1.Research progress and challenges of electronic health records in China
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2021;37(1):63-68
Objective:To analyze the research progress and challenges in electronic health records(EHR) in China by means of literature retrieval of EHR research in China. Methods:" Electronic health record" " Electronic health archive" and " Electronic medical record" were used as search terms, and subject retrieving method was used to retrieve literatures published before December 31 2019 on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database. Such software as SATI, Netdraw, VOSviewer, UCINET and CiteSpace etc. were used for bibliometric analysis and knowledge graphing. These practices could analyze and visualize in an overall perspective the power distsribution, hot spots and evolution trends of EHR study in China.Results:2 146 papers on EHR research were retrieved. The study found that relatively stable groups of core authors on EHR had taken shape in China, and there were not representative authority organizations as of now, while a healthy research ecology was emerging gradually; the current studies were centering on seven hot spots and presented a clear technology-based tendency. Conclusions:Such areas as data security, nation-wide system integration, application performance upgrading mechanism and EHR data industrialization constitute both development opportunities and major challenges as well.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and effect of total hip arthroplasty (THA) in treatment of bony ankylosis of the hip in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods The study enrolled 23 patients (35 hips) undergone THA for bony ankylosis of the hip in AS between March 2008 and November 2012.Postoperative outcome was measured based on Harris hip score and Xray images. Results Preoperative Harris hip score of (27.6 ± 2.3) points increased to (86.7 ± 2.6)points postoperatively.Hip flexion and adduction deformity presented correction postoperatively.Total hip range of motion (flexion, adduction, abduction, and external rotation) improved from (45.7 ±5.3) o preoperatively to (206.9-±4.7) °postoperatively and mean hip flexion activity was 81 °.Hip activity achieved significant improvement and pain was relieved.X-ray films revealed proper position of prostheses without the presence of loosening or subsidence. Two patients (3 hips) experienced mild pain after a long period of walking.Four patients had heterotypic ossification including Brooker grade Ⅱ in one patient and Brooker grade Ⅰ in three. Conclusion THA is an effective treatment for bony ankylosis of the hip in AS,for it rebuilds joint function, relieves pain of the hip and improves patients' quality of life.

Objective:To investigate the correlation of serum hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 with vulnerable plaque of coronary artery atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Selected 106 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,all taken coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound.Divided into three groups according to the results of the examination, the levels of serum hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 were examined and compared, and the correlation with fiber cap thickness, plaque eccentricity index, and vascular remodeling index were tested by Pearson correlation analysis. Results:Serum levels of hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 of vulnerable plaque group and stable plaque group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the serum levels of hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 of vulnerable plaque group were significantly higher than that of stable plaque group (P<0.05);hs-CRP was negative correlated with the thickness of fibrous cap (r=-0.712,P<0.05),and positive correlated with eccentric plaque index and vascular remodeling index (r=0.813,0.756;D-,P<0.05),D-dimmer was negative correlated with the thickness of fibrous cap (r=-0.654,P<0.05),and positive correlated with eccentric plaque index and vascular remodeling index (r=0.912,0.853,P<0.05);Lp-PLA2 was negative correlated with the thickness of fibrous cap (r=-0.796,P<0.05),and positive correlated with eccentric plaque index and vascular remodeling index (r=0.836,0.729,P<0.05).Conclusion:Hs-CRP,D-dimmer and Lp-PLA2 have high correlation with vulnerable plaque in coronary artery disease, can be used as reference indexes for assessing the instability of coronary atherosclerotic plaque.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2022;38(5):343-346
In recent years, China has been vigorously promoting the construction of medical informatization, with ever improving share and interoperability model of medical and health care big data centering on electronic health records. Current problems in the management and utilization of electronic health records were found in such aspects as hidden risk exposure in the centralized data storage, poor access in data sharing, and poor distribution of rights and interests. These problems can be tackled effectively by the distributed storage, efficient secret data sharing, on-demand collaborative intelligent computing and other features of blockchain technology. The blockchain technology is still immature to use in medical archiving, and large-scale application of electronic health archives blockchain faces challengs in technology, governance and operation. The authors suggest to enhance scientific research on blockchain technology, improve the construction of blockchain application enabling system, and to launch the pilot project of health archives blockchain.
5.Countermeasures for online public opinion governance amid major public health events
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2021;37(7):546-549
Based on the realities of COVID-19 pandemic, the authors when following a concept clarification of online public opinion and its governance connotation, probed deep into the problems existing in the online public opinion governance during major public health events under the background of rich media in China, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The authors called for furthering the governance theory as the premise, improving the legal construction as the foundation, improving the governance mechanism as the crux, strengthening the governance means as the priority, shaping the sense of social responsibility of service providers as the guarantee, and improving the information literacy of Internet users as the fundamental basis.
