1.The relationship between integrin β3 subunit and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor on endometrial epithelial cells of luteal phase defect
Chongqing Medicine 2001;(3):213-214
Objective To study the relationship between uterine receptivity and estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor on endometrial epithelial cells of LPD. Methods Integrinβ3 subunit, ER,PR on endometrial epithelial cells of LPD swere datermined by immunmohisto chemical analysis. Results Integ rin β3 subunit was significantly decreased, while estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were significantly elevated in glandular epithelial cells from tissue samples with LPD. Concluslon Uterine receptivity is decreasedin women with LPD, which is closely assosciated with failure of ER、PR downregulation in middle luteal phase.
2.Imaging features of Alport syndrome combined with huge esophageal and gastric leiomyoma
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(9):730-733
Alport syndrome is a hereditary glomerular basement membrane disease.Hematuria, sensorineural deafness and progressive renal function impairment is the main clinical symptoms.Alport syndrome can be associated with ocular abnormalities, and a few of patients were complicated with diffuse leiomyoma. The incidence of Alport syndrome with diffuse leiomyoma is low,and it mainly invades esophagus, the trachea and female genital tract,et al.Patients with Alport syndrome and diffuse leiomyoma have difficulty in swallowing and postprandial vomiting, recurrent bronchitis symptoms and dyspnea.Diffuse leiomyoma is commonly seen in the esophagus.Alport syndrome with huge esophageal and gastric leiomyoma is rarely seen in clinical practice. In this article, the imaging manifestations of Alport syndrome combined with huge esophageal and gastric leiomyoma is summarized to improve the understanding and diagnostic accuracy of this disease.
3.Clinical Application of Extraluminal Circumferential suture Ligation for Closure of Bronchial Stump after Pulmonary Resection
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
This article is to report the result and experience of the clinical application of the extraluminal circumferential-suture ligation to close the bronchial stumps after pulmonary resections. This method was used for 469 times in 400 patients with various diseases including tuberculosis, lung cancer, and chronic suppurative disease with excellent results. After the use of this method, the incidence of the dreadful postoperative complication of broncho-pleural fistula was reduced to only 0.25%, and it never occurred when a main or a large bronchus was involved. It is pointed out that the advantage of this extraluminal circumferential-suture ligation method cannot be overemphasized and its success lies on two crucial steps as follows:1. The traditional open method to divide a bronchus is substituted with the new close method, which can avoid spraying the highly infectious bronchial contents into the pleural cavity to cause contamination. Thus the main source of infection is cut off.2. Every stitch of the circumferential suture is done extraluminally without penetrating the whole thickness of the bronchial wall or entering the infections bronchial lumen, which will further minimize the chance of infection.
4.ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVILIES OF SEVERAL SEAWEEDS IN QINGDAO COAST
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Duplicate plates methods and two purposive extraction methods (extracting phenols with 80% ethanol for 3 times after extracting lipids with other for 13 hours in soxhlot extractor)were used to research antimicrobial ability of nine common seaweeds in Qingdao coast. All extracts of nine seaweeds showed considerable activity against Bacillus subtilis, however, only three extracts, belonging to three species respectively, were effective against Escherichia coli. Several seaweeds not showing antimicrobial activity in previous tests showed considerabal effects. Gas chromatography was applied to analyse the contents of fatty acids in six kinds of lipids. C12-C22 saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were detected but no positive relation between the contents of unsaturated fatty acids and inhibition abilities were found.
5.A preliminary study on the replication of continuity hyperuricemia rat model by administration and fed with hypoxanthine
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Aim To observe the fluctuation of uric acid in serum after replicating rat hyperuricemia model with hypoxanthine、uricase inhibitor combined, and to discuss the method of continuity hyperuricemia replication on rats. Method Hypoxanthine was administered via stomach or bait vessel, uricase inhibitor was injected subcutaneouslly, then the relative biochemical indicators of rats were inspected respectively at different periods of time after replicating the model. Results When hypoxanthine(50 g HX?kg-1bait vessel or 100 g HX?kg-1bait vessel) was administered via bait vessel, uricase inhibitor(200mg?kg-1) was injected subcutaneouslly, the uric acid in serum of different groups were much higher than control group(P
6.Mechanisms underlying the antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Pseudomonas aeruginosa,a ubiquitous organism, shows a remarkable resistance to antibiotics because of its low permeability of the outer-membrane,over-expression of efflux pumps, inactivation of antibotics,or mutations in targets. These mechanisms are often present simultaneously, and increase the burden on clinical therapy.
8.Issues that challenge our attention about B-type natriuretic peptide and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in clinical use
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(01):-
BNP (B-type natriuretic peptide) and NT-proBNP (N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide) are peptide hormones secreted by the heart.Recently, many researches have described that BNP and NT-proBNP were useful markers for the diagnosis of heart failure. We should develop these assays correctly on the basis of full understanding of biological characteristics and guide clinical use for them in medical laboratories.
9.An in Vitro Test of Propolis against Trichomonas vaginalis
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1997;0(06):-
Cultured T.vaginalis was used for the anti-trichomonas test at different times, concentrations of propolis and densities of the parasites. After being cultured for 0,6,12,24 hrs,the survival rate of the parasites was(91.50?3.11)%,(43.00?6.83)%,(22.25?5.32)% and(11.50?5.74)% respectively with a significant difference between propolis group and the control.Under the concentrations of 0.24,0.48,0.96,1.92,3.84 and 7.68(mg/ml) with 24 hrs culture, the survival rate was(88.00?5.29)%,(92.67?4.16)%,(90.0?6.00)%,(84.00?4.00)%,(2.67?1.15)%,and 0 respectively. The results showed that propolis possesses clear in vitro anti-trichomonas activity which is relevant to the duration of culture and the concentration of the agent.
10.New Model on Chinese Medicine Syndrome Marker Proteins Research Based on Liquid Bio-chip Technology
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(3):229-230
As a technology platform for proteome research, suspension array technology has just started, but it is another way to open up a new research model, especially m the study of TCM syndrome.the accumulation of protein will be integrated to select specific, sensitive, universal syndrome protein expression profiles for the standard syndrome to provide more effective micro-data,it is possible to make objective and quantitative differentiation of syndromes.
