Basic biochemical index were measured weekly in hyperuricemia rats.Real-time quantitative PCR technology was employed to measure glucose transporter-4 (GLUT-4),insulin receptor substrate (IRS)-1,and IRS-2 mRNA expression in the skeletal muscle and adipose tissue.The gene expression of GLUT-4 and IRS-2 are significantly lower in the last weeks of the hyperuricemia rat.Insulin resistance caused by hyperuricemia is probably related to the lowering expression levels of GLUT-4 and IRS-2 mRNA in the target tissues.

Objective To study the inhibitory effects of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles on liver VX2 tumor in rabbits after intratumoral injection. Methods 40 rabbits with implantation of liver VX2 tumors were randomly divided into 4 groups and intratumorally injected with different preparations.Group A: (control group), 1 ml nomal saline containing 0.2% CMC-Na; Group B: ( 5-Fu group),20 mg/ml 5-Fu 1 ml; Group C: (Nano HAP), 20 mg/ml Nano HAP 1 ml; Group D: (5-Fu+Nano HAP), 20 mg/ml 5-Fu 1 ml and 20 mg/ml Nano HAP 1 ml. Ultrasonography was performed to measure liver tumor volume 7, 14, 21 d after treatment. Survival durations of the animals were recorded. Tumor tissues and liver tissues close to tumor were obtained and examined histologically.Results The average tumor volumes 7, 14 and 21 d after treatment were (4.93 ±0.76)cm3,(15. 67±2.75)cm3 and (52. 36±10. 57)cm3 in group A, (4. 16±0. 33)cm3 , (10. 26± 1.60)cm3 and (18. 89±4.65)cm3 in group B, (1.43±0.13)cm3 , (3.69±0.77)cm3 and (9.51±2.09)cm3 in group C, (2. 80±0.46)cm3 , (3. 77±0. 91)cm3 and (8. 46±0.95)cm3 in group D respectively. The average tumor volumes of groups B, C and D were significantly smaller than that of group A in the same time phases after treatment. The life span of group C was longer than that of other three groups, and there was no statistically significant difference between group B and group D, although the two groups were significantly longer than group A. Blood flow was not detected by color Doppler or power Doppler in group C and group D. Pathological examination showed that there was obvious intratumoral necrosis in group C and D. Tumor in group B exhibited thoroughgoing necrosis. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles intratumoral injection is safe and feasible for treatment of liver tumor. Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles can exert a significant inhibitory effect on liver VX2 tumor growth in rabbits without liver toxicity.

Objective To explore the correlations between measurements of Doppler velocity waveform parameters of fetal main pulmonary artery and gestation age (GA) in normal fetus. Methods This is a cross-sectional study, in which totally 252 normal singleton fetuses between 23 and 40 weeks of gestation were divided into 10 groups. The following velocity waveform parameters were measured in the main trunk of fetal pulmonary artery by Doppler ultrasound: acceleration time(AT), ejection time(ET), acceleration time/ejection time(AT/ET), peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity(EDV), mean velocity(MV), pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI). The normal reference values of Doppler velocity waveform parameters at various GA were established. A scatter diagram of each parameter against GA was plotted out. The optimal formula was selected out according to the correlation and regression analysis. Results Among 252 normal fetuses, satisfactory Doppler velocity waveform of fetal main pulmonary were achieved in 249 (98.8%, 249/252). Among these parameters, AT, AT/ET, PSV, EDV and MV increased with increasing GA(F=343.23, 96.012, 8.649, 2.158, 10.169, all P<0.05), while PI decreased slightly(F=2.346, P<0.05) and ET, RI had no signiifcant changing(F=0.883, 1.534, both P>0.05). Signiifcant and positive linear correlations were found between parameters of AT, AT/ET, PSV, EDV, MV and GA(r= 0.898, 0.868, 0.446, 0.203, 0.507, all P<0.01);while PI was inversely linear correlated with GA(r=-0.184, P<0.01) and ET, RI had no correlation with GA(r=-0.103, 0.011, both P>0.05). Conclusions The fetal main pulmonary artery could be a reliable sampling point to obtain pulmonary velocity waveform by Doppler ultrasound. Doppler velocity waveform parameters have correlations with GA in normal fetus;among which AT and AT/ET were the best.

