Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(7):857-860
Objective To observe the effect of new moist dressings on pressure ulcers after spinal cord injury. Methods 58 spinal cord injured patients complicated with pressure ulcers were divided into observation group (n=29) and control group (n=29). The observation group accepted moist dressings, while the control group accepted routine dry dressings, TDP and ultraviolet irradiation. The incidence of im provement were recorded 2 weeks after treatment, and the time of healing were compared. Results 11 cases cured, 17 cases relieved in the observation group, and it was 5 and 18 cases in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). It spent (26.69±16.48) days to cure in the observa tion group, and (38.24±22.47) days in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The moist therapy may promote the cure of pressure ulcers af ter spinal cord injury, and shorten the time of cure.

Objective To observe the extracellular content of dopamine (DA)and expression of D1 receptors in hippocampal dentage gyrus (DG)in the model rats with vascular dementia (VD),and to investigate the relationship between them. Methods 12 male SD rats were randomly divided VD group and sham-operation group, and the VD model was prepared by permanent bilateral carotid occlusion. The extracellular content of DA in the DG was determined by in vivo microdialysis and HPLC,and the expression of D1 receptors was measured by immunehisto-chemistry.Results The DA content in the DG of the rats in VD group was lower than that in sham-operation group (P <0.05).The number of D1 receptor-positive cells in the DG hilus in VD group was increased compared with sham-operation group (P < 0.05),whereas the expression of D1 receptor in DG granule cell layer did not change (P > 0.05).Conclusion The DA content in the hippocampal DG is decreased in the VD rats, and its function may be compensated by the up-regulation of D1 receptors in the DG hilus.

Objective To evaluate the brain invasion in gliomas by diffusion tensor tractography(DTT).Methods Diffusion tensor imaging was preoperatively performed in 35 patients who histologically confirmed gliomas.13 of the 35 tumors were low-grade gliomas and 22 were high-grade gliomas. Then the spatial relationship between the lesions and white matter fiber tracts around tumor was analyzed. displacement, continuity and injured conditions of white matter fiber were observed. Results White matter fiber tract in all lesions could be observed clearly. Three patterns of white matter fibers involvement were identified:displaced, infiltrated and destructed. White matter fiber tracts around low-grade gliomas were primarily displaced ,but were mainly infiltrated and destructed around high-grade gliomas. Conclusion DTT was useful for showing white matter fiber tracts, observing the shape changes stereographically, and evaluating the relationship with gliomas in vivo.

To study on the phylogenetic characterization of the VP1 genes of coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) causing hand-food-mouth disease (HFMD) isolated from Anhui province in 2014. A total of 413 throat swab specimens from HFMD patients were collected during January to November, 2014 for the isolation and identification of enteroviruses using real-time RT-PCR assays. The VP1 regions of CVA16 isolates were amplified using RT-PCR and sequenced. And the phylogenetic tree was constructed among the VP1 regions of those isolates, the different genotypes and sub-genotypes of CVA16 strains. A total of 97 enteroviruses were isolated from 413 samples, the positive rate was 23.49% (97/413), including seventeen CVA16, seventy six HEV71 and four other enteroviruses. The results of the phylogenetic tree showed that 17.CVA16 strains isolated from Anhui in 2014 clustered within B1b evolution branch of B1 genotype. The nucleotide and amino acid sequence identities were 95.30%-100% and 98.70%-100% among the isolates, respectively, but within B1b branch of 17 strains formed several small transmission chains. The nucleotide acid of 17 CVA16 isolates in Anhui province were closed to the strains isolated from Yunnan, Hunan, Guangdong, Tibet and Jiangsu, especially from Hunan in 2013 and from Shenzhen of Guangdong in 2014, the identity were 96.40%-99.70%. The CVA16 strains isolated from Anhui in 2014 were all belong to genetic subtype B1b of B1 genotype was dominant, and among those isolates, several small virus transmission chains had formed with co-circulating and evolution.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(4):14-18
Although private hospitals are generally encountering development difficulties, some private non-profit medical institutions thrived in the medical market. These hospitals have rich experiences in terms of manage-ment system, operation mechanism, and competition methods. In this paper, we summarize the experiences of those well-functioning private non-profit hospitals and analyze the essential conditions for developing private non-profit med-ical institutions. These conditions include meeting local health market needs, ensuring that the hospital management system and operation mechanism result in high-quality health services, ensuring hospital development meets local health plans ( in order to obtain policy support) , ensuring the goal of the hospital is public welfare and that the hospital has strong financial support, obtaining certain social and political capital, and ensuring high-quality managers and staff.
