Objective Todetect the expressions of HGF ,C-met and NRP1 protein in osteosarcoma and to investigate their corre-lation and the clinical significance .Methods The postoperative preserved paraffin block and the clinical data in 70 cases of osteosar-coma were taken as the observation group and 50 cases of the parraffin block of mature bone tissue after decalcification and the clin-ical data were taken as the control group .The expressions of HGF ,C-met and NRP1 protein were detected by the immunohisto-chemistry(IHC) method for investigating their expressions in the tumor patients with different clinicopathological characteristics and analyzing their relationship .Results The positive rates of HGF ,C-met and NRP1 expressions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group .The positive rates of HGF ,C-met and NRP1 expressions in the observation group were cor-related with metastasis ,vascular invasion ,clinical stage and Ki67 expression .The positive relationship was found between the ex-pressions of HGF and C-met with NRP1 of neoplasm .Conclusion The high expressions of HGF ,C-met and NRP1 in osteosarcoma play the important role in the progress of tumor lesion .The postoperative combined detection of HGF ,C-met and NRP1 protein could have certain value to predict the prognosis .

Objective To compare main adverse cardiac events of patients with coronary heart disease and diametes, but normal lipids after statin on lowering lipids , and to bring out necessity of early lowering lipids . Methods A total of 324 patients with coronary heart disease and diametes were enrolled ,LDL-C was measured in-hospital for all patients and LDL-C<3.36mmol/L suitable for the experiment .They were divided into statin group (n=176,rosuvastatin 10 mg/d)and control group(n=148)randomly,all patients received second prevention for cor-onary heart disease including anti-platelet,anti-myocardial ischemia, smoke quitting, adjust diets and exercise, the CAG or PTCA(and stent implanting),CABG.the end events were main adverse cardiac events (cardiac events,recur-rent angina and target vessel reconstruction ).The mean follow-up time was(13 ±6)months.Results The fasting plasma glucose,LDL-C,hs-CRP in statin group were all significantly lower than those of control group [FPG:(5.3 ± 0.9)vs.(6.7 ±1.2)mmol/L,P=0.042;LDL-C:(1.7 ±0.6)mmol/Lvs.(3.9 ±1.6)mmol/L,P<0.01;hs-CRP:(1.4 ±0.5)mmol/L vs.(3.8 ±1.2)mg/L,P <0.01],MACE were less(15.6% vs.37.1%,P =0.032). Conclusion Early statin on patient with coronary heart disease and diametes ,though normal lipids ,which can down-regulate main adverse cardiac events significantly .

Objective To investigate the changes of the levels of TNF and IL 8 in blood and in gastric mucosa and their mRNA expression after liver ischemia reperfusion (I/R). Methods 130 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: (1) sham operation group(control group, n=10);(2)liver ischemia reperfusion group (n=60), including ischemia for 20min and 40min, and reperfusion for 1h, 24h and 72h respectively; (3) liver I/R rats treated with famotidine group (n=60). ALT and AST were detected after operation, pathomorphological changes of gastric mucosa were studied by light microscope and transmission electronic microscope, the concentrations of TNF and IL 8 in blood and gastric mucosa were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA), TNF mRNA and IL 8 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization. Results After liver I/R,inflammatory damage appeared in gastric mucosa, TNF and IL 8 concertrations increased significantly(P

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2019;31(4):341-345
Objective:
To investigate the epidemic status and influencing factors of colorectal polyps among urban residents in Lanxi.
Methods:
A representative urban community was selected from Lanxi. A total of 935 local residents aged 18-80 years received questionnaire survey, physical examination, laboratory tests and colonoscopy. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was applied to exam the potential influencing factors for colorectal polyps.
Results :
Eventually 880 residents were involved into the statistical analysis. Colorectal polyps were detected in 167 participants with a crude prevalence of 18.98% and adjusted prevalence for age and gender of 13.28%. The prevalence of colorectal polyps in men(28.70%)was significantly higher than that in women(12.92%,P<0.05). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.038,95%CI:1.018-1.057),males(OR=1.919,95%CI:1.303-2.826),the middle school level of education(OR=2.443,95%CI:1.507-3.961)and constitution of Yin-Asthenia(OR=0.203,95%CI:0.057-0.720)were influencing factors for colorectal polyps;among male participants,hypertension(OR=1.721,95%CI:1.018-2.908)was a risk factor for colorectal polyps;among female participants,age(OR=1.076,95%CI:1.042-1.111),BMI(OR=1.099,95%CI:1.001-1.207),the middle school level of education(OR= 3.507,95%CI:1.794-6.856)and constitution of Yin-Asthenia(OR=0.160,95%CI:0.033-0.770)were influencing factors for colorectal polyps.
Conclusion
Age,sex, education level and constitution of Yin-Asthenia were associated with the risk of colorectal polyps among residents in Lanxi;hypertension was associated with the risk of colorectal polyps in males, while age,BMI,education level and constitution of Yin-Asthenia were associated with the risk of colorectal polyps in females.

Objective:
To analyze the recent postoperative and long-term postoperative complications of open-splenectomy and disconnection in patients with portal hypertension.
Methods:
There were 1 118 cases with portal hypertension who underwent open splenectomy and azygoportal disconnection from April 2010 to September 2015 at Department of Surgery, People′s Liberation Army 302 Hospital. Retrospective case investigation and telephone follow-up were conducted in October 2016. All patients had history of upper gastrointestinal bleeding before operation. Short-term complications after surgery were recorded including secondary laparotomy of postoperative abdominal hemostasis, severe infection, intake disorders, liver insufficiency, postoperative portal vein thrombosis and perioperative mortality. Long-term data including postoperative upper gastrointestinal rebleeding, postoperative survival rate and incidence of postoperative malignancy were recorded, too. GraphPad Prism 5 software for data survival analysis and charting.
Results:
Postoperative short-term complications in 1 118 patients included secondary laparotomy of postoperative abdominal hemostasis(1.8%, 21/1 118), severe infection(2.9%, 32/1 118), intake disorders(1.0%, 11/1 118), liver dysfunction (1.6%, 18/1 118), postoperative portal vein thrombosis(47.1%, 526/1 118)and perioperative mortality(0.5%, 5/1 118). After phone call following-up, 942 patients′ long-term data were completed including 1, 3, 5 years postoperative upper gastrointestinal rebleeding rate(4.4%, 12.1%, 17.2%), 1, 3, 5-year postoperative survival rate(97.0%, 93.5%, 90.3%); the incidence of postoperative malignant tumors in 1, 3 and 5 years were 1.7%, 4.4% and 6.2%.
Conclusions
Reasonable choosing of surgical indications and timing, proper performing the surgery process, effective conducting perioperative management of portal hypertension are directly related to the patient′s short-term prognosis after portal hypertension. Surgical intervention can reduce the rates of patients with upper gastrointestinal rebleeding, improve survival, and do not increase the incidence of malignant tumors.
