AimTo explore the kinetic change of the IgG,T-cell subsets and IL-2 level from the mice infected with T. Spiralis. Methods The level of specific IgG A band IL-2 was determined by ELISA,the percentage of CD4+and CD8+ T-cells were examined by flow cytometry on 7, 14,21,28,35 days after mice infected with T. spiralis respectively. ResultAfter infected with T. spiralis,the level of IgG in mice rised gradually,and reached its peak on the 35th day. The change of T-cell subsets showed that CD4+T cells decreased,which CD8+Tcells increased. The ration of CD4+/CD8+cells decreased,and which was the obvious on the 14thday. It did not recover to normal level even on the 35th day. The IL-2 of level reached the peak on the 7th day after infected,then IL-2 level decreased quickly and lower than that of normal mice on 35th day after infected. Conclusion When the acute phase of T. spiralis infection,the immune function of host was inhibited. The protective immunity of against T. spiralis infection was cellular immunity mainly ,in cooperation with humoral immunity.

Objective To study the immune response induced by the mice immunized with Trichinella spiralis(T.spiralis) adult worm soluble antigen(AWSAg). Methods T.spiralis AWSAg was prepared to immunize Kunming strain mice. Dynamic changes of IgG, IL 2 and T lymphocyte subsets from immunized mice were determined after challenge infection on d 7, d 14 , d 21 , d 28 and d 35 . Results On d 7 after challenge infection, IgG and CD4 + T cells of immunized group were markedly elevated and persisted higher over the observation period. In contrast, CD4 + T cells and CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly decreased in unimmunized group resulted from immune suppression after infection. IL 2 levels reached the peak on d 7 and persisted in high level from d 7-d 21 in both immunized and unimmunized group after infection, then decreased gradually. Till 35 days after infection, IL 2 level was still higher than the normal mice. Conclusion Mice immunized with AWSAg of T. spiralis produced a potential cellular and humoral immune response.

Objective To investigate the effect of chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH)on serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and the changes of HDL-C metabolism-related indicators such as the expressions of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor a (PPARα)and adenosine triphosphate binding cassette transporterA1(ABCA1)in liver in male SD rats.Methods Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS)-induced CIH rats were randomly allocated into 6 groups:10％CIH-3 weeks,5％CIH-3 weeks,5％CIH-3 weeks +RH(Removal of hypoxia-3 weeks),10％CIH-3 weeks + RH(Removal of hypoxia-3 weeks),control group-3 weeks,and control group-6 weeks.Serum lipids were measured and compared.To observe and compare the liver pathology,the expression levels of PPARα and ABCA1 in liver tissue of CIH rats were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C was significantly higher in CIH rats than in control group.The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly lower in reoxygenation groups than in CIH groups.There was no significant difference between experiment groups and correspondent control groups(all P＞0.05).Compared with control group,CIH rats had significantly lower levels of serum HDL-C;Compared with CIH groups,the levels of HDL-C were significantly higher in reoxygenation groups.There was no significant difference between experiment groups and correspondent control groups(all P＞0.05).Compared with control group,the expression of PPARα and ABCA1 of CIH group was significantly lower;Compared with CIH groups,the expression of PPARα and ABCA1 was significantly higher in reoxygenation groups;There was no significant difference in the expression of PPARα and ABCA1 between reoxygenation groups and correspondent control groups,in which the oxygen level was recovered to normal.Conclusions The serum HDL-C level was obviously decreased in OSAHS-induced CIH rats,and the decreased serum HDL-C can be effectively improved by reoxygenation intervention.OSAHS-induced CIH may lead to the dyslipidemia through PPARα-ABCA1 pathway,and reoxygenation intervention for three weeks can effectively recover the expression levels of PPARα and ABCA1 to normal levels,which suggests that if CIH is effectively intervented,the change of PPARα and ABCA1 of liver can be reversed,thereby reversing dvslipidemia.

