A new system of blood flow block for control of bleeding in abdominal operation is composed of an abdominal magnetic blocking unit, an abdominal external electromagnet unit and other non-magnetic operation instrument. The abdominal external electromagnetic unit is placed in advance in the operation bed. The abdominal magnetic blocking unit can be placed directly on the ventral of the large vessels when need to blocking the abdominal large vessels during the operation. According to the non-contact suction characteristics of magnetic materials, the two magnetic units will attract each other and compression the vessels. Using this system for vascular occlusion does not need clear exposure and without separating vessel. There is the advantage of rapid, accurate and reliable for the system.

Objective:To perform 3D modeling based on CT images of human stomach-esophagus structure and provide 3D models of normal and reflux forms of gastroesophagus. Methods:Based on CT images of stomach-esophagus structure, 3D models was established using Mimics 10.01, Geomagic Studio 2012 and SolidWorks 2018 software. In the modeling process, the Mimics software was used to coarsely and finely divide the model to export stomach-esophageal point cloud data. On the basis of the point cloud data, Geomagic Studio software was used to simplify and repair the model, and complete the operations of filling holes and smooth surfaces. SolidWorks software was used to process the structure of the cardia and establish a normal model of stomach-esophagus and a model of cardiac disease. Finally, the model was replicated using soft 3D printing technology. Results:The geometric parameters of the established stomach-esophagus model were within the actual range, which proved that the model has certain practicality. Conclusions:The model can be used as a basic material for gastric surgery simulation training, to help doctors or medical students to be proficient and improve the operation skills and surgical level of gastric surgery.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of arsenic on the homeobox D10( HOXD10) gene expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes and human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549. METHODS: ⅰ) A total of 59 workers exposed to arsenic from a arsenic factory were selected as the exposure group and 17 local people without arsenic exposure were chosen as controls by using judgment sampling method. Hydride generation-cold hydrazine trapping-atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect arsenic levels in urine of these 2 groups. The expression of HOXD10 in peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction( qRT-PCR).ⅱ) The A549 cells were treated with arsenic trioxide( As_2O_3) with concentration of 0. 0,0. 1,0. 5,1. 0 and 2. 0 μmol/L,and the survival rate of cells was examined by colorimetric assay. The expression of HOXD10 was detected by qRT-PCR. RESULTS: ⅰ) The levels of inorganic arsenic, methylarsonic acid, dimethyl arsenate, total arsenic in the urine, and the relative expression of HOXD10 mRNA in peripheral blood lymphocyte in exposure group were higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).ⅱ) As_2O_3 decreased the survival rate of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner( P < 0. 01) and lead to a dose-dependent increase of HOXD10 mRNA expression( P < 0. 01). A549 cell survival rate and relative expression of HOXD10 mRNA showed a negative correlation, the correlation coefficient was-0. 777( P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION: Arsenic can up-regulate HOXD10 expression in the peripheral blood of occupational arsenic exposure individuals. As_2O_3 can inhibit the proliferation of A549 cells, which may be related to the up-regulation of HOXD10 expression.

The present study was designed to isolate and purify chemical constituents from solid culture of endophyte Aspergillus terreus LQ, using silica gel column chromatography, gel filtration with Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC. Fumigaclavine I (1), a new alkaloid, was obtained, along with seven known compounds, including fumigaclavine C (2), rhizoctonic acid (3), monomethylsulochrin (4), chaetominine (5), spirotryprostatin A (6), asperfumoid (7), and lumichrome (8). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by various spectroscopic analyses (UV, MS, 1D and 2D NMR). The in vitro cytotoxicity of compound 1 was determined by MTT assay in human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721, showing weaker cytotoxicity, compared with cisplatin, a clinically used cancer chemotherapeutic agent.
