Objective To observe the effects ofTanyu Tongzhi Formula on proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs);To explore its activity of pro-angiogenesis.Methods HUVECs were cultured in vitro. Rats were treated with gavage containing different doses ofTanyu Tongzhi Formula (78.0, 39.0, 19.5 g/kg) to prepare serum with different doses of medicine. The activity of HUVECs was measured by MTT method. The effects on migration of HUVECs were inspected by using scratch wound assay.Results Compared with the normal control group, serum containing high-dose and medium-doseTanyu Tongzhi Formula could significantly promote the proliferation of the HUVECs (P<0.01). The rates were 49.78% and 33.92% respectively. And the cell migration rate was higher in the two groups than in the normal control group (P<0.01). The rates were 11.36% and 11.62% respectively.ConclusionTanyu Tongzhi Formula can promote proliferation and migration in HUVEC, which may be active to pro-angiogenesis.

In order to improve the effect of teaching and teachers' ability,make our teaching methods adapt to the social development,the department of Endocrinology used the method of preparing lessons collectively in our teaching.We found that the method not only made the the supply of teachers reasonably but also made good contribution to the students' culture.Practice testified that the method of preparing lessons collectively could adapt to the new model of cultivation and create substantial results.

BACKGROUND: At present, more and more scholars pay attention to the influence of spine and pelvis sagittal balance on the quality of life of patients. Postoperative changes in spine imaging parameters fol owing corrective osteotomy for lumbar degenerative kyphosis have not been reported. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate postoperative changes in sagittal balance fol owing corrective osteotomy for lumbar degenerative kyphosis. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed 35 consecutive lumbar degenerative kyphosis patients treated with posterior osteotomy fixation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2012 to December 2014. Imaging parameters were measured before fixation, immediately after fixation and during final fol ow-up. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) There were significant differences between preoperative and postoperative parameters except for pelvic incidence angle (P < 0.05). (2) There were significant differences between postoperative and last fol ow-up parameters except for Cobb angle, pelvic incidence angle, thoracic kyphosis angle and the thoracolumbar kyphosis (P < 0.05). (3) Pelvic tilt angle was negatively correlated with lumbar lordosis after fixation (r=-0.610, P < 0.001). Thoracic kyphosis was positively correlated with lumbar lordosis (r=0.598, P < 0.001). (4) Results suggested that lumbar sagittal contour can be significantly improved by corrective osteotomy for lumbar degenerative kyphosis. Simultaneously, reciprocal changes in the adjacent areas such as thoracic spine and pelvis occur to adapt to the new sagittal balance.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of frequently cited papers in Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (CJNMMI) during year 1998-2013.Methods Based on Wan Fang database,the citation number of each paper published in CJNMMI during year 1998-2013 was recorded.Percentage method was used to determine the number of frequently cited paper.The published year,regional distribution,number of authors,columns,key words and funding of the frequently cited paper were analyzed.Results There was 5.43％ (140/2 580) of the papers published in CJNMMI from year 1998-2013 were considered frequently cited.These 140 frequently cited papers accounted for 37.49％ (2 533/6 757) of the total number of citations,with an average citation number of 18.09.A total of 77.86％ (109/140) of these frequently cited papers were published during year 2000-2005,and 65.00％ (91/140)of them had 3-6 authors.Seven authors published 3 or more of these frequently cited papers.Most papers were from Beijing,Guangdong and Shanghai.The top 3 columns with frequently cited papers were nuclear oncology,endocrinology and neurology (16.43％,10.00％,9.29％).Conclusion Analysis of the frequently cited papers in CJNMMI with regard to characteristics,such as published year,research field and district distribution,may provide useful reference for topic selection in the future.

Objective To assess the efficiency ,safety and feasibility of percutaneous renal sympa-thetic denervation (RSD) for elderly refractory hypertension patients .Methods Office and ambu-latory blood pressures ,serum levels of creatinine ,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone ,estimated glo-merular filtration rate (eGFR) and rennin activity were measured in 20 elderly refractory hyper-tension patients before and 1 ,3 ,6 months after percutaneous RSD .Complications of percutaneous RSD were observed .Results The office and ambulatory blood pressures were 16 .9/11 .9 mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0 .133 kPa) ,24 .8/17 .1 mm Hg ,29 .1/20 .5 mmHg and 24 .2/17 .2 mm Hg lower 1 , 3 ,6 months after percutaneous RSD than before percutaneous RSD ( P< 0 .01 ) .No significant difference was found in serum creatinine level and eGFR before and after percutaneous RSD (P>0 .05) .The creatinine ,angiotensin Ⅱand aldosterone levels were significantly lower after percuta-neous RSD than before percutaneous RSD (P<0 .05) .Femoral artery hematoma was detected in 1 patient .Conclusion Percutaneous RSD is a safe ,effective and feasible procedure for elderly re-fractory hypertension patients .

