Objective To improve the poor water-solubility of nimodipine,nimodipine-loaded PLEG copoly- met nanopartieles were prepared to avoid the sedimentation of its crystal from water, which could also shun the blood vessel stimulation caused by ethanol,a cosolvent,in the injection. Methods Solvent evaporation method was used to prepare water-dispersing nimodipine-loaded nanoparticles, whose lyophilized powder was further prepared, with PLEG2000 as drug carrier.Particle size,Zeta potential, embedding ratio, drug loading, shape and redispersion ability of the lyophilized powder were determined. Results Concerning the lyophilized nanoparticle powders, the particle sizes were 136nm,the Zeta potentials were -29.90mV,the embedding ratio was 67.9% and the drug loading was 6.17%.Conclusion Prepared nimodipine-loaded nanoparticles solved the problem of poor water-solubility of ni- modipine basically. It also avoided the recrystallization process of the drug and reduced the blood vessel stimulation caused by ethanol in the injection.
3.Effects of Early Enteral Feeding Containing MCT/LCT on Improving Protein Catabolism of Burned Patients
Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objectives To compare the effects of different early enteral nutrition formula on improving metabolic status of burned patients. Methods Thirty cases of burned patients with total burn surface area (TBSA) more than 30% were randomly divided into two groups:⑴Group F, enteral feeding with Fresubin 750MCT containing MCT/LCT as fat source, ⑵Group N, enteral feeding with Nutrison containing only LCT as fat source. All of the thirty patients received isocaloric, isonitrogenous and isolipidic enteral feeding with intragstric tube and enteral feeding pump, within 24h of postburn. Plasma insulin, glucagons, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and 3-methylhistidine in urine were measured on day 1,4,7and 10 days of postburn. Results The results showed that the patients of group F had an increased blood concentration of insulin and the ratio of insulin/ glucagons, a decreased plasma concentration of TNF, and a reduced excretion of 3-methylhistidine in urine as compared with the patients of group N. Conclusions An enteral compound diet containing MCT/LCT in the early enteral feeding in burned patients can improve the metabolic status of burned patients more effectively.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2016;32(4):610-613
Objective To investigate the CT features of mesenteric lymph nodes in patients with active Crohn’s disease. Methods The CT findings in 54 patients with active Crohn's disease proved by histology were analyzed, and the anatomic distribution, size, number, shape and enhancement ratio (ER)of the mesenteric lymph node were assessed. Results Mesenteric lymphadenopathy in 38 patients (70.4%)was found with a total number of 242,83.5%(202/242)of whom were located at the mesenteric root and 16.5%(40/242) at mesenteric edge. The size of the lymph nodes at the mesenteric root was larger than that at the mesenteric edge (8.57 mm±2.26 mm versus 5.38 mm±0.1 9 mm,the mean maximum short diameter),and 73.6% (1 78/242 )of the lymph nodes were oval in shape. The lymph nodes showed significant enhancement after contrast injection with an ER of 0.53 ±0.09.Conclusion Active CD often leads to mesenteric lymphadenopathy, which is more obvious at the mesenteric root.

Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) is a non-selective positive ion channel that is mainly expressed in sensory neurons and a member of transient receptor potential (TRP) family. The receptor could be activated by mechanical irritation, chemical irritation or endogenous ligand to mediate pains and cause injury to body functions. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the mechanism of pain is that "stagnation leads to pain". Specifically, both of the contracture and tautness caused by cold and the blood stasis could result in blood impassability and pain. Most of traditional Chinese medicines for clearing heat and removing toxicity have the anti-inflammatory effect, while those for warming interior, and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis have the effect in smoothening blood vessels. Therefore, either with the anti-inflammatory effect or the effect in smoothening blood vessels, traditional Chinese medicines for clearing heat and removing toxicity, warming interior, and promoting blood circulation have the analgesic effect In this paper, the authors summarize the analgesic effect of the above three traditional Chinese medicines, with TRPV1 as the target.

China Pharmacist 2015;18(12):2200-2202
Objective:To establish a detection method for ethanol in HuaiShi province Ye. Methods:Ethanol in HuaiShi Ye was determined by GC with a DB-ALC1 capillary column(30 m × 0. 53 mm,3. 0 μm), an FID detector and nitrogen as the carrier gas. The injector temperature was 200℃, the detector temperature was 250℃ and the column temperature was 80℃. The flow rate of N2 was 5 ml·min-1 . Tertbutyl alcohol was used as the internal standard, and 1. 0μl sample was injected by a headspace injector. Results:The solvents were completely separated, and the calibration curve of ethanol had good linear relationship within the range of 3. 177 0-15. 885 0 mg(r=0. 999 6), and the recovery was 98. 7%. The intra-day precision of different concentrations was less than 2. 5%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of ethanol in HuaiShi Ye.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2003;0(07):-
Objective To investigate rheumatic disease manifestations in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes and explore possible causes. Methods Nine myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)inpatients with rheumatic disease manifestations were reviewed retrospectively. Results Nine patients with the diagnosis of MDS had active rheumatic disease manifestations with various degree of hypergammaglobulinemia and positive autoantibodies. Two patients had rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and RA+anti-phospholipid syndrome(APS),four systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and SLE+polymyositis(PM),one patients had adult onset Still's disease, one with acute arthritis and cutaneous vassulitis, one had lupus-like manifestations including polyserositis,al- buminuria, hypocomplementemia and positive Commb's test. Conclusion The rheumatic disease manifesta- tions in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes are characterized by various active rheumatic disease manifes- tation.Immunological abnormalities and ineffective hematopoiesis are persistent.Immunologic abnormalities in MDS such as impaired function of T and B cells, hypergammaglobulinemia, positive autoantibodies, may be the causes of various rheumatic manifestations. We suggest that there is a significant association between myeludys- plastic syndrome and rheumatic diseases.