Objective:To observe changes of right ventricular shape and systolic function in divers after scuba diving with real-time 3D echocardiography and 2D speckle tracking imaging. Methods: Recording of heart rate (HR) and conventional echocardiography were performed in 60 healthy divers before and immediately, 1 day, 3 days after scuba diving (wearing self-contained underwater respirator, constant temperature diving 11 m and 60 min), respectively, then 2D apical four-chamber heart and 3D right ventricular volumes dynamic images were stored. The right ventricle diameters and volume, right ventricle index of myocardial performance (RIMP), 2D global longitudinal strain of right ventricle free wall (2DGLS[F]), tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE), right ventricular fractional area change (FAC), 3D right ventricular ejection fraction (3DRVEF) and 3D global longitudinal strain of right ventricle free wall (3DGLS[F]) were obtained before and immediately, 1 day, 3 days after scuba diving. All the parameters were compared before and after scuba diving. Results: There was no significant difference of right ventricle middle transverse diameter, RIMP, right ventricular systolic volume, stroke volume, TAPSE nor 3DRVEF before and immediately, 1 day, 3 days after scuba diving (P>0.05). Compared with the results before scuba diving, HR, 2DGLS(F), FAC and 3DGLS(F) decreased, while right ventricular end diastolic volume, right ventricular base transverse diameter and right ventricular long axis diameter increased immediately after scuba diving (all P<0.05). One day later, 2DGLS(F) and 3DGLS(F) still decreased (all P<0.05), the other parameters all restored to pre-dive level (all P>0.05). Three days later, there was no significant difference of the above parameters (P>0.05). Conclusion: After scuba diving, right ventricular shape and systolic function of divers can slightly change in a short term, which can be sensitively observed with real-time 3D echocardiography of RV volume quantification analysis and 2D speckle tracking imaging technique.

Objective To investigate the hemostatic effects of prothrombin complex concentrate carrying anionic lipid coated microbubbles (PCCMB) enhanced therapeutic ultrasound for renal trauma in rabbits models.Methods Twenty-four healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (each n=8),including simple therapeutic ultrasound group (US group),simple PCCMB injection group (SHAM group) and PCCMB injection combined with therapeutic ultrasound group (PCCMB+US group).Visual bleeding score and 10-min bleeding volume were evaluated for hemostatic efficacy.CEUS was used to assess the kidney perfusion in SHAM and PCCMB+US groups before therapeutic ultrasound,immediately and 60 min after therapeutic ultrasound.And CEUS was performed on US group 60 min after therapeutic ultrasound.The acoustic peak intensity (PI) of kidney in rabbit was measured.Results The treatment was successfully completed in all the experimental rabbits.The bleeding scores and the 10-min hemorrhagic volumes decreased significantly in PCCMB+US group compared with the other two groups (both P＜0.05).After therapeutic ultrasound,visual bleeding score of PCCMB+US group was respectively lower than that of US group and SHAM group (both P＜ 0.05).In PCCMB+ US group,PI obtained immediately and 60 min after therapeutic ultrasound were higher than that obtained before therapeutic ultrasound (both P＜0.05).There was no significant difference of PI before and after therapeutic ultrasound in US and SHAM groups (all P＞0.05).Conclusion PCCMB enhanced therapeutic ultrasound provides an effective way for renal trauma in rabbits.

Objective To study the incidence of implantation metastasis of breast cancer in vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (VABB) needle tract in Chinese patients and evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on needle tract metastasis following VABB. Methods The breast cancer patients with established diagnosis by VABB were divided into two groups to receive open surgery or neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to open surgery. The incidence of needle tract metastasis, disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) were compared between the two groups. Results A total of 214 patients were enrolled, among whom 94 directly underwent surgeries and 120 had neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery. The two groups showed no significant differences in the incidence of needle tract metastasis (3.2%vs 0.8%, P=0.206), DFS (P=0.221), or OS (P=0.531). Conclusion The incidence of needle tract metastasis is low after VABB, and neoadjuvant chemotherapy does not increase this risk.