Objective: To explore the effect of LBP X on apoptosis of human leukemia HL 60 cells. Methods: The inhibitory effect of LBP X on growth of HL 60 cells was assayed by MTT method. The membrance fludity was determined with DPH fluorigenic labeling technique. HL 60 cells were stained with Hoechst 33 258 for nuclear morphology analysis. Agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry were used to analyze apoptosis qualitatively and quantitatively. Results: 20-1 000mg/L LBP X inhibited the growth of HL 60 cells in dose dependent manner and the membrance fludity decreased. The nuclei of HL 60 cells treated with LBP X for 48 h shrinked, condensed and cleaved. Agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA from cells treated with LBP X revealed "DNA ladder". HL 60 cells exposed to LBP X showed apoptotic peaks. Conclusion: LBP X can induce apoptosis in human leukemia HL 60 cells.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of lipoxin A4 (LXA4) on the lung epithelial cells (MLE-12) in mice with hyperoxia injury.Methods MLE-12 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into air group,air + LXA4 group,hyperoxia group and hyperoxia + LXA4 group.The receptor of LXA4 (ALX) was verified by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).MLE-12 cells were exposed to hyperoxia (＞ 850 mL/L oxygen concentration) for 12 h followed by pretreatment of 1 nmol/L,10 nmol/L and 50 nmol/L LXA4 for 1 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h.Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was applied to analyze the heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1) expression to determine the optimal concentration and the optimal pretreatment time of LXA4.The cell morphology was observed by using inverted microscope.The survival rates and cell viability were determined by using Trypan Blue stain and cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8).The superoxide dismutase (SOD) level was determined by using hydroxylamine method.The expressions of mRNA and protein of HO-1 were measured by using qRT-PCR,western blot and immunofluorescence assay,respectively.The interleukin-6 (IL-6) and monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) were determined by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results ALX was expressed in MLE-12 cells.The optimal intervention concentration and time of LXA4 was 10 nmol/L for 12 h.Compared with air group [(84 ± 5) ％,1.22 ± 0.27,(5.33 ± 1.16) kU/L],the cell survival rate,viability and SOD level of hyperoxia group [(66 ± 8) ％,0.67 ± 0.21,(2.38 ± 0.65) kU/L] decreased,and the differences were significant (t =3.98,2.55,4.86;P =0.01,0.03,0.00);compared with the hyperoxia group,the cell survival rate,viability and SOD level of hyperoxia + LXA4 group [(88 ± 5) ％,1.43 ± 0.05,(6.50 ± 0.19) kU/L] significantly increased,and the differences were significant (t =4.83,3.52,6.78;P =0.01,0.02,0.00).The HO-1 mRNA and protein expression of hyperoxia group (0.57 ± 0.03,1.31 ± 0.11) increased as compared to air group (0.13 ± 0.03,0.24 ± 0.10),and the differences were significant (t =8.00,10.10;all P =0.00);the HO-1 expression of hyperoxia + LXA4 group (0.78 ± 0.08,1.82 ± 0.09) significantly increased as compared to hyperoxia group,and the differences were significant (t =3.94,8.82,all P=0.00).The levels of MCP-1 and IL-6 of hypemxia group [(1 025.18 ±35.51) rig/L,(1 136.65 ±160.01) ng/L] significantly increased as compared to air group [(467.63 ± 13.69) ng/L,(470.03 ± 118.22) ng/L],and the differences were significant (t =16.51,7.48;all P =0.00);the MCP-1 and IL-6 of hyperoxia + LXA4 group [(640.25 ± 61.03) ng/L,(655.48 ± 88.57) ng/L] significantly decreased as compared to hyperoxia group,and thedifferences were significant (t =11.40,5.40,all P =0.00).Conclusions LXA4 can attenuate hyperoxia-induced injury in MLE-12 cells.The protective role of LXA4 in the hyperoxia-induced cell injury is related to the up-regulation of HO-1 expression and down-regulation of IL-6 and MCP-1 levels.

