Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous immunoglobulins G on rat subjected to chronic un-predictable stress. Method Rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (IVIG+stress group and stress-only group). Sucrose preference test, force swim test and neurogenesis analyze were used to analyze the effect of IVIG on rats in stress group. Results Sucrose consumption in IVIG group was significantly more than CUS group(P<0.01), while non floating time of force swim was significantly lower than CUS group(P<0.01). The difference of BrdU positive cell number in Hippocampus between two groups was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion IVIG show an antidepressant like effect, the mechanism may be involved in eliminate inflammatory cytokine of peripheral circulation.

This paper outlines the major animal epidemic emergency management system in the United States, involving the responsibilities of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Health and Human Services ( DHHS ) .Besides the main commanding and coordinating departments, the system also involves procedures in surveillance, early warning, preparation, response and ending in case of serious animal emergency.We have also summarized and analyzed the characteristics of the American response mode, such as net-worked laboratories, special corps,budgets and national animal identification systems.

A total of 256 medical professionals at the hospitals of different levels were interviewed and requested to complete the relevant questionnaires.The findings revealed that the top five unsatisfied items were growth & development,working conditions,doctor-patient relationship,income and social status.The levels of job satisfaction varied with their specific occupations and technical titles.Around two thirds of them once had the thought of leaving their pre-hospital care posts.

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of endoscopic nose biliary drainage (ENBD) through endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) to treat for elderly patients with acute severe cholangitis in primary hospital.Methods Forty-two elderly patients with acute severe cholangitis were collected,the patients received ENBD through ERCP.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,imaging examinations and laboratory examinations before and after treatment were compared.Results All 42 patients received ENBD through ERCP,40 patients were cured,1 patient failed in ERCP and then was turned to surgical operation,and 1 patient whose cholangitis condition got better died of respiratory failure because of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Conclusion ENBD through ERCP is a safety and effective treatment which was used to treat for elderly patients with acute severe cholangitis in primary hospital,so this technique is worthy popularizing in primary hospital.

Aim To investigate the pharmacokinetics of dipfluzine hydrochloride,a novel piperazines calcium antagonist.Methods Eighteen Beagle dogs were randomly divided into three groups,which were administered with dipfluzine hydrochloride at iv single dose of 1.5,3.0 and 6.0 mg?kg-1,respectively.The blood was collected at different time.A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the concentration of dipfluzine hydrochloride in plasma.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P97 software.Results The specificity,lowest limit of detection and quantification,extraction recoveries,the precision of intra-and inter-day and stability were qualified to the pharmacokinetic study.The concentration-time courses of dipfluzine hydrochloride were best fitted to a two-compartment open model at three doses.The main pharmacokinetic parameters at three doses were 24.7,24.2 and 29.6 h for T12?,0.44,1.12 and 2.86 g?min?L-1 for AUC,1.30,1.22 and 1.28 L?kg-1 for Vc,and 3.4?10-3,2.7?10-3 and 2.1?10-3 L?kg-1?min-1 for CL,respectively.Conclusions The developed RP-HPLC method for determination of dipfluzine hydrochloride in plasma can satisfy the requirement of pharmacokinetic study after iv dipfluzine hydrochloride.Analysis of plasma concentration-time curves indicates a biphasic decrease.There was a linear relationship between AUC and dosage.
