Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(8):1018-1021
In recent years, the humanistic quality education in vast number of medical colleges and universities shows a low level of wandering state. This in not only related with the poor condition of current humanistic quality course, but also related with the diametrically opposed humanistic quality education and medical professional education and lack of organic integration. To improve the medical colleges' educational level is urgent to establish the concept of holographic education of great medicine, great education and great culture, improve the teaching quality of current humanistic quality education, actively explore the deep integration of humanistic quality education and medical professional education, improve the humanistic quality and nurturing ability of teachers staff in medical universities and colleges, and so on.

Objective To analyze the biomechanical changes of lateral atlantoaxial articulation by means of three‐dimensional fnite element models of craniocervical junction malformation(CJVM) .Methods CT scan images of 1 patients with CJVM were ob‐tained .The analytical model was constructed by advanced three‐dimension modeling and finite element softwares .A comparison of range of motion difference between the deformity model and normal model ,referring to the experience of clinical observation ,was used to verify the validity of the model .Applying respectively the same loads and boundary conditions on finite element model .The effectiveness was verified by contrastive analysis of the variation in lateral atlantoaxial joint stresses .Results The finite CJVM ele‐ment model with high geometric accuracyand reliable parameter had built .Compared to the results of cadaver test and finite element model based in normal cranio‐cervical junction ,the segment mobility coincides with the actual clinical performance in patients .The stress distribution the lateral junction between atlas and axis of can be reasonably explained the deformation of lateral atlanto‐axial joint structure and its important role in remaining stable between atlantoaxial vertebraeunder different physiological conditions .Con‐clusion The structure of lateral atlantoaxial joint changes in patients of CJVM ,the biomechanical stability for preoperative diagno‐sis and intraoperative treatment operation has a certain value .

Background:Clinical and epidemiological studies revealed that estrogen replacement therapy was associated with a significant reduction in risk of colorectal cancer in postmenopausal women. In our previous studies, estrogen increased the expression of mismatch repair (MMR)gene MLH1 in colonic cancer cells, and re-expression of MLH1 in MLH-deficient colonic cancer cells significantly increased the estrogen-induced apoptosis.Aims:To investigate the signaling pathway implicated in the MLH1-mediated apoptosis in colonic cancer cells induced by estrogen and the roles of p53 and its related genes in this apoptotic pathway. Methods:Plasmid containing wild type human MLH1 (hMLH1)full length cDNA was transfected into MLH1-deficient human colonic cancer cell line HCT116.By using HCT116 cells transfected with empty plasmid as controls, the apoptotic DNA ladder was determined by electrophoresis and the expressions of p53 and other apoptosis-related proteins were assessed by Western blotting under the condition with or without estrogen stimulation. Results:17β-estradiol (E2 )at the concentration of 10 -8 mol/L induced significant apoptosis in HCT116 cells transfected with hMLH1.In HCT116 cells transfected with hMLH1 and stimulated with E2 (group D),the protein expressions of caspase-3,caspase-9,p53,Bax and cytoplasmic cytochrome C increased significantly when compared with HCT116 cells stimulated with E2 only (group B);expressions of the abovementioned proteins were also higher in group D than in group C (transfected with hMLH1 only). Conclusions:MMR gene MLH1 is involved in estrogen-induced apoptosis of human colonic cancer cell line HCT116 by activating p53 signaling and mitochondrial apoptotic pathway.
8.A Review on Relations Between Pathogenicity and Melanin of Plant Fungi

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Melanin is formed by oxidative polymerization of phenolic compounds, basically different kinds of melanin come from different organisms.DOPA melanin and DHN melanin have same physical and chemical characters although they have different biosynthetic pathway.DHN melanin is common in plant fungi and plays an important role on infection. The melanin accumulates in the fungal cell walls and prevents organic and inorganic molecules penetrating out, that insures appressorium's pressure and infection ability. This paper has reviewed the kinds and characters, especially discussed the role of melanin during pathogen infection based on our some research.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
The L-cysteine desulfhydrase gene (cd) of Pseudomonas sp.TS1138 was amplified by PCR,and the amplified gene was recombined in the cloning vector pBluescript SKII.The 1.2kb DNA fragment containing cd was sequenced, and its homology with other desulfhydrases was blast; then the cd was cloned into the expression vector pET-21a(+), and afterward expressed by IPTG inducement. The expression protein was purified by Ni-NTA His-Bind Resin. Then the expression protein was identified by the method of activity staining of desulfhydrase, and the characterization of L-cysteine desulfhydrase and the critical role it played in the L-cysteine biosynthetic pathway were discussed.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Dibenzothiophene (DBT) was used as a model compound. A bacteria strain, which can degrade dibenzo-thiophene efficiently, was obtained. This strain was identified as Pseudomonas stutzeris UP-1 according to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characters, and 16S rDNA sequence. The strain exhibits strong degradation capacity of DBT, and the end product of degradation is a kind of soluble compound. After the analysis of product of DBT degradation, it was deduced that the degradation of DBT by Pseudomonas stutzeri UP-1 is in accordance with the Kodama mechanism.