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model for patients with depression.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020, 120 depression patients admitted to Wenzhou Seventh People's Hospital were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group received positive psychological intervention based on the positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment (PERMA) model. Before and after the intervention, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) , Wechsler Memory Scale Revised China (WMS-RC) , and Hamilton Depression Scale-17 (HAMD-17) were used to evaluate the cognitive function, memory ability, and depressive symptoms of the two groups of patients.Results:After the intervention, the 7 dimensions and total scores of MoCA and the WMS-RC dimension scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the HAMD-17 scores were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The positive psychological intervention based on the PERMA model applied in depression patients can effectively improve the cognitive ability, memory ability and the drepressive symptoms of patients.

Objective To investigate the effect of continual care on postoperative medication compliance of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) after vertebroplasty.Methods A retrospective case control study was performed to analyze the clinical data of 150 patients with OVCF who underwent vertebroplasty in Guizhou People's Hospital from January 2016 to May 2017.There were 38 males and 112 females,aged 47-88 years,with an average of 67.5 years.Seventy-five patients were given continual care such as telephone follow-up and home visit (continual care group).Seventy-five patients were given routine health education (routine care group) when they were discharged from hospital.Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) before operation,1 day,1,3,6 and 12 months after operation,as well as medication compliance and vertebral re-fracture at 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative VAS of the routine care group was 6 (6-7),1 (0-1),1 (1-3),2 (1-3) and 3 (2-5) points at 1 day and 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation,respectively.The preoperative ODI was 21 (18-27),0 (0-0),2 (1-4),5 (3-7),7 (5-10),10 (7-14) points at 1 day,1,3,6 and 12 months after operation.In the continual care group,VAS was 7 (6-7) points before operation,0 (0-1),1 (0-1),1 (0-2) and 2 (1-3) points at 1 day,1,3,6 and 12 months after operation,respectively.ODI of the continual care group was 18 (22-28) points before operation,0 (0-1),2 (0-4),4 (1-5),4 (3-6) and 6 (4-9) at 1 day,1,3,6 and 12 months after operation.The VAS and ODI of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the scores of the continual care group were lower than those of the routine care group at 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation (P ＜ 0.05).The medication compliance rates of continual care group were 93％,89％,91％ and 84％ at 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation,while those of routine care group were 44％,40％,47％ and 40％ respectively (P ＜0.05).The incidence of vertebral re-fracture was 1％,1％,3％ and 3％ in continual care group and 3％,5％,5％ and 7％ in routine care group at 1,3,6 and 12 months after operation respectively (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Continual care can improve the medication compliance of OVCF patients after treatment with vertebroplasty,relieve pain,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of vertebral re-fracture,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective: To survey the prevalence of drug resistant HIV-1 in Shandong province in 2013-2015. Methods: WHO truncated sequential sampling technique was adopted by using 77 and 53 samples of newly diagnosed as HIV-1 positive and aged 16-25 years in Shandong province in 2013 and 2015. RNA was prepared and HIV-1 pol region was amplified by RT-PCR and nested PCR. Pol genetic mutation associated with drug resistance was analyzed. Results: The success rates for sequence acquisition of the survey were 100% (77/77) and 94% (50/53) in 2013 and 2015, and the main subtype was CRF01_AE. A total of 2 surveillance drug-resistance mutation(SDRMs) and 3 SDRMs were found by analyzing the 47 sequences each year, sampled in 2013 and 2015, indicating that the prevalence of drug resistant HIV-1 stains was low in 2013, and moderate in 2015. A total of 5 individuals with drug resistant HIV-1 stains found in this study were mainly infected by homosexual transmission (3 cases), and the other two samples were different: one was infected by heterosexual transmission, the other was infected by IDU. The subtype was CRF01_AE (2 cases) , CRF07_BC (2 cases) and B (1 case) . SDRMs for protease inhibitor (PIs), nucleotide HIV-reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTIs) and non-NRTI (NNRTIs) were all found in the individuals with drug resistant HIV-1 stains. Conclusion CRF01_AE were the main HIV-1 subtypes of recently reported HIV-infected individuals in Shandong province, and the HIV-1 drug resistant strains transmission was catalogued as at low and moderate prevalence level in 2013 and 2015.
