Objective To evaluate the effects of color Doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous aspiration and absolute alcohol sclerotherapy on abdominal viscera cysts.Methods38 abdominal cysts in 33 cases were treated under Color Doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous aspiration and sclerotherapy with injection of absolute alcohol.Results After absolute alcohol treatment for 38 cysts in 33 cases,the cure rate was 89%,the efficacy rate was 100%.Con- clusion Color Doppler ultrasound Guided puncture sclerosing therapy of abdominal viscera cyst is a simple,safe and effective method.

Objective To investigate the occurrence and influencing factors of early allograft dysfunction (EAD) in patients receiving donation after cardiac death (DCD) liver Transplantation.Methods Forty-five patients received orthotopic liver transplantation in our center during January 2016 and May 2016 were included in this study.Based on the occurrence of EAD,patients were divided into EAD group and non-EAD group.Perioperative data of donors and recipients were collected to analyze the risk factors of EAD and the effect of EAD on the short-term prognosis of patients.Results In 45 patients,the incidence of EAD was 57.8％ (26 cases).During the follow-up period,the mortality of recipients in EAD group and non-EAD group was 15.4％ and 15.8％ respectively,which showed no significant difference.Donor age,preoperative ALT and AST levels,cold ischemia time (CIT) were significantly increased in EAD group than in non-EAD group (43.7 ±2.5 and36.2±2.5,P=0.0409;64.2 ±13.2 and 31.0 ± 5.9,P=0.0407;87.3±16.2 and48.2±6.2,P=0.047 3;629.5 ± 35.2 and 484.6 ± 30.5,P =0.004 0,respectively).Perioperative CRP level in EAD group was significantly higher than in non-EAD group (22.6 ± 5.9 and 4.7 ± 1.1,P =0.012 1).What's more,postoperative platelet level was significantly lower in EAD group than in nonEAD group (73.7 ± 8.0 and 111.7 ±16.0,P =0.0439).However,pre-and post-operative neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in recipients showed no significant difference between EAD group and non-EAD groups.Conclusion Older donor age,high levels of preoperative ALT and AST,prolonged cold ischemic time,as well as high level of preoperative CRP and decrease of postoperative platelet level in recipients are risk factors for the occurrence of EAD after liver transplantation.

Objective To study the prevalence of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) in normal children and hepatitis B virus (HBV) carrying children. Methods Anested polymerase chain reaction(nPCR) assay was established using two - set of primers designed from the first open read frame of TTV genome. Serum from the children who received physical examination was tested by nPCR assay for the presence of TTV- DNA. Results The total detectable rate of TTV - DNA in those 230 objects was 17.4% , in which the positive rate of TTV - DNA was 13.7% in normal children and was 25.7% in children carrying HBV. There was significant difference in the positive rate of TTV - DNA between normal children and the children carrying HBV. Conclusion There is TTV infection in normal children,and there is higher positive rate of TTV-DNA in children carrying HBV in Xinjiang.

Objective Investigate the prognosis of patients undergoing liver transplantation (LT) for end-stage autoirnmune liver disease (ALD).Method The clinical data of 45 patients with endstage ALD undergoing LT from April 2001 to March 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University were analyzed retrospectively.The postoperative cumulative survival rate of the recipients was calculated,and the causes of death were analyzed.The postoperative rejections,new onset viral hepatitis and ALD recurrence were also analyzed.Result In 45 ALD recipients,33 cases survived and the postoperative 5-year cumulative survival rate was 78.8％.Causes for 12 dead cases were mnultiple organ failure,liver graft failure,respiratory complications,hemorrhage and hepatic artery embolization.In 45 ALD recipients,6 cases suffered rejection after operation with the incidence bing 13.3％.One case suffered new onset hepatitis B infection 8 years after opcration.One recipient suffered primary disease (primary biliary cirrhosis) recurrence 2 years after operation,and 1 recipient with primary disease (primary sclerosing cholangitis) developed into overlap syndrome.They all survived for a long term after active treatments.Conclusion Most LT recipients with endstage ALD can obtain a long term survival.Attentions should be paid to the immunosuppressive regimens in early period after LT,prevention of infection,rejection and postoperative new onset viral hepatitis,and timely diagnosis of primary disease recurrence.

Purpose To investigate the clinicopathological features of the adult rhabdomyoma (A-RM) in the oral and maxillofacial region.Methods Three cases of A-RM in the oral and maxillofacial region were analyzed for the clinical symptoms,imaging data,pathological features,differential diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis with the literatures review.Results The age arranged from 4 yea~ to 83 years in three A-RM cases.Two cases were male and one case was female.Two cases occurred in the mouth floor and one case in the tongue.Three A-RM cases presented as slowly growing,painless masses clinically.The masses were lobular,red-brown nodules with clear boundary.Histologically,they consisted of densely packed,large,round and polygonal cells with abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm.Cross striations and vacuoles were seen in the cytoplasm.Tumor cells expressed desmin and myoglobin,partially expressed SMA,MyoD1 and S-100 protein.PAS was also positive among tumor cells and could be digested by the diastasum diastace.Conclusion Histological examination is the main diagnostic basis for A-RM.For accurate diagnosis,cross striations and immunohistochemistry for myogenic proteins in cytoplasm are of pivotal importance.Radical resection is the main treatment with generally promising prognosis.