Objective To investigate the changes in ATPase activity of diaphragm in rats with acute organophosphorus poisoning (AOPP) and to explore the effect of Xuebijing injection on the ATPase activity. Methods 24 clean healthy Spraue-Dawley(SD)rats were divided into control group,model group and Xuebijing treatment group by means of random number table,with 8 rats in each group. AOPP model was established by intra-gastrical administration of 50 mg/kg oxide dimethoate. In Xuebijing treatment group,after oxide dimethoate administration,intraperitoneal injection of Xuebijing(10 mL/kg)was given at the same time,while in control group and model group,equal amount of normal saline(NS)was injected via the same route. The rats were sacrificed at 6 hours after model formation,and their diaphragms were taken sterilely. The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPsae of diaphragms were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The histopathological changes in diaphragms of rats were observed with light microscopy. Results 6 hours after intoxication,the diaphragm Na+-K+-ATPase activity of rats in model group was markedly lower than that in control group(mmol?h-1?g-1:5.22±0.74 vs. 9.98±0.37,P<0.01),while the Na+-K+-ATPase activity in Xuebijing treatment group(6.93±1.14) was markedly higher than that in model group(P<0.05). The diaphragm Ca2+-ATPase activity of rats in model group was markedly lower than that in control group(mmol?h-1?g-1:7.45±0.74 vs. 12.08±0.74,P<0.01),while the Ca2+-ATPase activity in Xuebijing treatment group(9.35±1.67)was obviously higher than that in model group(P<0.05)after intoxication for 6 hours. Light microscope observation indicated that there were swelling and necrosis in diaphragm in model group,while in Xuebijing treatment group no necrosis was found. Conclusion The diaphragm was degenerated and necrotic in AOPP rats,Xuebijing injection can lessen the injury in such rats,and the curative effect may be related to the improvement of the Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPsae activities of diaphragm.

With introduction of current main methods for heart fluid mechanics researches, we studied the characteristics and weakness for three primary analysis methods based on magnetic resonance imaging, color Doppler ultrasound and grayscale ultrasound image, respectively. It is pointed out that particle image velocity (PIV), speckle tracking and block match have the same nature, and three algorithms all adopt block correlation. The further analysis shows that, with the development of information technology and sensor, the research for cardiac function and fluid mechanics will focus on energy transfer process of heart fluid, characteristics of Chamber wall related to blood fluid and Fluid-structure interaction in the future heart fluid mechanics fields.

Objective By studying clinical features, treatment and prognosis of eosinophilic gastroenteritis of infants resulted from milk protein allergy an, to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Methods 24 cases of infants which diagnosed eosinophilic gastroenteritis were chosen from June of 2010 to January of 2014 in children’s Hospital of XX province and By retrospective analysis clinical manifestations, endoscopic features, histopathology, treatment and prognosis of the 24 cases. Results The 24 cases who were vomiting, paroxysmal crying, abdominal distension (100.00%), which accompanied by haematemesis 23 cases (95.83%), 1case (4.17%) hematochezia, 17cases (70.83%) eczema, 21 cases (87.50%) mild to moderate anemia, 1 cases (4.17%) severe anemia, 19 cases (79.17%) the increasing of peripheral blood eosinophil cells, 8 cases (33.33%)the increasing of IgE of the serum and 4 cases (16.67%) the test of antibody of the Helicobacter pylori in Serum was positive; 3 cases (12.50%) were milk protein allergy by the detecting of food allergen-speciifc IgE antibodies, the endoscopic characteristics were hyperemia, edema, erosion, ulcer of gastric and duodenal mucosa. Among them, 24 cases (100.00%) were gastritis, 5 cases (20.83%) duodenitis and 1 cases (4.17%) duodenal ulcer. The histopathology of the 24 cases revealed that there were gastric or duodenal eosinophils infiltration (> 20/HPF) and were all associated with mast cell infiltration; By antisecretory, protection of the gastrointestinal mucosa and the obviating of milk protein had a satisfactory treatment effect, 24 cases of children with oral general formula milk test conifrmed that the milk protein allergy, The 3 cases of the patients were reviewed by 8~12 weeks after gastroscope, and the mucosa of the duodenum was smooth, Eosinophils were/HPF<8, mast cells were/HPF<5. Conclusion There are no speciifc clinical and endoscopic manifestations in eosinophilic gastroenteritis of infants resulted from milk protein allergy, gastrointestinal mucosa eosinophil inifltration and simultaneously are accompanied by abnormal mast cell inifltration;Mucosal type without the use of corticosteroids, through milk protein avoidance treatment can achieve satisfactory results, But definite diagnosis must rely on biopsy and eosinophils, combined with avoidance stimulation test of milk protein can further confirmed, But the excitation test should be at least 10 days of observation of children, and carefully recorded symptoms, so as not to delay the missed diagnosis of CMPA.

