1.Mediating effect analysis of self-efficacy between perceived stigma and quality of life in patients with mental disorders

Objective To investigate the state of perceived stigma,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with mental disorders,and analyze the relationship among these variables,and explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the perceived stigma and quality of life.Methods Totally 406 patients with mental disorders were assessed with the Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale (PDDS),Self-efficacy Scale (SES) and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale (SQOLS).Results The average score of PDDS was (2.44±0.36).The average score of GSES was (25.75±7.31).The perceived stigma,self-efficacy and quality of life were significantly correlated with each other.The self-efficacy played a mediating role between perceived stigma and quality of life.Conclusions The self-efficacy is the intermediary variable of perceived stigma and QOL of patients with mental disorders.
2.Content Determination of Triterpenoid in the Roots of Acitinidia deliciosa from Guangxi by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of triterpenoid in the roots of Actinidia deliciosa from Guangxi. METHODS: With the content of 2?,3?,24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid used as index. The separation was performed on Thermo Hypersil BDS C18 column (250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with 2?,3?,24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid as standard substance. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (73 ∶ 27) with column temperature set at 20 ℃. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL?min-1 and detection wavelength was 210 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of 2?,3?,24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid were 0.025~0.200 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.79%(RSD=1.54%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible for the quality control of the roots of A. deliciosa from Guangxi.

4.Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Revised Attribution Questionnaire-27 as used in medical students

Objective To develop the Chinese version of Attribution Questionnaire-27 and examine its replicability,reliability and validity.Methods The questionnaire was translated using the standard translation/back-translation method and examine its replicability,reliability and validity in 230 medical students who were selected by convenient method.Results The Cronbach α coefficient for Attribution Questionnaire-27 was 0.82 and ranging between 0.55 and 0.84 for the subscales.The test-retest reliabilities of the total scale was 0.77 and the subscales was between 0.61 to 0.81 after one week.Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the hypothesized six factors attribution of responsibility model (x2/df=3,GFI=0.925,NFI=0.880,CFI=0.856,IFI=0.761,RMSEA=0.094) and three factors dangerous model (x2/df=1.773,GFI=0.959,NFI=0.941,CFI=0.973,IFI=0.973,RMSEA=0.058).The path analysis results support the existing theoretical assumptions.Condusions The Chinese version of Attribution Questionnaire-27 has good reliability and validity and can be used in medical student.
5.Study on resilience and its related factors of nurses

Objective To investigate the status of nurses' resilience and to explore the related factors.Methods 1356 nurses from 11 level Ⅱ and level Ⅲ hospitals of Guangzhou were assessed by using the general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Conner-Davidson resilience scale.Results The score of nurses' resilience was(59.99±13.59)points and it was significantly lower than that of the domestic norm.There was statistical difference of the score of nurses' resilience on different genders,educational background,professional titles,hospital level and night shifts.There was a positive correlation among educational background,night shifts and nurses' resilience,and a negative correlation between hospital level and nurses' resilience.The hospital level,night shifts and educational background were the influencing factors of nurses' resilience.Conclusions The level of nurses' resilience is low.The higher hospital level and educational background,and the less night shift,the higher of nurses' resilience.
6.Influence of stigma on QOL of patients with mental disorders

Objective To investigate the influence of stigma on QOL of patients with mental disorders.Methods By using Link stigma series scale and schizophrenic quality of life scale,we assessed and analyzed 406 psychiatric patients′stigma and QOL, as well as the correlation and influence between them.Results The score of perceived devaluation-discrimination dimension of the stigma scale had positive correlation with total score of QOL,score of psycho-social dimension and score of motivation and energy dimension (P <0.05).The scores of challenge dimension and separation dimension in the stigma scale had positive correlation with motivation and energy dimension of the QOL scale (P <0.05).Regression analysis showed that stigma did not have influence on QOL of patients with mental disorders.Conclusion Stigma in psychiatric patients has no significant influence on QOL,but correla-tion relationship exists between them.The higher score of perceived devaluation-discrimination dimension,challenge dimension and separation dimension of stigma scale,the poor QOL the patient would have.
7.Effects of different ventilation modes on respiratory mechanics, hemodynamics and biochemical metabolism in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery

