For solving the problem that common similarity algorithms are insensitive to the relative differences of different chromatographic fingerprints data, this paper improved the algorithms of improved extent similarity), which named new improved extent similarity. It was confirmed that new improved extent similarity could distinguish) the samples with the same total difference and different distribution of relative differences. by applying) the similarity algorithm to simulated data and the chromatographic fingerprints of nine batches Rukuaixiao tablets. New improved extent similarity could reflect the relative differences of peak areas more sensitively when the relative differences of common peak areas was less than 100%. The result indicates that new improved extent similarity can reflect the large deviation from the established proportion of components, which can be applied to the control of the fluctuation of the established proportion of effective components and the process quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine .

Great difficulties and challenges are existed in the training of clinical type postgraduate of neurosurgery because of the acute onset, server illness and difficult diagnosis of neurosurgical diseases. This paper proposed countermeasures of combing theory with clinical practice and strengthening comprehensive ability after analyzing problems of inadequate professional knowledge, lack of doctor-patient communication and insufficient clinical thinking and innovating ability. The aim was to cultivate the overall quality of postgraduates, making them more qualified for the difficult task of being neurosurgery clinicians.

BACKGROUND:Absorbable suture with good biocompatibility and mechanical strength has been extensively used in the clinic. OBJECTIVE: To explorein vitro degradation of different absorbable sutures, to analyze the clinical superiority of absorbable sutures and the influential factors for itsin vitro degradation. METHODS: After retrieval of related literatures concerning degradation and application of absorbable suture material, we retrospectively analyzed relevant articles addressing influential factors for performance and degradation of absorbable suture materials, and comparison of clinical absorbable and nonabsorbable sutures, thereby providing theoretical evidence for clinical application. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Absorbable sutures can be completely degraded and absorbed by the body, with no adverse reaction and no scars after wound healing. Absorbable sutures overcome the shortcomings of nonabsorbable sutures that cannot break down in the body. The absorption of its degradation products in vivo has two pathways: one is the phagocytosis of giant cels and phagocytes in the body, and the other is that the degradation products enter the body fluids and blood. For example, lactic acid is absorbed and excretedvia the systemic circulation. There is a very complicated physiological environment in the human body, and various factors can affect material properties. In addition, the different kinds of materials have different degradation mannersin vivo. Therefore, it is necessary to design, synthesize and process biodegradable polymer materialswith special properties within a certain range to meet the clinical needs.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(10):-
In order to compare differences of effects of complex prescription for reinforcing the kidney on osteoblast (OB) and osteoclast (OC), MTT method was used to determine proliferous capability of OB, bone lacuna count was used for quantitative assessment of absorbent activity of OC. Results showed that the mean influencing rate of Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill, Bu Shen Yi Jing Prescription, Zhi Bai Di Huang Pill, and Western medicine Premarin tablet for proliferous capability of OB was 159. 2%, 121. 5%, 21. 6% and 75. 7% respectively; the mean influencing rate for bone lacuna count was 50. 2%, 21. 0%, 19. 8% and 38. 1% respectively, suggesting that the drug for even reinforcing Yin and Yang can improve proliferation of OB and inhibit activity of OC, and increase of the drug for warming Yang can strengthen the promoting action on proliferation of OB, but increase of the drug for nourishing Yin had opposed action, the drugs for nourishing Yin plus the drugs for purging the pathologic fire can inhibit activity of OC and proliferation of OB.

Objective: To observe the effect of ovariectomized rat serum containing Bushen Yijing decoction (BYD) on the absorption function of osteoclast. Method: Fourty 10 - month - old female SD rats were randomly allocated to four groups, among which 30 rats were subjected to ovariectomy to establish the osteoporosis model, and 10 rats only received mimic operation. After 3 months, the model rats were given saline, BYD and estrogen respectively. Three months later, all the rats were killed to obtain the sera. Osteoclasts were isolated from the extremities of 1 - day SD rats and incultured on the ivory slices. The lacunar number formed after bone absorption was observed. Results: Compared with the mimic operation group, the number of lacurae of ovariectomized groups increased by 74. 1 % ,while that of the BYD group and estrogen group decreased by 65.7% and 59.3% respectively, showing significant differences with the mimic group (P

Objective To investigate the histopathology of liver, spleen and heart in mice model with Chlamydia pneumoniae ( C pneumoniae ) pneumonia Methods The Icr mice were inoculated with C pneumoniae ,strain CWL 029,by the intranasal or intravenous routes After a single inoculation, mice were killed on the 1st,3rd,7th,14th,21st,28th and 60th day separately Specimens of spleen, liver and heart were obtained from the acute stage of C pneumoniae pneumonitis and stained with hematoxylin eosin Results After inoculation of C pneumoniae ,there were infiltration of neutrophils and macrophages in the spleen and necrosis of hepatocytes The histopathology of iv inoculation group was more serious than that of intranasal inoculation group No pathology changes were observed in heart Conclusions After iv inoculation of C pneumoniae ,the histopathologic changes appeared in the tissue of liver and spleen correspondingly, and the changes were more serious than that of iv inoculation group This study demonstrated that C pneumoniae was mainly limited to lungs and dissemination of C pneumoniae was seldom

Infection is an essential factor in chronic wound disunion. With the increasing number of patients with chronic diseases in the aging society, the number of patients with chronic wounds increases. It caused a heavy social burden. The proper cleaning method and cleaning fluid play a key role in chronic wound healing. In this paper, the concepts, classification, mechanism of different cleaning fluids, and their effects on chronic wounds were reviewed, which is expected to help health professionals to choose cleaning methods and cleaning fluids scientifically. It was supposed to provide significant guidance for chronic wound cleaning.

Objective To study the cognitive disorder in acute brain infarction. MethodCognition was meaured by P300 Peak Latency and The MMSE Scale for 32 patients with acute brain infarction. Results There are significant difference in P300 Peak Latency and The MMSE Scale scores between the patients and controls. ConclusionP300 Peak Latency could indicate the cognitive disorder in patients with acute brain infarction.
