3.Methods for the study of drug transporters.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(7):963-970
As a functional membrane protein, drug transporters play an important role in the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs. The functional omission or inhibition of drug transporters is believed to be involved in the drug-drug interaction and pathogenesis of certain diseases. Understanding the function of drug transporters is highly significant in terms of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and toxicity of drugs. This article summarized the methods for the study of drug transporters in vitro and in vivo.

5.The Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(11):-
Posterior circulation iscbemia refers to the transient iscbemic attack and the cerebral infarction in vertebrobasilar artery system, its prognosis is not as good as anterior circulation ischemia, and its treatment is similar to that of anterior circulation ischemia. However, because of the mortality of basilar artery occlusion is higher, usually more aggressive treatment should be considered, such as thromholytic therapy(especially intra-arterial thromholysis)and endovas- cular therapy, and the therapeutic time window is much longer. This article reviews the treatment of anterior circulation ischemia.

Objective To investigate the effect of rapamycin(RPM)on hepatic interleukin-10(IL-10)gene and acute liver injury in rats with postburn Staphylococcus aureus sepsis. Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group, scald control group, postburn sepsis group, and RPM treatment group.Tissue samples from liver and plasma were collected to determine IL-10 mRNA and protein expressions, and liver function parameters were also measured. Results Compared to postburn Staphylococcus aureus sepsis group,in RPM treatment group hepatic IL-10 mRNA expression and plasma IL-10 were significantly increased at 0.5 hour after RPM treatment(P

10.Association of calcium channel?1 subunit gene - 1551T/C polymorphisms with thyrotoxic periodic paralysis
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
The association of polymorphisms of calcium channel?1 subunit ( Cav1.1 ) gene ( - 1551T/C at exon 11 ) with thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (TPP) was investigated by PCR-RFLP.The distributions and frequencies of - 1551TC + CC genotype and C allele in TPP group were significantly higher than those in hyperthyroidism (HT) and normal control (CON) groups. There was no statistic difference between HT and CON groups.Cavl.1 gene - 1551TC + CC genotype and allele may contribute to the development of TPP in male HAN population from North China.
