1.Demand for health quotient management of puerperal women:a qualitative research

Objective We tried to explore the puerperal women's nature demand for management of health quotient,so as to provide theoretical basis for the health quotient management mode of puerperal women.Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in the research.Data of fifteen puerperal women were collected by semi-structured interview and analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results Four themes were summarized:health consciousness,health needs,in-hospital education status,social support needs.Conclusions The health quotient management of puerperal women is feasible.Therefore,the health quotient management model of maternal dominance and medical staff,family,peer support will be one of the maternal and infant health care research.
2.A qualitative research on the feelings of nursing students in simulation training for doctor-nurse cooperation emergency

Objective To explore the feeling and experience of the nursing undergraduate students in the simulation training for the doctor-nurse cooperation emergency before their internship,in order to provide reference for making excellent teaching and practical plan of emergency nursing.Methods Using phenomenology method,the experience records of thirty-six nursing students were collected.The experience was recorded by Colaizzi method.Results Five themes were summarized by Colaizzi method:preliminary acquaintance of doctor-nurse cooperation; reflection on division of labor cooperation; scan self-ability; focus on interpersonal communication;comprehension of emergency characteristics.Conclusions Simulation training for doctor-nurse cooperation emergency can give nursing students' opportunity of cooperative learning; Simulation training for doctor-nurse cooperation emergency can arouse nursing students' interest of active learning; Simulation training for doctor-nurse cooperation emergency can develop nursing students'habit of reflective learning;Simulation training for doctor-nurse cooperation emergency can improve nursing students' ability of integrative learnng.

4.A qualitative research on life experience among patients with decompressive craniectomy during skull defect

Objective To explore the life experiences among patients with decompressive craniectomy during skull defects. Methods Eleven patients with skull defects participated in deep interview, lived voice recording and document. Data were analyzed by phenomenological procedure. Results Four themes were concluded by reading, analysis, reflection, classification and extraction, including lack knowledge of the disease, negative psychological experience;coping attitude deviation; lack of support resources. Conclusions Patients during skull defect exist pressure in terms of physic, psychology, social and others. concerning about the research and rehabilitation, we need to give patients better health education and psychological guidance, and provide effective social support to guide patients correct response, in order to improve the quality of life.

bjective? To expLore the mentaL response and nursing demands of spouses of puerpera in the puerperium and to provide support and assistance to famiLy-centered humanistic nursing in the department of obstetrics. Methods? TotaLLy 15 spouses of puerpera at day 3 post deLivery in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitaL in Suzhou were seLected by purposive sampLing from November 2017 to January 2018. Their reaL experience was coLLected by Live recording and semi-structured in-depth interview using quaLitative phenomenoLogicaL methods, and the data were organized, summarized and anaLyzed using content anaLysis. ResuLts? TotaLLy 4 categories were refined: adaptation to the roLe of husband, adaptation to the roLe of father, mentaL response and nursing demands. ConcLusions? The emotions of the spouses of puerpera in the puerperium fLuctuated significantLy, and their mentaL response vary from phase to phase. Attention shouLd be paid to the roLe awareness, responsibiLity, mentaL activity and nursing demands and information support and psychoLogicaL care shouLd be properLy provided according to their roLe awareness, responsibiLity and mentaL response.
6.Qualitative study on maternal and infant care experience and needs of spouses of puerperal women

Objective:To explore the real maternal and infant care experience and needs of spouses of puerperal women, so as to provide a basis for improving maternal and infant care capacity and participation of spouses and promoting maternal and infant health.Methods:Guided by dyadic coping theory, the semi-structured interviews were conducted among 18 spouses of puerperal women who gave birth at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from July to September 2022 using the phenomenological research method, and the recording data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenon analytical method.Results:Three themes were extracted, including positive experience of maternal and infant care of spouses of puerperal women (positive psychological emotions, adjustment of perceptions and behaviors, understanding of social support), negative experience of maternal and infant care of spouses of puerperal women (negative psychological emotions, poor care competence, imbalance during life and work), diversified needs for maternal and infant care of spouses of puerperal women (the need for multidimensional knowledge and skills, the suggestion of building continuous health education platform, the expectation of support from family).Conclusions:Medical staff should provide the spouses of puerperal women with diversified maternal and infant care and professional continuing nursing according to their experience and needs. Meanwhile, the family support system should be improved to enhance their sense of competence and participation in maternal and infant care and promote maternal and infant health.
