3.Application of linear and nonlinear characteristics of heart rate variability in assessment of autonomic nervous system activity.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(2):302-307
Calculation of linear parameters, such as time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of heart rate variability (HRV), is a conventional method for assessment of autonomic nervous system activity. Nonlinear phenomena are certainly involved in the genesis of HRV. In a seemingly random signal the Poincaré plot can easily demonstrate whether there is an underlying determinism in the signal. Linear and nonlinear analysis methods were applied in the computer words inputting experiments in this study for physiological measurement. This study therefore demonstrated that Poincaré plot was a simple but powerful graphical tool to describe the dynamics of a system.

4.Determination of Nilestriol in Nilestriol Vaginal Gel by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To develop an HPLC Method for the determination of the content of nilestriol in nilestriol vaginal gel.METHODS:The chromatographic separation was carried out on column Hypersil ODS,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (80∶20),the detection wavelength was 221 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1 and the injection volume was 20 ?L.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20.06~200.6 ?g?mL-1 (r=0.999 9),the lowest detection limit was 3.41 ?g?mL-1 and the lowest quantitative limit was 5.92 ?g?mL-1.The average recovery rate was 100.8% (RSD=1.2%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate and applicable for the determination of the content of nilestroil in nilestroil vaginal gel.
5.Analysis on 2009-2011 Economic Operation Status of Public Hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(12):74-77
Objective: To analyze economic operation situation of public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangsu. Methods: Through the investigation and analysis, to collect situation of hospital health resources, medical service, the resources utilization efficiency and balance. Based on the actual data on the present situation and the development of hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, the systematic analysis of the income and expenditure was made. Results: The problems in the development of Chinese medicine hospitals and the countermeasures are found, references for the medical institution managers and the basis for policy makers are provided. Conclusion: Hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine need to continue deepening the reform, and actively developing the features of TCM advantages, finding their own positioning goals, trying to explore development service of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine products, so as to cultivate the self-core competitiveness.
7.Effects of different bladder infusion rates on bladder responses in healthy and complete spinal cord injury rats
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2014;36(5):321-324
Objective To investigate the bladder responses to different rates of bladder infusion in healthy and spinal cord injured rats. Methods Fourteen adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were used and divided into two groups:healthy group (n =7) and spinal transection injury group (n =7).The intravesical pressures induced by continuous infusion of saline with different rates under general anesthesia were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results In healthy group the responses of bladder contraction were dependent upon the rate of bladder infusion, and contraction time became shorter while increasing the infusion rate (P < 0.05),i.e.contraction time was (401.0±132.4),(215.7 ±95.9),(108.3 ±59.1) and (52.5 ±32.8)s,respectively,when the infusion rate was 0.05,0.1,0.2 and 0.5 mL/min.Compared with healthy group, spinal transection injury group had significantly shorter bladder contraction time (P < 0.05),however the relationship between bladder contraction time and infusion rate was much weakened.Spinal transaction injury rats had significantly lower peak of bladder pressure (P < 0.05) compared with healthy rats. There was no significant difference for contraction durations between the two groups. Conclusions The infusion rates influenced the contraction periods for both healthy and spinal cord injured rats.During bladder infusions with a same rate, the contraction time and the peak of bladder pressure were determined by bladder conditions,i.e.healthy or neurogenic with spinal cord injury.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
Antisense oligonucleotides is appplicated abroadly in cardiovascular disease. It aims at the target genes involved in molecule mechanisms of disease pathogenesis. This technology reveals good foreground as a kind of clinical drug because of its researchful and therapeutic function in hypertension、coronary disease, complications of heart transplantation and failure.
9.Bioequiavailability of Simvastatin Orally Disintegrating Tablets in Healthy Volunteers
China Pharmacy 2007;0(35):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare the bioequiavailability of two simvastatin preparations in human bodies.METHODS:A total of 18 healthy male volunteers were enrolled in a randomized crossover study in which the subjects were randomly assigned to receive single dose of 40mg simvastatin orally disintegrating tablet(test) or simvastatin tablets(reference). The plasma concentrations of simvastatin were determined by LC-MS,and the pharmacokinetic parameters and bioavailability were calculated with 3p97 program.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetics of simvastatin test and reference preparations were fitted the one-compartment model. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of the two preparations were as following:Cmax:(6.73?5.22) vs.(7.08?5.41)ng?mL-1、tmax:(2.11?0.74)vs.(1.89?0.85)h,AUC0~12:(19.83?19.09)vs.(19.98?18.20)ng?h?mL-1,AUC0~∞:(22.18?20.09)vs.(22.41?21.07)ng?h?mL-1.The relative bioavailability of simvastatin orally disintegrating tabl-et as against simvastain tablet(reference) was (99.25?13.11)%.CONCLUSION:Simvastatin test and reference preparations were bioequivalent.