Objective:To compare the effects of pressure controlled ventilation (PCV) and volume controlled ventilation (VCV) on respiratory mechanics, hemodynamics and biochemical metabolism in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 78 patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery from August 2019 to June 2020 in Inner Mongolia People′s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 39 patients were treated with PCV (PCV group), and 39 were treated with VCV (VCV group). The respiratory mechanics, hemodynamics and biochemical metabolism indexes 10 min after anesthesia induction (T 1), 10 min after pneumoperitoneum + low head and foot height (T 2), 60 min after pneumoperitoneum + low head and foot height (T 3) and 120 min after pneumoperitoneum + low head and foot height (T 4) were recorded. The respiratory mechanical indexes included mean airway pressure (P mean), airway peak pressure (P peak), pressure of end tidal carbon dioxide (P ETCO 2) and dynamic lung compliance (C Ldyn); hemodynamic indexes included mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate; and biochemical metabolic indexes included base excess, serum natrium, serum potassium, negative logarithm of the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) and blood glucose. Results:The P mean, P peak and P ETCO 2 T 1 to T 4 in PCV group were significantly lower than those in VCV group, P mean: (7.12 ± 1.37) cmH 2O (1 cmH 2O = 0.098 kPa) vs. (8.54 ± 1.84) cmH 2O, (9.80 ± 2.26) cmH 2O vs. (11.63 ± 2.87) cmH 2O, (9.51 ± 2.17) cmH 2O vs. (11.72 ± 2.90) cmH 2O, (7.04 ± 1.34) cmH 2O vs. (8.65 ± 1.88) cmH 2O; P peak: (13.41 ± 2.68) cmH 2O vs. (15.06 ± 3.05) cmH 2O, (20.92 ± 3.11) cmH 2O vs. (23.45 ± 4.02) cmH 2O, (21.14 ± 3.50) cmH 2O vs. (23.69 ± 4.26) cmH 2O, (15.03 ± 2.74) cmH 2O vs. (16.45 ± 3.21) cmH 2O; P ETCO 2: (30.59 ± 1.57) mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa) vs. (32.04 ± 2.11) mmHg, (35.02 ± 4.15) mmHg vs. (39.88 ± 4.76) mmHg, (35.90 ± 4.22) mmHg vs. (40.11 ± 4.87) mmHg, (34.33 ± 4.17) mmHg vs. (37.65 ± 2.69) mmHg; the C Ldyn was significantly higher than that in VCV group: (40.68 ± 3.98) ml/cmH 2O vs. (35.47 ± 2.56) ml/cmH 2O, (30.25 ± 3.21) ml/cmH 2O vs. (22.40 ± 2.75) ml/cmH 2O, (29.78 ± 3.06) ml/cmH 2O vs. (22.60 ± 2.81) ml/cmH 2O, (40.32 ± 4.25) ml/cmH 2O vs. (33.61 ± 2.81) ml/cmH 2O, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.01 or <0.05). The MAP and heart rate T 1 to T 4 in PCV group were significantly lower than those in VCV group, and there was statistical difference ( P<0.01 or <0.05). The base excess, serum natrium, serum potassium and pH T 1 to T 4 in PCV group were significantly higher than those in VCV group, while the blood glucose was significantly lower than that in VCV group, and there was statistical difference ( P<0.01 or <0.05). Conclusions:Compared with VCV, PCV can promote the recovery of respiratory mechanics index, stabilize hemodynamics and improve biochemical metabolism index in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.
8.Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus Before and After Salt-Processing Based on Chemical Pattern Recognition

Objective A HPLC fingerprint method of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus(AOF)before and after salt-processing was established,to compare the differences of chemical components between raw and processed AOF combined with chemical pattern recognition.Methods HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of raw and salt-processed AOF.Principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were applied to explore the different components of raw and salt-processed AOF in different batches.Results Totally 30 and 32 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint from the raw and salt-processed AOF were detected,respectively.And 8 of them were identified by comparison with the standards.They were peak X2(5-hydroxymethylfurfural),peak 1(protocatechuic acid),peak 2(protocatechualdehyde),peak 4(epicatechin),peak 21(chrysin),peak 22(kaempferide),peak 25(tectochrysin)and peak 26(nootkatone).The results of PCA and OPLS-DA showed that raw and salt-processed AOF can be grouped into two categories.A total of 12 components,which were considered as differential markers of raw and salt-processed AOF,were screened by method of variable importance in projection(VIP).The 12 components were peak X1,peak 26(nootkatone),peak 16,peak 3,peak X2(5-hydroxymethylfurfural),peak 25(tectochrysin),peak 15,peak 12,peak 8,peak 10,peak 17 and peak 20.Conclusion The combination of HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition can be used to analyze the quality differences of AOF before and after salt-processing.
