Objective To investigate the consequence of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in different diseases types and inquire into the prevention of its complications. Methods the DSA results of 65 cases with cerebrovascular disease were analyzed and the relationship were observed between symptom and cerebrovascular pathology, the complications intra and after operation as well. Results Among the 65 DSA examinations, intracranial or extracraniai vascular abnormality were found in 58 cases, the positive detection rate was 89. 23% . Several subsequent coplications such as 1 case puncture site hematoma,l case angiospasm,l case epileptic attack and 1 case cerebellum infarction were observed . Conclusions DSA examination can assist in diagnosing cerebrovascular disease,it is a traumatic but reliable examination method.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2015;(3):229-231
Objective To explore the changes of hemodynamic after carotid angioplasty and stenting ( CAS) in patients with carotid artery stenosis .Methods Thirty-one carotid artery stenosis patients were treated with CAS , and were examined by color Doppler flow imaging ( CDFI) before operation and 1 d,3 months, one year after operation . Compared the carotid artery diameter , peak flow velocity (PSV) and end-diastolic velocity (EDV) before and after the operation. Results Compared with before operation , carotid artery diameter were significantly increased ,PSV, EDV were significantly decreased at each time point after operation ( all P<0.01 ) .Compared with 1 d after operation, there was no statistical difference on the CDFI results of carotid artery in 3 months after operation;compared with 1 d after operation the carotid artery diameter was significanty decreased in one year after operation ( P<0.05 ) , there was no statistical difference in PSV and EDV .Conclusions CAS can alleviate the carotid stenosis and improve the indicator of hemodynamics significantly .Vascular restenosis is found in some patients one year after operation , but there was no statistical difference in the indicator of hemodynamic .

Objective To investigate the differences of severities of depression and anxiety, clinical manifestations in elderly Kazak and Han post-stroke depression (PSD) patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Four hundred and forty-seven elderly Kazak and Han Ethnic patients with acute cerebral infarction, admitted to our hospitals within 7 days of onset, were chosen; according to the clinical diagnostic criteria and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores for PSD,the patients were divided into Kazak PSD group (n=40) and Han PSD group (n=78).The scores of HAMD,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA),and the clinical features were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMD scores in Han PSD group were significantly higher than those in Kazak PSD group:factor scores of block, sleep disorder, depression were statistically higher than those in Kazak PSD group (P<0.05).The HAMA scores in Kazak PSD group were significantly higher than those in Han PSD group:the factor scores of mental anxiety were statistically higher than those in the Han PSD group (P<0.05).The incidences of restlessness, nervous agitation, cardiovascular symptoms in Kazak PSD group were significantly higher than those in the Han PSD group (P<0.05).The incidences of insomnia, waking up early, too much attention to the body, hypochondria, pessimism about future, gastrointestinal symptoms in Han PSD group were statistically higher than those in the Kazak PSD group (P<0.05).Conclusion The severity of depression and anxiety, and clinical manifestations are various in elderly Kazak and Han PSD patients.
