By using cup culture, influence of different strains (ammonium-resistant N2-fixing type, wild type, none N2-fixing type) of Klebsiella oxytoca on the growth of rice seedling was compared. It was discovered that ammonium-resistant N2 -fixing bacteria could excrete some plant growth promoting substance, which could be adsorbed by cation resin. It' s activity wouldn't be affected at 80℃. At optimal concentration, the weight of rice root and seedling were increased by

Based on the physiological properties of ammonium-resistant N2-fixingbacterium ( Klebsiella oxytoca NG13/pMC73A), the fermentation technology of it was studied. The basic medium of high-density culture was established, with glucose as carbon source coupled with appropriate nitrogen source and inorganic salts. At the middle and late phase of culture, glucose and ammonia were added to supply carbon source and nitrogen source, stabilizing the pHat 6.5 ~ 6.8. Optimal level of dissolved oxygen was kept by controlling aeration and stirring rate. Bacterium number of Klebsiella oxytoca NG13/pMC73A reached 600 ~ 700 x 10s cfu/mL at the end of culture. Compared with previous technology, bacterium number was increased by more than ten-fold with a comparable culture period.

Objective To study the life quality of 2 - 3 years old survivors in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Methods Severe neonates were randomly assigned to intervention group (group 1,30 cases) and non- intervention group (group 2,30 cases) depending on the early intervention applied or not,as well as 30 healthy newborns as normal controls. The physical, neurological conditions and intelligence test were taken regularly. To investigate the psychological state, actions, temperament and family conditions when they were2-3 years old. Results Mental development index(MDI) and physical development index(PDI) in early interventional group were significant higher than those in group 2(P

OBJECTIVE:
To observe the effects of intermedin preconditioning on hypoxic injury in rat's cardiac myocytes and to provide the hypothetical mechanism of sudden cardiac death in the field of forensic pathology.
METHODS:
The H9c2 cultured rat cardiac myocytes were randomly divided into control group, hypoxia group and IMD group. The myocardial cell viability, cellular ultrastructure, intracellular calcium concentration and apoptosis rate were determined by MTT assay, transmission electron microscopy, laser scanning confocal microscope and flow cytometry, respectively.
RESULTS:
Compared with the control group, cell viability obviously decreased with inner ultrastructure injury in the hypoxia group (P<0.05), while cell viability significantly increased in the IMD group by reducing the hypoxia injury of cardiac myocytes (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, [Ca2+]i (fluorescence intensity) and apoptosis rate significantly increased in the hypoxia group, but decreased in the IMD group (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
IMD increases the cell survival rate and decreases the cell apoptosis inhibited by intracellular calcium overload from hypoxia. This finding may reveal the mechanism of protective effects of myocardial hypoxia, and provide a scientific basis for the identification sudden cardiac death.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2019;25(1):1-5
Objective To review the nomenclature and terminology, diagnostic criteria, classification and evaluation of intellectual disability using WHO ICD-11 and ICF.Methods The theories and approaches of ICD-11 and ICF were adopted to analyze the nomenclature and terminology, diagnostic criteria, classification and evaluation of intellectual disability. Results ICD-11 and ICF had established the nomenclature and terminology, diagnostic criteria, classification and evaluation of intellectual disability from the perspectives of content model of ICD-11 and functioning of ICF respectively. Intellectual disability had used nomenclature of disorder of intellectual development and one of sub-categories of mental, behavioral or neurodevelopmental disorders. Intellectual disability was also defined as both impairment of intellectual function (b117) and functional limitation of adaptive behaviors (d1-d9) using ICF. Occurrence age of intellectual disability was before 18 years old for diagnostic criteria of ICD-11 and ICF.Conclusion The nomenclature and terminology, diagnostic criteria and classifications of intellectual disability have been reviewed and updated using the theories and approaches of ICD-11 and ICF. It provides theoretical supports, approaches, and standardized tools for the development of rehabilitation service for people with intellectual disability.

Objective To establish the theoretical framework and approaches of services provision of vocational rehabilitation (VR) for people with intellectual disability (ID) to promote the decent employment of people with ID.Methods The employment difficulties of people with ID had been analyzed using ICF, and the content and the procedure of VR for people with ID had been explored. Results According to ICF, the employment difficulties of people with ID included functioning, barriers of employment and environmental factors. VR services for people with ID included assessment of employment barriers and vocational capacity, vocational counseling, vocational skill development and training, vocational guidance, support and assistance service, VR and politics development and research. The procedures of VR services for people with ID included assessing employment difficulties and vocational abilities, establishing employment setting and target, planning and implementing individualized VR program, and follow-up services. Conclusion It is necessary to use ICF to develop structured and individualized VR framework and approaches of VR for people with ID.

OBJECTIVETo study the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and deep-vein thrombosis (DVT), and analyze the interaction of Hcy, folate and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene polymorphism in patients with DVT.
METHODSTotally 69 patients with DVT and 111 healthy controls were included in our case-control study. We determined the MTHFR C677T genotypes by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), measured the serum folate and vitamin B12 by radioimmunoassay (RIA), and measured the plasma homocysteine level by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA).
RESULTSThe frequency of the MTHFR C677T TT genotype had no significant difference between DVT group and control group (P > 0.05). The plasma Hcy level was significantly higher in DVT group than in control group (13.03 +/- 8.74 mumol/L vs 10.14 +/- 4.30 mumol/L, P < 0.05). Both serum folate and VitB12 of patients with DVT were not significantly different from those of controls. The odds radios (OR) of hyperhomocysteinemia for DVT was 2.53 (95% CI 1.08-5.92). The interaction of low folate level and TT genotype increased the risk of DVT (OR = 3.12, 95% CI 1.17-8.38).
CONCLUSIONHyperhomocysteinemia may be an independent risk factor for DVT in Han nationality, while serum folate level and MTHRF C677T genotype are not. An interaction between serum folate level and MTHFR genotype that affect the Hcy level is an important risk factor for DVT.