AIM: To establish a method of in vitro donor heart perfusion in murine cardiac transplantation during preservation and apply it in adenovirus mediated gene transfection for donor heart. METHODS: Donor heart was transfected with recombinant adenovirus and stored for 2 hours after harvest, then it was transplanted heterotopically in abdomen. The grafts were appraisal by palpitation. Marked gene products were determined by X-Gal staining, aod T cell infiltration was determined by immunohistochemistry. The activation markers of recipients' lymphocytes were examed by cytometry. RESULTS: The grafts survival rate is 100% after perfusion and cold storage. The LacZ staining became strong 1 week after transplantation. The grafts remained an intact structure and no apparent T cell infiltration. The activation status of recipients' lymphocytes were not enhanced by transfected cardiac graft. CONCLUSION: In vitro perfusion during graft cold preservation is feasible for adenovirus mediated gene transfection. [

Purpose To build up the Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate enteric coating sustained-release pellets delivery system by aqueous dispersion coating technique. Methods 1. Adopting MCC as vehicle, SiO_2 as antisticking agent, appropriate amount of 40% ethanol, preparing the core of pellets by extrude-spheronization method and the formulation and manufacturing process were optimized by orthogonal design. 2. Preparing the coating material with Eudragit L 30 D, which is used as pore-forming agent, EC as blocker and PEG6000 as plasticizer. The pellets were coated by fluid-bed coating method. Results 1. The optimal formulation and manufacturing process of pelltes' core were as follows: drug: MCC: SiO_2 = 7:7:5, extruding rate: 1 080 r/min, rounding rate: 960 r/min, rounding time: 5 min. 2. After the addition of EC: Eudragit L = 35:65, the plasticizer is 1.71 % and weight gain is 5% . The release in the gastric model fluid(pH 1.0) < 10% , and complete release ( > 80% ) in the enteric model fluid(pH 6.8) was in two hours. The release behavior accords with the regulations on the release rate of enteric preparation in ChP. Conclusion By adjusting the formulation and the parameters of the process of pellet and coating, we can make enteric coating Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate sustained-release pellets. All this accords with the regulation of pharmacopedia in vitro release.

Objective To illustrate and analyze the clinical feature and treatment of botulism introduced by illegal injection of botulinum neurotoxins (BoNT),in order to provide some evidence for early diagnosis and treatment strategy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 13 botulism patients was performed in this article.All of the patients were suffered from illegal injection of botulinum neurotox in products.Support treatments were carried out according to their severe grade,and the courses of disease and the curative effects were observed.Results A new category was first identified as injection induced botulism to describe such a situation of cosmetic injection out of the hospital with neither the prescribed botulinum toxin product nor a doctor.One in 13 patients graded mild botulism,the other 12 patients graded middle level.The processes of the new botulism had 4 stages:preclinical stage (4 days),progressive stage (9.8 days),apical stage (9.1 days) and restoration stage (5.2 months).The relationships of a positive correlation in injection dose and the length of progressive stage were identified,while a negative correlation with the length of preclinical stage was revealed.Conclusions The earlier2-3 weeks after illegal injection are crucial for intense care because of the acceleration in this period.Absolute rest and active treatments as well as antitoxinum are benefit for the recovery of patients.

Objective The aim of this study is to demonstrate the pathological characteristics about two types of pancreati‐tis ,providing new thinking about the mechanism of severe acute pancreatitis .Methods Thirty male Sprague‐Dawley rats were ran‐domly divided into three equal groups :sham‐operated (SO ,n=10) group ,mild acute pancreatitis (MAP ,n=10)) group and severe acute pancreatitis (SAP ,n=10) group ,all the rats were killed after 12 h of building model .Under the microscope ,we detected the pathological changes of pancreas ,liver ,lung and small intestine .The ultrastructure of pancreas ,liver ,lung and small intestine tissue were observed by transmission electron microscope .Results In SAP group ,congestion ,edema ,inflammatory cell infiltration ,lea‐king of blood componedts ,vascular endothelial injury and thrombosis of microcirculation were obviously observed .There is no ap‐parent pathological changes in the MAP group except the edema of pancreas .Conclusion Hemorrhage and necrosis are the main pathological characteristics in SAP rats ,has essential difference with MAP .These pathological characteristics provides us a new thinking for further study about the mechanism of SAP .

Objective To evaluate the relationship between myocardial perfusion imaging quality and reconstruction time of dual-souce CT (DSCT).Methods Myocardial perfusion imaging was performed in 28 subjects using second-generation DSCT.The coronary arteries of all selected subjects were normal.280 ms temporal resolution was used,and the image of 30 ％-80 ％ R-R phase was reconstructed by retrospective ECG gating interval 5 ％.The artifact area of myocardial perfusion iodine map image of each R-R interval were obtained.Average segment artifacts of the heart bottom,central,apical,apical level of heart level were calculated and statistical analyzed.Results The artifact area of myocardial perfusion iodine map of the heart bottom,central,apical,and the whole heart had statistically significant differences (all P＜0.01),and the minimum artifact area was in60％ R-R phase ([0.31±±0.28]cm2,[0.18±0.23]cm2,[0.13±0.13]cm2,[0.22± 0.18]cm2).There was no difference between different phases of the heart apical level (P=0.634).The minimum artifact area of myocardial perfusion iodine map of the heart bottom,central,apical,apical level in 60％ R-R phase at the heart apical,the difference had statistically significant (F 3.701,P=0.014),there was no difference between the heart apical and central (P＞0.05),but the difference between the heart apical and other parts had statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Using 280 ms temporal resolution,second-generation DSCT can achieve the optimal myocardial perfusion imaging quality using 60％ R-R phase reconstruction.