Objective To evaluate the effects of diagnostic and treatment manipulation of the urinary diseases on serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) levels .Methods 80 male patients were recruited from urology surgery department of Shenzhen Tranditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) Hospital ,Which included 13 cases with digital rectal examination (DRE) ,10 cases with catheterization , 12 cases with rigid cystoscopy ,17 cases with prostate biopsy ,28 cases with transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) .Blood samples of 80 patients were collected before diagnostic and treatment manipulation of the urinary diseases and 24 h ,3 d ,7 d ,14 d af‐ter that ,respectively .Then ,serum total prostate antigen(TPSA) and free prostate antigen (FPSA) was measured .Results There was no effects of DRE on serum TPSA and FPSA levels(P>0 .05) .On the contrary ,serum TPSA and FPSA levels increased sig‐nificantly in patients with catheterization and cystoscopy(P<0 .05) ,and the duration was longer(7-14 d) .Serum TPSA and FPSA levels increased significantly(P<0 .05)in patients with TURP and biopsy at the 24th hour after manipulation and it began to de‐crease on the third day .Also ,the serum TPSA and FPSA levels decreased to baseline after 14 days .Conclusion There′re no effects of DRE on serum TPSA and FPSA levels .However ,serum TPSA and FPSA levels increase differently in patients with catheteriza‐tion ,cystoscopy ,biopsy and TURP ,but the durations were different ,too .

Objective To investigate the current situation of labor analgesia in Shanghai, provide data supportion and decision-making basis for further popularization of labor analgesia.Methods Using the self-made questionnaire, Shanghai Medical Doctor Association of Anesthesiologist issued a notice on the purpose of the study and the way how to fill it up.The questionnaire was distributed and recycled through the website wjx.com.Results The 58 hospitals included in this survey accounted for 90.44％ of the total delivery in Shanghai in 2017, and the overall labor analgesia rate was37.22％.The number of deliveries in 13 maternal and child specialist hospitals accounted for 58.44％of 58 hospitals, and the labor analgesia rate was 56.75％.It accounted for 93.50％of the 58 hospitals analgesic deliveries.There are 44 (75.86％) hospitals carrying labor analgesia by intraspinal nerve block as the main method of labor analgesia.42 (95.45％) of these hospitals began to analgesia during the incubation period, 30 (68.18％) of these hospitals closed the analgesic pump during childbirth, and 40 (90.9％) hospitals had a maternal satisfaction of 85 or more, 36 (81.82％) of these hospitals charged labor analgesia in accordance with the anesthesia clause.However, among the 14 hospitals that did not practive labor analgesia, 13 (92.86％) were due to inadequate anesthesiologists and other relevant factors.Conclusion The overall labor analgesia rate in Shanghai was 37.22％.The service has been mainly provided in maternal and child specialist hospitals.The main factors restricting the labor analgesia are the shortage of anesthesiologists and the lack of specific charges.In order to promote the labor analgesia, policy support is an important aspect, and the labor analgesia process and innovative management mode should also be optimized.
