The concept and technology of Web 3.0 are influencing and changing the study, work and life styles of people, and the library is using Web 3.0 to find out the high confidence UGC resources, improve the knowledge discovery and knowledge service ability of digital library, help library to search the mutually-accepted user groups according to their interests, provide the personal information service, and innovate the displaying methods of digital library.

After the health information service for patients in hospitals was described,its characteristics,service process and management model were elaborated,which showed that the clear and reliable sources of hospital forum-provided medical and health information could serve the patients more effectively.

Objective To reveal the evolution, research hotspots and research fronts of clinical pharmacy services. Methods Documents related to clinical pharmacy services from 2000 to 2015 in Web of Science Core Collection database are included.Documents are visually analyzed through a number of co-citation maps, which identified the critical node documents in the revolution of clinical pharmacy services research by knowledge visualization tool, CiteSpace. Its functions of clustering and burst terms detection were also applied to analyze the research hotspots and research fronts. Results This paper determined the distribution of documents on time period, journals, countries and research institutions. Critical node documents perfectly showed the evolution pathway of clinical pharmacy services, main cluster groups and burst terms and documents, indicating the research hotspots and research fronts. Conclusion The research hotspots focus on 3 aspects.1 .Practice, including the service model and content of clinical pharmacy services;its interventions in diseases of emergency, organ transplantation, cardiovascular disea-ses and diabetes;surveys on developing clinical pharmacy services;genotype-guided individualized dosing;remote pharmacy serv-ices.2.Evaluation, including the assessment of the effects of pharmacists' interventions, service quality evaluation, and pharmaco-economic evaluation.3.Pharmacists' career development, including Pharmacists' training pattern, qualification, pharmacy residen-cy programs and job satisfaction.

Objective To investigate the network information behavior characteristics of medical staff for improving the information service of hospital libraries.Methods The network information behaviors of medical staff were analyzed in aspects of the flow rate on Website, the number of off-station linkages, the times of page visiting, the time preference of users information behaviors, browsers, and access devices according to the Web log processed by Piwik analysis software.Results The information behaviors of medical staff were frequent.Their major objective was to use the electronic resources.The information behaviors of medical staff were focused on their working time.Conclusion Hospital libraries should strengthen the construction of their Website contents, optimize their Website design, update their information and improve their information service according to the time preference of their users information behaviors.

Objective:To invest the risk factors associated with delayed hemorrhage after pancreaticoduodenectomy occurred.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed from January 2012 to June 2015 Shengjing hospital 511 cases of patients who accepted pancreaticoduodenectomy.Results:The incidence of PD postoperative delayed hemorrhage was 8.81％ (45/511).Univariate analysis shows:Preoperative bilirubin levels,pancreatic fistula,biliary fistula,postoperative abdominal infection are all the meaningful related factors(P＜0.05).With the application of multivariate logistic regression analysis,pancreatic fistula (OR=2.158) and abdominal infection (OR=3.051) were independent risk factors for postoperative delayed hemorrhages (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dealing with the postoperative complications of PD like pancreatic fistula,abdominal infection and others,early detection and rapid diagnosis and correct treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of delayed hemorrhage.

Objective To analyze the related research papers and highly cited papers of healthcare professionals' information behavior,explore the research status and trend of this field.Methods Publications on the information behavior of healthcare professionals were searched from Web of Science.Bibliometric analysis was carried out from the aspects of number of publications,periodical dis tribution,productive author,subordinate organizations,distribution of countries or regions and research hotspot.Results Altogether 364 publications were collected on the information behavior of medical personnel;36.13％ (112 articles) were published in 12 journals.The themes focused on health care science services,information science and library science,medical informatics,computer science,etc.There are 18 research organizations with more than 4 articles;The United States was the strongest country in this field which has 112 articles;Publications was cited totally 4698 times,and there are 7 articles which were cited more than 110 times,the highest cited article was cited 23 times over the past 5 years.Conclusions The number of articles in the field of information behavior has been increasing,and the core journals and core research institutions have been basically formed.In the past five years,the highly cited articles reflect the research hotspots and trends.Related Researches needs to be improved in China.

Purpose/Significance To explore the influence of technology readiness on electronic participation behavior of patients in internet environment.Method/Process The data are collected through the questionnaire survey and analyzed by using propensity score matching method.Result/Conclusion Technology readiness can significantly promote patients'electronic participation behavior.In the development of internet healthcare,attention should be paid to patients'technology readiness.By improving patients'optimism,pa-tients'discomfort and insecurity about technology should be reduced,and patients should be encouraged to actively use internet technolo-gy to participate in their own diagnosis and treatment process.

Tongji hospital provides disciplinary development oriented information services , including disciplinary information resources construction , lectures on medical information literacy , discipline information push service and information analysis service .The corresponding interaction and supervision mechanism has been established to ensure service quality .Such services constitute vital information support for first-class disciplines development by such means as information resources availability , talents training , discipline development and scientific decision-making.It also provides a service platform for improvement of hospital discipline reputation satisfactorily .

Objective:Take all hospitals in Hubei Province as an example to analyze the patent application and authorization status of hospitals, to make recommendations for hospital patent management.Methods:Use patentics platform to search domestic patent applications of all hospitals in Hubei Province, data regarding to the number and types of patents were classified and analyzed.Results:Hospitals in Hubei Province had 7 694 patent applications and 6 491 authorized patent. Patent applications showed a growth trend; the types of patents were mainly utility models, followed by invention patents; patent IPC classification was concentrated in technical fields such as A61 and G01; the effective patents accounted for relatively low, and the subsequent maintenance work was poor.Conclusions:Hospitals should improve the innovation ability of medical staff and mobilize the enthusiasm of patent applications; strengthen the process management of patent applications and focus on improving the quality of patents; increase investment in technology field with advantage and pay more attention to the identification and transformation of high-value patents; improve the services quality of hospital patent management departments, cultivate patent management talents.

Objective:To translate the health literacy-sensitive communication scale into Chinese and examine its reliability and validity.Methods:Following Brislin′s translation principles, the HL-COM was translated and culturally adapted into Chinese. This cross-sectional study surveyed 434 outpatients and inpatients from three tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province using a questionnaire. Cronbach′s α coefficient and split half reliability were used to evaluate the reliability of the scale. Scale-level content validity index (S-CVI) and item-level content validity index (I-CVI) were used to evaluate the content validity. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the structural validity, while measurement equivalence across gender was examined.Results:The Chinese version of HL-COM contains 9 items, which was consistent with the original English version. Reliability of the scale: Cronbach′s ɑ Coefficient=0.938, Spearman-Brown half coefficient=0.926; Content validity: Scale-level content validity index (S-CVI)=0.926, Item-level content validity index (I-CVI) was 0.833-1.000; only one factor was extracted based on exploratory factor analysis, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.541%. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good fit, with the fitting indexes of ?χ2/df=2.794, Normed Fit Index (NFI)=0.974, Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR)=0.025, Goodness-of-Fit Index (GFI)=0.962, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA)=0.089, Comparative Fit Index (CFI)=0.983. Multigroup confirmatory factor analysis indicated measurement invariance of the Chinese version of HL-COM across gender. Conclusion:The Chinese version of HL-COM demonstrates good reliability and validity, and serves as a valuable tool for assessing health literate in health care organization in China.