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS:The calculation was carried out in type,amount and consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines containing Salvia miltiorrhiza in our hospital during 2011-2014. These data were analyzed,classified and sorted by DDDs sequence and the method of pharma-coeconomics with Excel statistically. RESULTS:The consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines containing S. miltiorrhiza took on little changes in our hospital dur-ing 2011-2014,decreasing by 10.52% in 2012 compared to 2011 but increasing by 8.49% in 2013 compared to 2012. The order of DDDs kept stable,indicating that Chinese patent medicines containing S. miltiorrhiza were used frequently in 4 year. The order of consumption sum also kept stable relatively. CONCLUSIONS:The utilization of Chinese patent medicines containing S. miltiorrhi-za in our hospital is rational. Those with suitable prices and proved efficacy take a great share in the clinical application.

Objective To explore the correlation between heart rate variability ( HRV ) and multiple system atrophy( MSA) .Methods HRV was performed in 34 MSA patients and 32 healthy controls.The parameters of HRV study was compared, parameters studied included time domain and frequency domain.Single factor analysis andreceiver operating characteristic ( ROC ) curves were used to analyze the detection of parameters of HRV. ResultsThe HRV of MSA showed significant decreased from the health controls: root mean square successive difference of intervals (rMSSD) [(51.6 ±29.4)ms vs (70.1 ±34.1)ms,P=0.023],percentage of interval differences of successive N-N intervals greater than 50 ms(pNN50%) [ 4.2% (1.8%,9.5%) vs 9.6%(5.1%, 16.2%),P=0.005], coefficient of variation(CV) [(0.06 ±0.01) vs(0.08 ±0.02),P=0.005],very low frequency(VLF) [1003.4(586.5,1702.9)ms2vs1825.5(1407.2,2670.1)ms2,P=0.000],lowfrequency(LF) [162.9(90.6,337.4) ms2 vs 375.5(210.4,559.5) ms2,P=0.001], high frequency(HF) [164.9(77.5,470.7) ms2 vs 349.1(209.7,738.5)ms2,P=0.005].The areas under ROC in patients with MSA for VLF was 0.703(S=0.053), while the areas for CV, LF, HF and pNN50%were 0.667(S=0.054), 0.660 (S=0.055), 0.650( S=0.055) and 0.640( S=0.055) ,the results all have statistical significance(all P<0.05).The cutoff value of VLF for diagnosing MSA in the early stage was 1240.85, the sensitivity and specificity were 86.7 and 55.4(95%CI:0.599-0.807,P=0.002) .Conclusion MSA has sympathetic and vagus nerve involvement at the early stage disease, resulting dysfunction of cardiovascular autonomic system,VLF may have high drgree of assessing accuracy of its dysfunction.

Objective To study the mechanism of lentinum's promotion on carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function.Methods SD rat model of dilated cardiomyopathy was established with doxorubicin hydrochloride.The rat model was divided into blank control group,carvedilol group,lentinan group,carvedilol + lentinan group.Rats in the blank control group were given 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol group were given 10 mg·kg-1of carvedilol and 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.Rats in the lentinan group were given 1 mg·kg-1 of lentinan,and 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.Rats in the carvedilol + lentinan group were given10 mg· kg-1 of carvedilol,1 rmg·kg-1 of lentinan,and 2 mL of 0.9％ sodium chloride solution.The heart function,irrflammatory factors and T lymphocytes were compared.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in carvedilol + lentinan group and carvedilol group were significantly higher than that in blank control group and lentinan group (P ＜ 0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).The LVEF in carvedilol + lentinan group was significantly higher than that in carvedilol group (P ＜0.05),while Tei index was significantly lower (P ＜0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in carvedilol + lentinan group and lentinan group were significantly lower than that in blank control group and carvedilol group (P ＜0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).The hs-CRP,TNF-α,II-6 and IL-8 in C + L group were significantly lower than in lentinan group (P ＜ 0.05),while IL-10,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Lentinan could significantly promote carvedilol's effects on dilated cardiomyopathy's heart function through lowering down inflammatory factors and increasing T lymphocytes.
