD or CG especially in the stage Ⅳ~Ⅴ of CKD in Chinese patients.Conclusion the simplified equation of MDRD can estimate GRF accurately,but the equation must be refitted in Chinese patients.
