1.Pulmonary vascular development, diagnosis and treatment for pulmonary hypertension in preterm in-fants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(12):811-814
It is well known that pulmonary hypertension(PH) is one severe complication of bron-chopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) that is associated with high mortality. Aberrant pulmonary vascular growth, abnormal vasoreactivity and pulmonary vascular remodeling may ultimately lead to PH. Symptoms of PH of-ten overlap those of BPD itself. Furthermore, the emergence of symptoms may indicate that the disease has already progressed to a late, less reversible phase, thereby supporting arguments for screening all infants at risk. Echocardiography is non-invasive and widely available, and is currently the most commonly used screen-ing modality for PH in infants with BPD. Because the incidence of associated cardiovascular anomalies is high, cardiac catheterization and CT scanning of the chest should be considered in all infants who have signifi-cant PH despite optimal management of their lung disease. Early diagnosis and aggressive specific drug thera-py can improve the outcome for these patients.
2.Inhibitor of apoptosis proteins XIAP, survivin and leukemia
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(2):117-119
Leukemia is a malignant hyperplasia disease of hematopoietic system. It is characterized that a certain blood cell system proliferates, gets into blood streaming, infiltrates each organism and apparatus and arouse a series of clinical manifestation. In recent years the study of leukemia has discovered that it was correlated with apoptosis of the cells. The roles of XIAP and survivin in apoptosis inhibition have been especially paid attention. It is discovered that they play major roles in the genesis and resistance to chemotherapeutical drug of tumors. We summarize the biological characteristics and the expressions of XIAP and survivin in the children with acute leukemia.
3.Lignan glycosides from Saussurea japonica and rules for substituted effects on ~(13)CNMR chemical shifts of (+)-pinoresinol and (+)-lariciresinol
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(09):-
Object To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Saussurea japonica (Thunb.) DC. and to obtain some rules of chemical shift effects on hydroxylation and O-glycosylation. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC (RP-18), and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR and FABMS). The rules were obtained by comparison with those of known analogous lignans. Results Three lignan glycosides were isolated and identifiedcas (+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol-4″-?-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), (+)-lariciresinol-4-?-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), and (+)-1-lariciresinol-4′-?-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ), as well as the rules for effects of the hydroxy group at C-1 (upshift about ??-4.2) and O-glucosylation (downshift about ??+3.0) on 13CNMR chemical shifts of (+)-pinoresinol and (+)-lariciresinol. Conclusion All these compounds were obtained from the plants of Saussurea DC. for the first time and the rules should be as some important evidences to assign the position of hydroxylation and glycosylation.

5.Professor SHI Yanping's Experience of the Treatment of Adenomyosis
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(4):304-306
[Objective] To introduce the Professor SHI Yanping's experience in treating adenomyosis with traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods]Through clinical learning with the teacher and systematic reading literatures about adenomyosis, the author summarized the teacher 's academic thoughts and clinical treating experience of the disease from the etiology and pathogenesis, fundamental law of treatment ,and medication characteristics, and one proven case was presented respectively.[Result] Professor SHI thinks the basic pathogenesis of adenomyosis is deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, accompanied by phlegm dampness, the proof is vacuity, treatment should be staged in terms of different periods:non menses-paying attention to eliminating mass and strengthening the body resistance, creatingNei Yi Ting Fang;menses-paying attention to regulating qi and blood by warming drugs, makingXin Gui Zhi Tong Fang;and at the same time,we have to pay attention to the adjustment of life style. All those lead to a good clinical effect. [Conclusion] The rich experience of Professor SHI in treating this disease might be worthy of promotion and learning, which has a good effect on relieving the discomforts and improving the quality of life in patients.
6.EXPRESSION OF DENDRITIC CELL MOLECULE MARKER AND ITS RELATION WITH T CELL IN HUMAN BREAST CANCER
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the numbers and distribution of dendritic cells and the expressive intensity of CD1c,S-100,HLA-DR and its relation with T cell in human breast cancer tissues, and to discuss the relationship between dendritic cell(DCs) and developing of breast cancer. The study can provide the experimental data in the further biological therapy of breast cancer. Methods The human breast cancer tissues and relatively normal breast tissues were collected from surgical operation and the samples of 20 patients with breast cancer were analyzed by immunocytochemistry and computer imaging techniques. Results The result showed that the expressive intensity of CD1c,S-100,HLA-DR was dramatically weaker in breast cancer tissues than in those of relatively normal breast tissues(P

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
One alkaloid was isolated for the first time from Artemisia genus and four flavonoids also for the first time, from A. roxburghiana Wall. They were identified as N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, penduletin, quercetin, 3,3.4′-trimethyl ether, eupatilin, jaceosidin by their spectroscopic data (MS, 1HNMR,UV).

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(38):7474-7476
AIM: To prepare α-tricalcium phosphate (α-TCP)/calcium polyphosphate (CPP) fiber and to study the feasibility of CPP fiber to reinforce calcium phosphate bone cement composites. METHODS: Firstly,α-TCP powder was synthesized using chemical sediment method. Secondly, the α-TCP was mixed with CPP fiber according to different contents and lengths. Finally, bone cement was tempered with firming agent. Solidification time and mechanical property of the samples were measured. Microstructure of hardened sample was observed with scanning electron microscope. RESULTS: When the amount of CPP fibers was 10% and the length was 2 mm, the compressive strength reached 62.5 MPa and the rupture strength reached 12.4 MPa. Scanning electron microscope suggested that CPP fibers with great associativity were well distributed in bone cement. After immersing in Ringer fluid for two months, the CPP fibers did not biodegrade obviously and still had certain function to increase strength and toughness. CONCLUSION: To a certain extent, the CPP fiber can increase strength and toughness of bone cement. Furthermore, α-TCP/CPP composites have good mechanical properties and biocompatibility.
