Autoimmune encephalitis is a group of inflammatory diseases related to autoantibodies that affect the central nervous system. Early diagnosis of patients with autoimmune encephalitis has certain difficulties, because the clinical manifestations caused by different types of autoantibodies can be non-specific, and the presence of multiple autoantibodies can cause variation and superposition of clinical manifestations. The article reported a case of autoimmune encephalitis patients with double positive anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor and dipeptidyl-peptidase-like protein-6 antibodies, and reviewed relevant literature for clinical reference.

Military Medical Sciences 2015;(4):296-301
Objective To analyze domestic and foreign papers on H5N1 virus research using literature metrology and visualized knowledge mapping. Methods Pajek, Bibexcel, and VoSviewer software were used based on Web of Knowledge platform. Results Study on H5N1 virus has been a research focus wide since 2005 and a series of institutions and investi-gators have appeared, with US being the leader in this area and followed by China. The most popular topics of studies on H5N1 included its virology, epidemiology, basic research, anti-virus drugs and vaccines. Conclusion Studies on H5N1 have received more attention, which suggests that more efforts have to be made in China in terms of communication and co-operation with key institutions and famous researchers so as to achieve more success in key areas.

Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan,an angiotensinⅡtype 1 receptor (AT1 R)blocker,on radiosensitivity, invasive potential and proliferation activity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells(CNE-2)in vitro. Methods Radiosensitization of valsartan on CNE-2 cells in vitro was investigated by colony forming assay.Effect of ATl R blocker combined with radiation on invasive potential of CNE-2 cells was evaluated using 24-well Matrigel invasion chambers(Transwell).Apoptosis-inducing effect of valsartan combined with radiation on apoptosis of CNE-2 was identified by flowcytometry(FCM). Resuits When valsartan was given at 10-9.10-8 and 10-7 mol/L combined with radiation, sensitivity enhancement ratios (SER)were 1.10,1.20 and 1.36.and the invasive inhibition rates were 8.11%,16.49%and 16.77%,respectively.The SER of valsartan on CNE-2 distinctly increased when the exposure time was increased. After 24 h exposure to 10-8 mol/L valsartan combined witIl radiation.the apoptosis rate was 1.89%±0.09%,which was higher than 1.62%±0.06%in radiation alone group(t=4.79.P<0.05). Conclusions AT1 R blocker valsartan combined with radiation can significantly inhibit the proliferation activity of nasophar, cngeal carcinoma cells in vitro in a dose- and time-dependent manner.Valsartan combined with radiation can potently inhibit the invasive potential of CNE-2.which may be involved in the mechanism of valsartan treatment in vivo.

China Pharmacist 2014;(2):330-332
Objective:To determine the residual formaldehyde fumigation on the surface of pharmaceutical equipments by AHMT method. Methods:The reaction time of AHMT was controlled in 20 min, the solution with sodium periodate was then shaken for 30 seconds and stood for 30 seconds, and then the absorbance at 550 nm was measured. Results: The linear range of formaldehyde was 0. 250~2. 495 μg·ml-1. The recovery of formaldehyde on glass plate, color steel plate and stainless steel plate was (83. 42 ± 1. 48)%(n=3), (83. 63 ± 1. 94)%(n=3)and (83. 94 ± 2. 28)%(n=3), respectively. Conclusion:The method is proved to be convenient and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde on the surface of pharmaceutical equipments.

Singapore medical journal 2014;55(5):e77-81
Alimentary tract duplications are rare congenital anomalies that usually present in childhood and occasionally in adults. They are most common in the ileum, but can occur anywhere along the alimentary tract from the mouth to the anus. We report a 24-year-old woman who presented with a giant chylous ileum cyst duplication. To our knowledge, there is only one other report of a patient with a giant chylous cyst in the literature.

Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(05):-
Objective To study the relationship between ophthalmic changes and intracranial aneurysms.Design Retrospective case series.Participants 91 patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods We analyzed retrospectively patients with intracranial a- neurysms hospitalized in Department of Neurosurgery,PLA General Hospital from Jan.2005 to Dec.2007.Patients with ophthalmic changes underwent digital subtraction angiography, and were treated by surgery or intervention therapy.Main Outcome Measures Dif- ferent locations, sizes of aneurysms and directions of its tops, situation of ophthalmic changes.Result 23 patients (25.27%) had oph- thalmic changes in 91 patients with intracranial aneurysms.12 cases(52.17%)harbored posterior communicating aneurysms.Aneurysms of petrosal segment internal carotid artery and paraclinoid internal carotid artery were both 2 cases(8.70%).Aneurysm of ophthalmic in- ternal carotid artery, anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, posterior inferior cerebellar artery, intracavernous primary trigemi- nal artery, carotid bifurcation was all 1 case (4.35%).The main ophthalmic demonstration of posterior communicating aneurysms was various degrees of oculomotor nerve palsy.Aneurysm of paraclinoid usually was accompanied by visual acuity decreasing, aneurysm of primary trigeminal artery by abducens nerve palsy and aneurysm of petrosal segment internal carotid artery by paroxysmal diplopia re- spectively. All patients before treatment lacked detailed ophthalmic examinations. The longest follow-up after treatment was 1 year.No improvement appeared in patients underwent intervention therapy.Patients underwent neck clipping had no or limited improvements. Conclusion Half of intracranial aneurysms patients with ophthalmic changes are posterior communicating aneurysms, and its main oph- thalmic change is oculomotor nerve palsy. The patients with intracranial aneurysms should be consultated by oculists in time.
