1.Research progress in association between the Kruppel-like factor 9 and tumor development
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(7):481-484
KLF9(Kruppel-likefactor9)isthetranscriptionfactorthatcanbindGC-richsitesthrough three C2H2-type zinc fingers and can regulate diverse biological processes, including cell proliferation,apopto-sis and the development of the organ.KLF9 is downregulated in some tumor specimens and tumorous cell lines relative to the normal samples and cell lines and plays an important role in the growth of cancer cells.Similar with the other KLF numbers,KLF9 could affect the development of tumors, especially for the endocrine-related cancers through multiple signaling pathways and interventions with other proteins.
3.Present situation and prospect of Da Vinci robot-assisted pancreatic surgery
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2017;16(8):797-799
With the continuous improvement of the diagnosis rate of benign pancreatic disease and the younger age of disease onset, the demand for minimally invasive pancreatic surgery is increasing, meanwhile, how to keep the normal pancreatic tissue as much as possible to reduce the impact on the patients' life has gained surgeons' thinking. The Da Vinci robotic surgical system, providing a clearer 3D vision and more accurate operation, makes some difficult minimally invasive pancreatic surgery such as pancreaticoduodenectomy can be carried out extensively.Based on clinical experiences and related literatures, this paper will analyze the present situation of Da Vinci robot-assisted pancreatic surgery and give prospects.

Objective To assess the value of serum creatinine(Scr),serum ?_2-microglobulin(?_2-MG),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),proteinuria index, and Cystatin C(Cys C)to detect impairing of expressing of diease in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 54 chronic kidney diease:Scr was analyzed using RXL fully automated biochemistry assay instrument, then GFR was calculated;Cys C was measured using particle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay(PENIA);?_2-MG was measured using chemiluminescent method, proteinuria index was measured by the product of duration and amount of proteinuria, nephropathological progress was measured using the degree of glomerular mesangial proliferation and the dgree of tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Results The level of serum Cys C,Scr,serum ?_2-MG,proteinuria index, and GFR of the CKD patients was correlated with nephropathological progressing. Conclusion In patients with chronic kidney disease serum creatinine, serum ?_2-micro-globulin,glomerular filtration rate, proteinuria index, and Cystatin C are markers of progessing of kidney disease. The sensitivity and correlation of GFR and serum Cys C are higher than others.

Objective: Observing the effect of injecting 5- Fu into the mass of breast hyper-plasia. Methods: We randomly divide the 80 mastopathy patients into two groups ,40 patients ac-cepted the 5- Fu local injection (experiment group),and 40 patients taken orally rubixiaopian and ta-moxifen(control group). The clinical effects of the breast pain and breast lump were observed. Re-sults: The total effect of 5- Fu local injection into the lump of the mastopathy patients was 92.5 % , while control group was 75.0% , its difference was significant(P0.05)in the treatment of mastopathy lump. Conclusion: 5- Fu local injection had obvious effects to breast pain and breast lump of mastopathy.

Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations and causative factors of adverse drug reactions following cinepazide mahate injection and provide reference for the safe use of drugs.Method:503 cases treated with cine- pazide maleate in our hospital were retrospectively studied and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS(versionl 1.0).Result:Of 503 patients,27 cases presented some adverse events with an incidence of 5.4%,and adverse drug reac- tions were found in 11 cases with an incidence of 2.2%.The main adverse drug reactions were nervous, gastrointestinal and dermal reactions. The adverse drug reactions had no relation with sex,but with age of patients and combination use of drugs(P

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(10):649-652
As the precision medicine has been proposed , personalized therapy in cancer steps into a new stage.Since the development of gene molecular biology in lung cancer , numerous molecular targets were discovered. However, selecting patients who will be the most likely to benefit from the therapy is still a great challenge in clinical practice .Companion diagnosis could help evaluate the status of patients , which may provide better suggestions for health care professionals during treatment decision , in order to benefit the patients and decline the side effects risk together .Besides, high-throughput sequencing technics and diverse detection samples has provided a novel direction to understand the tumorigenesis and find more potential gene targets.

Objective To study the antigenicity of RNA polymerase and the relationship between the protein and the SARS-CoV replication. Methods The fragment was amplified by PCR, ligated with the prokaryotic expression vector pET32a+ and transformed into E. coli BL-21 .The expressed fusion protein identified by Western-blot and ELISA was used to detect the anti-SARS CoV IgG in different sera. Results The fusion protein was expressed successfully in E. coli BL-21. Detected by ELISA, the positive percentage of the anti-SARS IgG in the healthy donors, patients, infected animals and the rhesus administrated with the inactivated-virus were 0%, 95%, 100% and 0%, respectively. Conclusion Good antigenicity was shown in the expressed RNA polymerase. It can be used to diagnose the infection and to demonstrate the replication of SARS-CoV virus.

Objective To find out an optimal anesthesia and the d osage used in painless gastroscopy, and to evaluate its efficiency. Meth ods 200 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were divided into 4 gr oups randomly. 2?g/kg iv of propofol was used in group Ⅰ, fentani 1?g/kg + pr opofol 2?g/kg in group Ⅱ, rimifentani 0.5?g/kg + propofol 1.5?g/kg in grou p Ⅲ, and rimifentani 0.75?g/kg + propofol 0.75?g/kg in group Ⅳ. Observed o bjects induced starting time and depth of anaesthesia, HR, R and SpO2 during o peration, side effects such as cough reflex and larynx spasm, time of regaining consciousness, postoperative side effects such as nausea and vomiting. R esult Significant differences (P≤0.01) were found between group Ⅳand the other 3 groups in starting time and depth of anaesthesia, side effects , time of regaining consciousness and suppression of respiration during operatio n. Conclusion Combined rimifentani 0.75?g/kg + propofol 0.75 ?g/kg are optimal anestheties in painless gastroscopy if side effects are preve nted.

Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatmeant of early cornual pregnancy (within 7 weeks of pregnancy). Methods A total of 28 cases of early cornual pregnancy diagnosed and treated by hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasonography from January 1999 to December 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation were carried out successfully on one session in 27 cases, while placental remnants were found after the second curettage in 1 case, in which after an injection of methotrexate was given under hysteroscope, the serum ?-HCG decreased to a normal level 2 week later. No intra- or post-operative complications were recorded. Follow-up observations for 4~36 months (mean, 20 months) in the 28 cases found 6 cases of pregnancy out of 11 patients with childbearing demand. Conclusions Hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of early cornual pregnancy is a preferable method with advantages of highly efficacy, safety and mini-invasion.
