1.Mechanism of inhibition of tumor metastasis by breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):438-441
Breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1(BRMS1)can suppress the tumor cells metastasis. and significantly reduces the metastasis without affecting tumor growth. The relevant mechanism(s)may be related to intercellular communication, phosphoinositide signal transduction and interaction with NF-KB, and so on. Therefore, exploring the mechanisms of inhibition of tumor metastasis might be helpful for use of BRMS1 as tumor gene therapy.
4.Signal processing of totally digitalized B-ultrasonography
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(06):-
Totally digitalized B-ultrasonography is the tendency of the development of ultrasonic medical instruments. Its basic technical characteristic is realizing real-time processing of the extremely huge ultrasonic data with digital electric circuit. This paper summarized the tendency of development and the primary techniques of signal processing, which including dynamic filtering, log amplification, envelope detection and secondary sampling. Furthermore, various techniques in different procedure of signal processing are introduced in detail.

Bulletin of The Academy of Military Medical Sciences 2009;33(6):561-563,566
Objective:To establish hospital infection data sharing and service platform for collecting and issuing the hospital infection data. Methods:The relational database was used to realize data storage and J2EE light structure was employed to enhance the development and the operating efficiency and flexibility of the system according to the principles of Web information system. Results and Conclusion:An open and sharing hospital infection data platform for data processing, retrieving and analyzing was established. The established hospital infection data set and surgery infection data set contained more than 20 000 records. The system provided an effective software platform support for the utilization of hospital infection data and the prevention and control of hospital infection. This article introduces key technologies of the design and realization of the system.

Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(19):2689-2691
Objective To establish children's independent normal reference intervals of five coagulation indexes in Chongqing,in order to better provide references for clinic. Methods The plasma samples of 5 119 healthy children were collected and used to detecting prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and fibrinogen (FIB),thrombin time (TT) and D-Dimer (D-D) via Sysmex CS5100 and Sysmex CSA2000.According to ages, the children were divided into 6 groups:newborn (at 0 to less than 15 days of age),newborn (at 15 days to less than 1 month of age),infant (at 1 to less than 7 months of age),children (at 7 months to less than 3 years of age),children (at 3 to less than 7 years of age),children (at 7 to 15 years of age),and comparatively analysed. For normal distribution data,(x)± 1.96s was used to calculate the reference intervals;while for skewness distribution data, the reference intervals was calculated by 95 % reference interval according to the percentile of P2.5 and P97.5.Results The normal reference intervals of five coagulation indexes in this clinical laboratory were as follows:PT 11.1-20.2 s (at 0 to less than 15 days of age),10.7-15.8 s (at 15 days to less than 1 month of age),9.9-13.5 s (at 1 month to 15 years of age);APTT 28.8-91.6 s (at 0 to less than 15 days of age),33.3-64.2 s (at 15 days to less tha 1 month of age),24.0-53.2 s (at 1 to less than 7 months of age),21.2-39.2 s (at 7 months to less tha 15 years of age);FIB 1.45-3.52 g/L (at 0 to less than 3 years of age),1.50-3.52 g/L (at 3 to 15 years of age);TT 15.4-26.3 s (at 0 to less than 15 days of age),14.9-21.4 s (at 15 days to less than 7 months of age),14.7-20.1 s (at 7 months to less than 3 years of age),14.9-19.3 s (at 3 to 15 years of age);D-D 0.1-5.1 mg/L (at 0 to less than 15 days of age),0.2-2.2 mg/L (at 15 days to less than 1 month of age),0.1-1.1 mg/L (at 1 to less tha 7 months of age),0.1-1.4 mg/L (at 7 months to less than 3 years of age),0.1-1.3 mg/L (at 3 to less than 7 years of age),0-1.0 mg/L (at 7 to 15 years of age). Conclusion The normal reference intervals of five coagulation indexes, including PT,APTT,FIB,TT and D-D,are established, which provide more accurate references for the diagnosis of related diseases in infants and children in this area.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2000;0(06):-
The effects of reaction temperature, pH, substrate and enzyme concentration, deacetylation degree of chitosan on the hydrolytic velocity of chitosan by Lysozyme were investigated. The results showed that the specificity of catalyst obey the dynamics of michae-lis-Menten. The optimum temperature and pH were 50℃ and 6. 0 respectively, the reaction velocity was reduced while the deacetylation degree of chitosan was raised. The mean molecular weight of low molecular chitosan has been determined by high performance liquid chro-matography method, the mean molecular weight was 8328.

Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE TTo evaluate the clinical manifestations of the laryngeal amyloidosis and its laryngoscopic characteristics.METHODS The clinical data of 11 cases with laryngeal amyloidosis confirmed pathologically was studied retrospectively. RESULTS There were 4 males and 7 females in this study. The age of the patients ranged from 16 to 64 years old (average 43.36?4.16).The duration of symptoms was 4 months to 10 years (average 2.85?0.87 years).Hoarseness presented in 10 patients (90.90%) and dyspnea in 4 patients. The false vocal cord was involved in 8 patients, laryngeal ventricle in 6 patients, true vocal cord in 5 patients and subglottic area in 3 patients observed with fibrolaryngoscope. The appearance of the lesions was mainly described as waxy yellow or yellow-gray submucosal plaques and nodules without ulceration of the overlying mucosa. The laryngostroboscopy demonstrated that the wave of the mucosa and vibration of the involved vocal cords were adynamic or disappeared.CONCLUSION The chief complaint of the laryngeal amyloidosis was hoarseness. Laryngeal amyloidosis is a slowly progressive disease. The lesions commonly involve the false vocal cord, laryngeal ventricle, true vocal cord and subglottic area.
